Abstract

This article discuss about thematic study of hadith (maw??'?) methodologically.Maw??'? method is collect hadith related to the topic or purpose.Thematic approach can be understood through content and purpose ofa hadith by studying relatedto it and see each correlation in order to obtain a full understanding on it. There are some steps in studying hadith thematic. study starts from the determination of themes or issues which will be discussed, collecting hadith related to the theme, categorization hadith, i'tib?r whole sanad hadith, sanad research related to their personality and intellectual capacity of the narrators, study on matan related to proof whether 'illat (disability) and sy?? (irregularities), an assessment of the themes that contain a similar meaning, comparison commentary tradition, completing discussions with the hadith or verse support, preparation of research results, and to be closed with a conclusion

Abstract

This study discusses about the rule is not necessarily weak sanad weak matan hadith is a rule that applies only to the weak hadith. The rules of tradition of this kind can be used with the following conditions: first, the support strength of other traditions his matan matching, narrated of narrators (sanad path) to another, as well as the quality is equal or better than the first chain of transmission paths. Second, the narrators do not be evil, or a liar, nor a forger of hadith and is not known as one who fahusya gala?uhu (many false) and inattentive, not al-muttahim?na bil ka?ib (accused of lying), not heretical and not maj??l ?ain. Third, Hadith ?a??f not too weak as mursal hadith, mu?allal, and mubham. So the traditions are not too weak, they could still acceptable (maqb?l) if there is a path sanad from another hadith. Fourth, the hadith-hadith has a martyr and mut?bi?, meaning not only narrated the hadith with a chain of transmission lines, because it could conflict with the rules that have been understandable, as the hadith matr?k.

Abstract

This paper talks about Zuhud. Zuhud is the noble nature of believers because it is not deceived by the world with all the delights whether the property, women, and thrones. Zuhud does not mean leaving the world. However, the believer and people who do good deeds in the world, prospering the earth, and doing for the benefit, then achieve the results in the world in the form of halal facilities and pleasures in the world. Imam Al-Ghazali said there were 3 signs of zuhud. Firstly, not happy with what was and not sad because of things that were lost. Secondly, it is the same side of the person who denounces and denounces it, both in relation to property and position. Thirdly, it should always be with God and his heart is dominated by the deliciousness of obedience. Since the heart cannot be free from love, whether it is love for God or love for the world. Zuhud in life was modeled by his companions, such as Abu Bakr, Umar, Uthman bin Affan, and Abdurrahman bin Auf. They are some friends who are wealthy, but do not take all their wealth for themselves and their families.

Abstract

Modern Had?? experts are still very minimal, even there are still many mu?addi? figures who are not yet known by the public. One of them was Shaykh Mu?ammad Ma?f?? ibn Abdull?h ibn Abd alMann?n al-Tarmas? al-J?w? al-Makk? al-Sy?fi??. Shaykh Mu?ammad Ma?fu? compiled the book of Jurisprudence and Proposals, Had?? and also al-Qir??at. The contribution of Ma?f?? al-Tarmas?'s thoughts in the study of Had?? in Indonesia can be seen in the book, first; Al-Min?ah al-Khairiyyah. Second, Manhaj ?aw? al-Na?ar f? Syar? Man??mati ?Ilm al-?A?ar. Third, Transmission of Sanad in the book entitled Kif?yatu al-Mustaf?d f?m? ?al? min al-As?n?d by the work of Muhammad Y?sin alF?n?n?. Ma?fu? al-Tarmas?'s work entitled Manhaj ?aw? al-Na?ar f? Syar? Man?umati ?Ilm al-?A?ar is a book that is used as a reference in many universities such as Egypt, Morocco, Mecca and Indonesia. This one work is the explaination book from the great work of the world Had?? scholars, namely Alfiyyah al-Suy??? who discusses the science of Had??. The difficulty in understanding the na?m-na?m contained in the work of al-Suy???, makes Ma?fu? al-Tarmas? challenged and then agrees with it with the intention to be more easily understood and understood by students and lovers of Had?? knowledge in general.

Abstract

Indeed, Hadist in secundar book of hadith consist of 4 kinds they are: matan, sanad, rawi and symbol of transfer hadith. The experts of hadith paid attention against these symbols because the research of the symbols gave information about sanad condition between connected or not. After research about transfer hadith methods, from many imam?s books in ulumul hadith, the writer got that methods which used by rawi are limited eight methods. They are sam??, ar?, ijazah, mun?walah, muk?tabah, i?l?m, wa?iyah and wij?dah. The writer thought that the symbol ?an not from eight methods mentioned. It caused the difference about its result between connected or not. Some of the experts hadith thought that it is not connected. Most of the experts hadith thought it is connected with two requirements the first, the rawi must be safe of tadlish. The second, meeting of mu?an?in and mu?an?an ?anhu.

Abstract

If we examine the development of Hadith studies, we will find a number of Muslim and non-Muslim thinkers launching accusations against the a?dalah of the Companions of prophet muhammad peace be upon him, especially Abu Hurairah ra. Ahmad Amin for example, considered that some friends like Aisha and Ibn Abbas ra. Saying that in the history of Abu Hurairah there is a lie, because of the many narrations he memorized. All of these allegations in essence are doubtful of the problem of Abu Hurairah in particular, and friends in general. The Companions of the Prophet in the study must have a fair nature, whether all the Companions, small and large, both young and old, who are involved in the war between Ali and Mu?awiyah or not, are all fair, whereas according to the majority scholars such as Imam Abu Hanifah, Syafi?i, Malik, Ibn Hanbal, al-Bukhari, Muslim, Ibn Taymiyah and so on that all friends are fair. Friends are all fair but even so, it does not mean that a just person is the infallible person of sin and error, but obedience to him is more dominant so that he can avoid small sins and stay away from big sins.
