Abstract

Purpose the present paper explores the application of the four eyes priciples to management decision in banking sector, a heretofore neglected area of business and management research. Methodology approach a theoritical analysis was first conducted of the four eyes principles. A qualitative field study of sharia business unit of Bank BTN. Non Performance Financing based on type shari’ah compliant contract of sharia business units and sharia commercial banks have shown that negative growth until 2017, four eyes principles is a model to make decision togather in financing. The requirement that a business transaction be approved by at least two individual who must both sign off on any significant financing decision Findings: from theoretical analysis, it can be conclude that the four eyes principles may generally conducted serve as a mechanism to mitigate risk of financing. Abstract

Character education is a system that instill character values in the students, which contains the components of knowledge, individual awareness, determination and the willingness and action to implement the values, both of the one God, yourself, fellow human beings, the environment, and nation, so that will materialize perfect man. This is consistent with the educational objectives set out in the Basic Law No. 20 of 2003 which states that: "The national education serves to develop the ability and character development and a dignified civilization in the context of the intellectual life of the nation, aimed at developing the potential of students to become human the faith and fear of God Almighty, noble, healthy, knowledgeable, skilled, creative, independent, and become citizens of a democratic and accountable.

Abstract

"The issue of criminal forgery in registering land rights is an unlawful act that can cause material or immaterial losses to the actual landowner and will also have implications for non-procedural certificates issued by the National Land Agency (BPN) office, therefore professionalism in carrying out public services and administrative tasks must be carried out in accordance with the laws and regulations to be able to provide legal certainty, justice and benefit to all parties in accordance with the objectives of the law. Criminal law enforcement must still be carried out if there are indications of criminal elements involving the applicant for land rights with an officer in the land office so that public trust in the land institution can be maintained ".

Abstract

The central bank as the monetary authority uses several monetary instruments including the application of interest rates to create monetary stability. Interest has determined every economic activity, such as consumption, savings, investment, employment opportunities, export-import, and others. This study aims to describe the assumptions of how to conduct monetary policy without interest, using qualitative methods through library research. As for the background of this research, there are some fatwa in Muslim countries regarding the prohibition of interest while interest as monetary instruments. This research will contribute to the body of existing literature of Islamic economic development.

Abstract

Leadership is ability, skills, guidance, motivate, supervise to influence the behavior of human as the goal. Although the leadership of principal related to the competency including hard skill or soft skill to give the affect human resources in order to achieve its objective and targets set. The effective school has good management standards, transparent, responsible and accountable, empowers as important component including internal and external factor as achieve the vision – mission – goals of the school effectively and efficiently. The leadership of the principal will give the strong affect to get effectively of school. Because it was related to the figure of principal in order to achieve the vision – mission – goals of the school.
