Focus and Scope The Journal of Tourism and Creativity (JTC) is purely bring a new insight on tourism. Especially on tourism policy, creative tourism, sustainable tourism, tourism management and organization, travel and tourism, leisure and recreation. And other diciplines, such as sociology of tourism, anthropology of tourism, psychology of tourism, law tourism, technology and information of tourism, geography of tourism, tourism education. It also encompases of any applied tourism, such as marine tourism, eco tourism, tourism empowernment of local community, man made tourism, agrotourism, etc.

Abstract

Abstract The research aims to determine the quality of tourism services that most affect the satisfaction of visitors and formulate strategies to improve the quality of Banyuwangi Cemara Beach tourism services. This research uses Servqual method of IPA method (importance Performance Analisys) to know the level of importance and satisfaction of visitors, The research used a sample of 30 respondents who are tourists who have been to Cemara Beach. The result of the research is recommendation of improvement that is 1) The strategy related to entertaiment is as follows: Factors attractions are what can be seen, what can be done what funds can be purchased, the addition of information services, and Realization of the development of facilities on the remaining land accompanied by improvement facilities which has existed ; 2) Strategy related to Managerial that is Optimalization of promotion activity online and non-online, Increase of parking area of vehicle, especially four wheel vehicle, Improve quality of service through training for employees and improve management system of Cemara Beach and Coordinate intensively with stakeholders for improvement and sustainable development. Abstract

The main focus of this research is to analyze and identify opportunities for developing community-based creative tourism in Bintan. Data analysis was performed by understanding and compiling both primary and secondary data that had been systematically collected. The results of the data analysis in this study were to create the concept of community-based creative tourism in Bintan based on its potential by developing creative zones based on seven creative sectors in Bintan with sustainable concepts and community empowerment to attract tourists, especially tourists from Singapore because the location of Bintan with Singapore is quite close and strategic. This is certainly an opportunity that must be utilized in terms of attracting foreign tourists visiting Singapore as well as foreign tourists from Singapore itself. It is also expected to increase the number of tourist visits to Indonesia, especially in Bintan.

Abstract

Abstract The natural beauty that exists in the autonomous region, in order to have added value, needs to be transformed creativity and innovativity into objects and tourist destinations of interest in tourists visit. The number of tourists visiting the existing tourist objects, open employment opportunities and the growth of tourism SMEs. The development of tourism SMEs as a form of peberdayaan people's economy in the economic system populist. For that the management of natural tourism potential into a competitive industry business, can meet the dynamics of the demands of tourists. Therefore, the cooperation of management of potential tourism objects, between the government apparatus with BUMN and Private, is a creative solution as an innovative breakthrough. Reorientation, refunctionalization and restructuring as well as determination of tourism village is an institutional innovation conducted by local government apparatus. Abstract: Investment of people capacity in local community seems tobe essential for the advancement of tourism development. The income growth of the local community depends on the extent of cappacity achieved by the local community. The more powerful the local community is, the more capable the local community to exploit the arrival of vissitors. Viewed from community building approach, the fisical develomment of tourism destination should be precided by building internal capacity of the local communitywhich includes various dimensions: community leadership, community participation, the communitystructure, skill and knowledges, resourse mobillisation and the power of community and external supports. Abstract

Abstract Ecotourism Rajegwesi Village in Meru Betiri National Park or Taman Nasional Meru Betiri (TNMB) has been developed as tourism destination managed incooperation with local people. However, tourist visit number still needs to be increased and the condition of tourism area is not fully satisfying the touristsexpectations. The research is descriptive and verificative, while the main data were collected through questionnaire distribution to 400 tourists who had visitedEcotourism Rajegwesi Village more than once. Based on the analysis, it is suggested that further research on the potential of travel in Betiri Meru National Park(national park). In addition TNMB suggested to business and Ecotourism Society Rajegwesi to improve the facilities in Ecotourism Rajegwesi include resting facilities(beach chair, gazebo), play facilities for the various age groups, other public facilities. Excellence attractive natural conditions need to be maintained andpreserved. Accessibility to a location that is less need to be improved in cooperation with the Department of Transportation Banyuwangi. Promotion of tourist sitesshould be increased up to national and international level to increase the number of domestic and foreign tourists visiting the country. Abstract

Abstract Tourism is everything that concerns and deals with the affairs of someone travelling. Every traveller needs transportation and service facilities to get to their destination. Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal Bintan is a sea transportation company in Indonesia that provides international crossing services with Indonesian routes to Singapore. The services provided are still good and prioritize passenger comfort and safety. Passengers who use this transportation service come from various countries, namely, China, Australia, Singapore, Thailand and others countries with different types of classes. Not all ferry ports provide two different classes for passengers, namely economy class and Very Important Person (VIP) class such as those in the Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal Bintan. VIP class passenger services require special services to be carried out in accordance with the standard operating procedures of the rules made by the company. Abstract The use of information technology that is integrated with work processes in an organization has become an absolute necessity. The availability of complete, correct and accurate data and information has become a basic requirement for the survival of an organization. Business Intelligence (BI) is a form of implementation that is able to answer the above needs. BI has been widely used by organizations in managing data and information to support decision making. BI is usually associated with efforts to maximize the performance of an organization. Business Intelligence System is a term that is generally used for the type of application or technology used to assist BI activities, such as collecting data, providing access, and analyzing data and information about company performance. Along with the rapid online-based information systems including e-tourism, creating a huge data explosion on the internet (bigdata). Abstract

Abstrak Di era modern yang semakin kreatif, terdapat masyarakat Kediri yang memiliki hobi membuat kerajinan miniatur. Inovasi miniatur ini bertujuan salah satunya untuk mempersatukan masyarakat Kediri dan sekitarnya, agar saling mengenal satu sama lain dan menjadikan masyarakat tersebut dalam satu wadah Komunitas. Inovasi miniatur ini muncul karena ingin memperkenalkan kepada masyarakat serta menciptakan sebuah inovasi baru yang memanfaatkan kayu-kayu bekas di lingkungan sekitar. Salah satu cara untuk memperkenalkan miniatur kepada masyarakat adalah dengan membuat miniatur dan mengadakan karnaval di desa-desa setiap malam minggunya. Metode pelaksanaannya yaitu dengan mensurvei ke lokasi, melaksanakan sosialisasi masyarakat, penyuluhan kepada masyarakat dari pembuatan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan karnaval setiap minggunya. Hasil dari program ini adalah berupa miniatur dimana sudah menjadi program setiap malam minggunya, guna memperkenalkan dan mempromosikan hasil pembuatan miniatur yang dimiliki setiap desa di kabupaten Kediri. Kata Kunci: miniatur, potensi wisata, pariwata berbasis komunitas (CBT)

Abstract The industrial revolution 4.0 is not only a technological development from the previous era, but it is also able to turn off conventional business. Internet connectivity that connects all parts of the world with just the touch of a finger on a smartphone is able to turn off the industry, one of which is conventional transportation services that exist today. The industrial revolution 4.0 will also bring the distance between producers and their target markets to a close relation. Digital marketing is a way to promote products/brands through internet. Through advertising on social media or e-commerce. In the world of tourism, motivation is one important factor for tourists in making decisions about tourist destinations to be visited. Tourists will have perceptions of possible tourist destinations, where these perceptions can be generated by individual preferences, prior experience, and information that can be obtained. The current motivation of tourists to Sam Poo Kong Temple has begun to change, which once had a religious motive but now has changed to a motive for social status. Sam Poo Kong temple which has spiritual and cultural values ​​especially for Confucians changes in line with the times in the millennial era. Orientation on the use of social media can change the visiting trend and support psychological needs in terms of popularity on social media pages.
