Abstract

Tujuan penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) menganalisis apakah ada pengaruh interaksi sosial secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Yayasan Perguruan Petra Kediri; (2) menganalisis apakah ada pengaruh perencanaan pengembangan karir secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Yayasan Perguruan Petra Kediri; dan (3) menganalisis apakah ada pengaruh interaksi sosial dan perencanaan pengembangan karir secara simultan (bersama-sama) terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Yayasan Perguruan Petra Kediri. Objek yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Yayasan Perguruan Petra Kediri sebagai lokasi penelitian karena pegawainya cukup banyak lebih dari seratus dan terdiri dari berbagai bagian mulai dari bagian tata usaha, guru sampai pengurus yayasan. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah diambil sampel sebanyak 65 responden. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) interaksi sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di Yayasan Perguruan Petra Kediri. Pengaruhnya bersifat positif, artinya jika terjadi peningkatan pada variabel interaksi sosial akan berdampak pada peningkatan kepuasan kerja pegawai; (2) perencanaan pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di Yayasan Perguruan Petra Kediri. Pengaruhnya bersifat positif, artinya jika terjadi peningkatan pada variabel perencanaan pengembangan karir akan berdampak pada peningkatan kepuasan kerja pegawai; dan (3 secara bersama-sama variabel interaksi sosial dari varibel perencanaan pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di Yayasan Perguruan Petra Kediri.

Abstract

This research with qualitative approach is to describe the meaning of management analysis of the principal in improving the teachers’ work at MAN I Tulungagung, through the focus of the Principal’s Management which consists of 1) Planning, (2) Organising, (3) Actuating, (4) Supervising. The conclusion of this research shows that (1) The planning which is one by the principal of MAN I Tulungagung in improving the teachers’ work is carried out (a) based on vision and mission, (b) professional analysis, job analysis and future oriented. (c) planning is elaborated in strategic planning, (2) The organizing done by the principal of MAN I Tulungagung is explained as follows : (a) determining tasks from each organization implementer, (b) distributing all of work load, (c) merging tasks rationally and efficiently, (d) determining work mechanism, (e) monitoring. (3) Actuating done by the principal of MAN I Tulungagung is as follows : (a) recommending teachers to follow exercises and education, workshops, and seminars, (b) holding the bond of friendship forum, (c) doing a comparative study, (d) making the library more complete, (e) completing education facilities, (f) registering teachers’ certification for teachers, (g) making scientific study. (4) The evaluating that is done is (a) supervising is done objectively and transparently, (b) supervising is based on the appropriate assessment instrument, (c) the assessment is based on the teachers’ attendance in the classrooms. The recommendation of this research is to maintain academic and non-academic achievement that have been obtained because defending the achievement have the same responsibility and struggle as the effort to get the achievement before, and in order to improve the ability and competence in managerial in order that the objective that have been determined can be achieved optimally

Abstract

The formation of customer loyalty can be implemented through a focus on delivering value and increasing customer loyalty. Loyalty means returning and returning customers to conduct business transactions (purchases), although it may be that the company's product is not the best product in the market or has the lowest price. This "irrational" customer behavior can be explained by a view that a "good relationship" with the customer is the key to a company's success in retaining customers.This research is a correlational quantitative research. The population of this research is bank customer of BRI branch of tulungagung by taking sample as many as 48 respondents. The sampling technique was performed by random sampling technique. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Result of data analysis in this research show: There is influence from relationship marketing to customer loyalty at bank BRI Tulungagung branch. There is influence of service quality on customer loyalty at BRI bank of Tulungagung branch. There is influence from persona selling to customer loyalty at bank of branch of tulungagung. There is influence of relationship relationship marketing , quality of service and personal selling to customer loyalty at bank BRI branch of tulungagung.The results of this study can be used as reference materials in the effort to develop various policies and plans to improve customer loyalty, and improve relationship (relationship), service quality and personal selling to customers of BRI bank branch of tulungagung..

Abstract

The purpose of this study is analyze the direct and indirect effects of cost demand deposit funds, cost of savings funds, cost of deposit funds and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Return on Assets (ROA) by using Net Interest Margin (NIM) as intervening variable. The method of analysis in this study is Path Analysis. The data is obtained from the budget realization report of Financial Planning and Accounting Division of Bank Bukopin period August 2014 until April 2017. The results showed that with 5% significance level, only cost of savings funds and LDR had direct influence on NIM and ROA, and NIM as intervening variable had significant effect on ROA with determination coefficient value () of 93.6%. NIM as an intervening variable of this study mediates the effect of LDR on ROA, but does not mediate the effect of cost of savings funds on ROA, so cost of savings funds have a direct effect on ROA without going through NIM.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kompetensi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Tulungagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat secara parsial digunakan uji t dan pengaruh secara simultan digunakan uji F. Oleh karena populasi 48 orang (kurang dari 100) maka diambil sebanyak seluruhnya sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompetensi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Tulungagung. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi berbagai pihak untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Untuk itu perlu adanya perhatian terhadap disiplin kerja dalam organisasi. Disamping itu, perlu juga dilakukan pengembangan kompetensi secara terus menerus bagi para pegawai.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien di RS Aura Syifa I, Kediri serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pasien di RS Aura Syifa I, Kediri.Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif.Pendekatan yang digunakan untuk analisis data adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS 16.0 for Windows. Populasi yang digunakan adalah pasien yang datang berobat ke RS Aura Syifa I, Kediri minimal 2 kali kunjungan dengan tingkat pendidikan minimal SMA/sederajat.Jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling non probability yaitu sampling kebetulan (accidental sampling). Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh RS Aura Syifa I, Kediri terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien maupun loyalitas pasien yang berobat ke RS Aura Syifa I, Kediri. Peningkatan kualitas pelayanan menjadi kunci utama untuk RS Aura Syifa I, Kediri untuk dapat meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pasien yang datang berobat ke RS Aura Syifa I, Kediri.

Abstract

This study departs from the Global Jobs Pact (GJP) and remembered the paradigm shift occurs in the orientation of vocational training developed from supply-driven into a demand-driven approach that is applied in the form of entrepreneurship education. In the application of entrepreneurial education at the Technical Implementation Unit (Unit Pelaksana Teknis) Job Training, instructor's role and use of training facilities is a driving factor in the increased interest of participants to start a small business. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the job training, role of the instructor and the use of training facilities and simultaneous partial to the interests of small business start-up to participants in the Technical Implementation Unit (Unit Pelaksana Teknis) Job Training Tulungagung.This study is a quantitative correlation. The population of this study were 54 participants. While the number of samples taken all of the population that as many as 54 participants. The sampling technique implemented by total sampling technique. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. This method is used to obtain data on the job training (X1), role of the instructor (X2), training facilities (X3) and interest in starting a small business (Y). The instruments used in the form of questions with answers that are already available consisting of 5 (five) options. To determine the existence of the effect using the t test and F test.The results of data analysis in this study indicate : (1) There is a effect of the job training (X1) against the interest of starting a small business (Y) on the participants in the Technical Implementation Unit (Unit Pelaksana Teknis) Job Training Tulungagung. (2) There is a effect of the role of the instructor (X2) on interest starting a small business (Y) on the participants in the Technical Implementation Unit (Unit Pelaksana Teknis) Job Training Tulungagung. (3) There is a effect of the training facilities (X3) on interest starting a small business (Y) on the participants in the Technical Implementation Unit (Unit Pelaksana Teknis) Job Training Tulungagung. (4) There is a effect of the job training (X1), the role instructor (X2) and training facilities (X3) on interest starting a small business (Y) on the participants in the Technical Implementation Unit (Unit Pelaksana Teknis) Job Training Tulungagung.The results of this study can be used as reference material in order to develop policies to improve the performance and fix training facility, in this case some important facilities that should be addressed are the health facility, the facility (support facility) for the disabled group training, and job training car.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap kemampuan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan pencapaian mutu pendidikan. Berangkat dari tujuan fokus penelitian ini dirumuskan bagaimana kualitas kepala sekolah serta bagaimana upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidika. Penelitian ini menekankan pada masalah proses, maka jenis penelitian dan strategi yang terbaik adalah penelitian kualitatif. Fokus penelitian ini kepada kepala sekolah serta mutu pendidikan di SMP Negeri 1 Kediri. Pelaksanaan Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah SMP Negeri 1 Kediri dilihat dari aspek pendidikan, pengalaman kerja, pengalaman organisasi, pengalaman jabatan dan penilaian kinerja kepala sekolah menunjukkan kemampuan saling mendukung dalam menjalankan tugasnya sebagai Kepala Sekolah Kepala sekolah SMP Negeri 1 Kediri yang menunjukkan komitmen tinggi dan fokus terhadap pengembangan kurikulum dan kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolahnya akan sangat memperhatikan tingkat kompetensi yang dimiliki gurunya, sekaligus berusaha memfasilitasi dan mendorong agar para guru dapat secara terus menerus meningkatkan kompetensinya, sehingga kegiatan belajar mengajar dapat berjalan efektif dan efisien. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penulis memperoleh beberapa catatan positif yang dapat disimpulkan yaitu bahwa : seorang kepala sekolah dalam menjalankan fungsinya sebagai pemimpin baik itu sebagai Edukator, Manajer, Administrator, Supervisor, Leader, Inovator dan Motivator dapat berjalan dengan baik dan berhasil baik perlu disertai dengan tekad, semangat, kompetensi/kemampuan diri, serta suatu keberanian untuk menggunakan kekuatan (Strength), menghadapi hambatan (Weaknesses), memanfaatkan peluang (Opportunities), dan menghadapi tantangan (Threats), disamping itu harus memiliki kemampuan untuk menjalin hubungan dengan stakeholder yang ada. Standar mutu pendidikan yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah tertuang dalam Permendiknas Nomor 19 Tahun 2005 tentang Standar Nasional Pendidikan pasal 35 bahwa Standar Nasional Pendidikan terdiri atas standar isi, standar proses, standar kompetensi lulusan, standar pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, standar sarana dan prasarana, standar pengelolaan, standar pembiayaan, standar penilaian pendidikan. Dalam pencapaian prestasi, sekolah membuat berbagai program yang dikemas melalui pembinaan dan kegiatan bersifat intra maupun ekstra kurikuler juga melalui bimbingan karier.

Abstract

This research is an ex-post facto funds sosiatif causal aims to determine: (1) the impact of compensation on employee performance, (2) the effect of work motivation on employee performance, and (3) the effect of Compensation and Working Motivation together-together on Employee Performance, The study population was all employees of the Department of Marine and Fisheries District Court Tulung totaling 62 pegawai.Sampel used in this study is a population which total 62 employees in the sample, so-called research instrument populasi. Uji try to do in the Office of Marine and Fisheries District Tulungagung.Uji validity of using correcteditem total correlation, while the reliability test using cronba chalpha.Uji classical assumptions include linearity test, multicollinearity test, and test heteroskedastisitas.Uji hypothesis in this study using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance Compensation in the Department of Marine and Fisheries in Tulungagung. 2) There is a positive and significant impact work motivation on employee performance 3) There is a positive and significant impact Compensation and Motivation Work together on Employee Performance
