Abstract

ABSTRACT  Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or better known as UMKM have a very important role in increasing the country's growth. These UMKM were able to survive in 1998 compared to large companies in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze to encourage the development of UMKM in Indonesia and to provide solutions in increasing UMKM. The research method used is a combination of quantitative research with qualitative research (Mixed Methods). The results of this study are UMKM that are looking for very fast financing, which can be used from a variety of jobs, personal and personal and lifestyle. Yes, there are also UMKM that do not innovate or even decline. Abstract

Abstract— Rantai suplai merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam suatu perusahaan karena berkaitan dengan proses bisnis mulai dari rantai paling awal hingga akhir rantai yaitu pelanggan. Menurut Lu (2011: 8), "rantai pasokan pada dasarnya adalah sekelompok organisasi independen yang terhubung bersama melalui produk dan layanan yang mereka berikan secara terpisah dan / atau bersama-sama untuk memberikan nilai pada konsumen akhir". Di Industri perikanan  air  tawar,  manajemen  rantai  pasok  diperlukan  untuk  memastikan proses produksi  berjalan  lancar  dan  bisa  memasok barang  sesuai  kebutuhan pasar. Namun seringkali perusahaan yang bergerak di industri perikanan tidak dapat memasok barang sesuai dengan permintaan yang ada, salah satu faktor penghambatnya adalah karena minimnya kapasitas produksi yang menghambat pertumbuhan perusahaan. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan berdasarkan metode kualitatif dalam pengumpulan dan abstrak data. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar petani memiliki masalah yang sama yaitu mereka memiliki kekurangan kapasitas produksi sehingga tidak dapat memasok barang sesuai dengan permintaan yang ada. Penelitian lebih lanjut juga membuktikan bahwa prinsip integrasi adalah variabel yang paling mudah dipahami oleh petani antara variabel orientasi lainnya.Keywords—Recruitment; Supply Chain Management, Production Capacity, and Fishing Industry

Abstract

Abstract. This study examines determinants of   cost efficiency of   banking operation in ASEAN-5 region which includes Indonesia, Singapura, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Thailand. By using stochastic frontier analysis (SFA) to 23 commercial banks in the region in the period of   2005-2012, empirical results reveal certain significant relationship of   cost efficiency with individual bank characteristic (return on equity, ROE). Based on the time-varying decay method, we conclude that there is an increase in cost efficiency during the period of  study. This study also shows that in general, Indonesian banking industry was not operating efficiently. Keywords: ASEAN-5, cost efficiency, banking, SFA, time-varying decay

Abstract

AbstrakSalting fish is a food a reatively cheap and has good nutritional content. Request Fishevery day and the Vilage of Kuala Bubon Kabupaten Aceh Barat Kecamatan Samatiga is quite higt, many buyers who buy fish to be used as a side dish food suplplement  that  can increase  profits  for  businesses  dried  fish.    This  study  aims  to determine how much cost is issued the pocess of salted fish to the fish processing buiness profit in the District of South Kuala Bubon. This research used primary data obtained from direct interview. Responden were interviewed are entrepreneurs household fish processing industry in the District of South Kuala Bubon with a sample of 30 respondents amounted to the designated purpose. Data analysis techhniques used are qualitative descriptive. Research  findings  indicate  operated processing   home   industry   become   fish   anchovies every month issued a cover fee of Rp.2.617.202 while home industry acceptance emounted Rp.3.953.333. Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to examine the factors that influence the level of internet customer loyaltyTelkomsel in Banda Aceh. The population of this research is the customer who use or are subscrib toInternet service Unlimited Telkomsel Flash, and a minimum for six months subscription. Multiplelinear regression analysis is used to determine the effect of variable customer expectations, productquality, and customer satisfaction is hypothesized to effect on customer loyalty. The results of multiplelinear regression analysis showed that the dominant factor that affect the customer loyalty is thevariable quality of the product, followed by a variable customer expectations, and the least effect oncustomer loyalty is customer satisfaction variables. The variables of this research are quite good inexplaining customer loyalty. The advice from the author to the company is that companies have tocreate products that are superior in quality, and always maintain the quality of the product toconstantly innovate on products tailored to the desires of customers to the product. Furthermore, thecompany have to pay attention to the complaints of customers by minimizing customer complaints.Keywords: Expectations, product quality, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty

Abstract

ABSTRACT  The purpose of this research are to examine the influence of price, Word of Mouth and location towards Customers  purchasing decisions at Bite & CO. Café Banda Aceh both parcially and simultaneously. The research method by describing clearly on the research objects. The research data gathered through questionnaire list and interview. The hypothesis test uses double linear regression analysis on trust level 95% (α = 0,05). The result of this research feasibility test model by using t-test (partial) shows that price, Word of Mouth and location significantly influence customers purcasing decisions. And using F-test (Simultaneously), it shows that price,  Word of Mouth and location significantly influence customers purchasing decisions at Bite & CO. Abstract

Abstract                                                                     This research was conducted to analyze and illustrates the used of AIDA model  in  marketing communication or an advertisement to engages and persuades the consumers in purchasing decision or choosing the brand. The descriptive analysis research methodology was used as the method to implement the research through qualititave reseach .   It will describes the marketing communication strategy used by PT. Bank Aceh to promote their product to the consumers in Aceh Province. AIDA theoritical approach which was introduced by Wilbur Schramm, has been used to analyze the marketing programs and the effectiveness of programs to target the consumers. The respondents are the consumers of PT. Bank Aceh which were considered had better understanding of the marketing programs and the impacts to their choice when they have to make decision of purchasing banking products and facilities. The result shows that the marketing communication strategies which have been implemented by PT. Bank Aceh have been considered as the effective strategy to approach new customers and to maintain customer retention. However, it needs improvement in term of media and the dilivered messages to adapt to the latest customers lifestyle.  Keywords : AIDA Model, Marketing Communication, Promotion

Abstract

The awareness of discipline is something very important for any organization. One way to improve the awareness of discipline is through being under the immediate. This reseacrh to know the supervision of superior directly to the awareness of discipline the office of labor and population city Banda Aceh. Respondents this research consisting of employees and each head part on any part of which is in these agencies. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires containing questions relating to monitoring the direct and the awareness of discipline. Data on anaslisis using the statistics multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that pengasan immediate superior which includes monitoring, examination, and judgment influential positive on the awareness of discipline. The koefesien terminated (r2) of 0,217 means that 21,7 percent the awareness of discipline on these agencies influenced by monitoring, check and assess the as a form of supervision immediate superior. The rest of 78.3 percent longer had other factors besides monitoring the immediate superior .The results of testing statistics show value F count larger had than the F table at the belief 95 percent. Hypothesis Ha accepted, on the other hand hypothesis H0 rejected, supervision and monitoring of immediate superior, examination, and assessment.

Abstract

This survey examines relationship between recruitment, sport facilities and empowerment through motivation toward athletes’ prestations. The survey took 119 athletes as data whose included in Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Pelajar (PLPP) dan Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Daerah (PPLD) Aceh. This research used path analysis to analyze the data and finds that recruitment, sport facilities and empowerment have an impact to the motivation and athletes’ prestations directly and indirectly. Through that condition indirectly all the exogenous factors have impact to athletes’ prestations. Key words : recruitment, sport facilities, empowerment, motivation, athletes’ prestations

Abstract

In its development of technology and social media is another alternative for someone to market their products more broadly, one of the product advertisements in the online world can also be in the form of long writing written by reviewers, bloggers and others. All of that can be targeted for those who actively use the internet or are often referred to as citizens. Social media is a vital marketing and communication channel for businesses, organizations and institutions that are included in the political sphere. In addition, social media in terms of culture is very important because it has become one of the most dominated parts of people where they can receive large amounts of information, share content and also all aspects of their lives with others, and receive information about the world around them ( although that information might have questionable accuracy).Keyword: Social media in marketing
