Abstract

The objectives of this research are; 1) Help simplify the process of selecting the chairman who previously used the manual method or did not have a web-based evaluation application, 2) This application can secure the details of the names that have chosen the chairman through the admin, only the admin knows, and 3) Improve speed and accuracy the results of the e-voting data that replaced the previous conventional voting system were carried out manually. In making the application, implementing RSA (Rivest–Shamir–Adleman) on the e-voting system that was built, for designing the application using web-based programming languages such as HTML, PHP, and MySQL used as e-voting database management. The results showed that the e-voting application simplifies the vote-counting process because it is done online and you can find out directly the results of the upcoming elections, without the need to count votes like a manual selection process. the participation of students in Islamic boarding schools is determined as the maximum power. The election of the head of the hut has become an inseparable part of the hut, almost all the huts hold elections. The election of the chairman is the procedure for selecting the representative of the booth in the booth based on the majority of votes.

Abstract

Auditorium Universitas Nasional merupakan salah satu aset dan fasilitas di Universitas Nasional yang dikelola oleh Unit Administrasi Umum (BAU). Biasanya auditorium disewakan untuk berbagai keperluan seperti seminar, pernikahan, pelatihan dan lain sebagainya. Namun saat ini proses penyewaan auditorium masih bersifat manual, dimana tenant harus datang langsung ke unit BAU Universitas Nasional untuk mendapatkan informasi gedung dan kepastian jadwal. Hal ini membuat penyewa membutuhkan lebih banyak waktu jika ingin menyewa. Penelitian ini mengembangkan aplikasi Manajemen Sewa Auditorium Universitas Nasional berbasis web dengan metode Rational Unified Process (RUP) sebagai solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Pengembangan akan menyoroti model RUP dan memanfaatkan alat Unified Modeling Language (UML) untuk pemodelan dan menggunakan bahasa PHP untuk konstruksi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tersedianya aplikasi manajemen persewaan yang memudahkan penyewa untuk menyewa auditorium dan membuat unit BAU lebih mudah dalam mengelola persewaan auditorium. Hasil pengujian aplikasi menggunakan metode black box menunjukkan bahwa semua fungsi aplikasi berjalan dengan baik. Selain itu, pengujian menggunakan aplikasi User Acceleration Test (UAT) mudah digunakan 92%, tampilan menu asy 88,8% dan fitur software 86,4%.

Abstract

The activity of receiving inpatients at a hospital must record the patient's arrival time until the medical record documentation is available or you could say until the patient goes home. So that the time of admission of inpatients is in accordance with the standard or not. This activity is still done manually (paperless) which is often a hassle for registration officers and prone to data manipulation. The purpose of this study is to create an information system for inpatient admission time efficiency forms to provide information related to patient admission times electronically that makes it easier for registration officers to input data or the time when patients arrive until medical record documents are available, reduce costs and minimize data manipulation. . The creation of an information system for the time efficiency of inpatient admissions uses data collection methods by conducting interviews, reviewing the literature, and observing. The system design method uses ERD (entity relation diagram) and DFD (data flow diagram) then implemented with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 programming language.

Abstract

The research objective is to build a web-based library application. The research method consists of data collection, while the application implementation uses string matching, exact matching, and string matching algorithms. Entity-relationship diagrams are also used in building relationships in the database. Use cases are used as a description of the scope of a system that is built. The conclusion of this study is that; 1) This information facility system is very effective in influencing library admins to look for borrowed books, 2) Providing integration that produces non-digital information in one application, and 3) Librarians can take advantage of web-based automation and manage the circulation of book loans and book returns.

Abstract

This study aims to implement the Naive Bayes method in a skin disease diagnosis system in cats. The Naive Bayes method in this application system uses disease probability calculations, calculates the probability of symptoms, calculates the posterior probability of disease, and calculates the maximum value of each disease. This method is used to analyze the results of the diagnosis of skin diseases in cats based on the symptoms of skin diseases. Data analysis on this application system is based on the results of tests carried out 50 times to produce disease diagnosis results from the user and calculated by the system to produce the same diagnostic results as calculations performed manually. With this facility, cat owners can provide first aid to help their cat before being taken to the clinic and further examined by a veterinarian.

Abstract

The National University has a number of rooms that can be used by the entire academic community to support their activities. Currently, the use of the room is managed by the General Administration Unit (BAU) of the National University. Anyone who will use the room must apply for a permit to the BAU unit. The problem is, currently the existing process is still manual where the borrower must come directly to the unit. If the room has been borrowed by someone else or the BAU unit admin is not in place, then the borrower's efforts will be in vain. This is certainly not effective and efficient. This research designs and develops a Web-based application for borrowing meeting rooms at the National University. The application was designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) tool and developed with the PHP and MySQL languages. The result of this research is the availability of room loan applications at the National University. The results of testing the logic path with the white box testing method, testing is carried out on the admin and borrower flowcharts resulting in cyclomatic complicity 8, region 8, and independent path 8 logic paths that are good and have good functionality based on the black box method testing.

Abstract

There are three types of spinal disorders, namely kyphosis, lordosis, and scoliosis. To find out spinal disorders, it is necessary to carry out X-rays from an early age. Spinal disorders are not only found in children but can be found in adolescents, adults, and the elderly. Along with the times, making information technology more sophisticated is the advancement of image processing technology. Image processing can help in the medical field to analyze X-ray results to diagnose internal disorders or diseases. This study makes an application for the detection of spinal disorders with several methods of image segmentation processes and using the k-means clustering algorithm on x-ray images of spinal disorders. This segmentation image processing stage requires five stages of processing including cropping, resizing, median filter, histogram equalization, thresholding, and binary edges, and k-means clustering process as a comparison. This application is expected to be useful in knowing the difference between spinal disorders of lordosis, kyphosis, and scoliosis

Abstract

Scientific Writing A graduation requirement for several students at each University. In making the Scientific Writing / Final Project, it is expected that final year students can make a journal/writing that is as original as possible and without plagiarism in order to meet innovation in society in the future to get a good and useful solution, especially in the IT field. The purpose of this study is to build a web-based application for early detection of plagiarism in scientific writing using the Cosine Similarity Algorithm method which will make it easier for students to determine the choice of final assignment title so that they can detect early plagiarism. The problem that often occurs in determining the title of scientific writing is not knowing about the previous titles that already exist, which often results in revisions at the beginning of the collection of outlines and journal titles. The method used is Cosine Similarity, this method is a method that can be used to calculate similarities between two objects. This calculation is based on the Vector Space Similarity Measure, namely, in calculating the level of similarity, the object will be expressed in vector form by using keywords as a measure.
