Abstract

Zakat is a financial axis in Islam. With a Moslem majority population, Indonesia should be able to collect and manage zakat funds properly in order to improve the welfare of the society. However, zakat management is considered less than optimal for all this time. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of promotion on the decision of muzakki for paying zakat with trust and knowledge as intervening variables. The research was designed associatively. The variables used are promotion, trust, and knowledge, which are associated with the decision for paying zakat. The research population was 100 muzakki in Lazismu Palembang which were taken by purposive sampling. The data used is primary data with collection techniques through questionnaires. Furthermore, the analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of the study prove that 1) promotion, trust, and knowledge, have a significant effect on the decision of muzakki for paying zakat; 2) promotion has a significant effect on the decision of muzakki for paying zakat, but trust has no significant effect on the decision of muzakki for paying zakat; and 3) promotion has a significant effect on knowledge and as well as knowledge on the decision of muzakki for paying zakat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of mentor teaching skills and family environment on interest in learning entrepreneurship. The population in this study were students of the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Bisnis Kumala Nusa Yogyakarta, while the sample was students who had taken entrepreneurship courses. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Base on 100 questionnaires distributed, there were 80 respondents who returned the questionnaire and were declared eligible for processing. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that students' learning interest in entrepreneurship was influenced by the teaching skills of the mentor and the family environment.

Abstract

There must be a wide choice of products and services offered for a country with a large population like Indonesia, as well as the ability to handle financial problems. Consumptive attitudes become a habit that affects people's lifestyles, including college students. This study examines the personal financial management practices of Islamic Financial Management students at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. In this study, the SPSS multiple regression model was used to collect the data. The 2018-2020 Islamic Financial Management students were used as samples. The t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination were used to test the reliability and validity of the tool and to test the hypothesis in this study. The results show that financial knowledge (X1) has no significant effect on personal financial management behavior. While locus of control (X2) has a significant influence on the personal financial management behavior of UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh individual capability, individual motivation, leadership, dan the organizational climate sebagai komponen human capital terhadap kinerja auditor pada Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) di Yogyakarta tahun 2021. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner kepada 30 auditor yang bekerja pada 5 KAP di Yogyakata. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda setelah melewati uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah individual capability dan individual motivation secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja auditor. Leadership dan the organizational climate tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja auditor. KAP harus lebih memotivasi auditor atau karyawannya, serta memberikan kesempatan kepada auditor untuk mengembangkan potensi dan keterampilan yang dimiliki. Kondisi ini akan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja auditor dan berdampak positif terhadap kualitas dari KAP.

Abstract

This study intend to analyze the tourism sector on the economic growth of Central Java Province for the 2015-2019 period. The data used is from of secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency and the Office of Youth, Sports and Tourism in Central Java. The variabels in this study are economic growth, number of tourist object, number of tourist and number of hotels. The analysis method use linear regression of panel data with Eviews 10 software. The results show that partially the number of tourist object has no effect on the economic growth of Central Java in 2015-2019 period, but the number of tourist and number of hotels have an effect on the economic growth of Central Java in 2015-2019 period. Meanwhile, simultaneously the number of tourist objects, number of tourist and the number of hotels have an effect on the economic growth of Central Java in 2015-2019 period. It can be said that together the tourism sector han an effect on the economic growth of Central Java in 2015-2019 period.

Abstract

his study aims to determine the effect of Knowledge Level and Consumer Perception on the Decision to Purchase Generic Drugs in Yogyakarta City. This type of survey research with quantitative associative approach. The population is the people of Yogyakarta City who have ever consumed generic drugs, the research sample is 100 respondents, purposive sampling. Research data includes primary data and secondary data. The results of the t test show that there is a significant effect of Knowledge Level on Purchase Decisions (0.000 < 0.05); Consumer Perception has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions (0.000 < 0.05). The results of the F test show that there is a significant effect of the level of knowledge and consumer perceptions simultaneously on purchasing decisions (0.000 < 0.05). The regression equation shows that the coefficient of Knowledge Level and Consumer Perception are both positive, meaning that the increasing Knowledge Level and Consumer Perception will be followed by an increase in Purchase Decision. Adjusted R2 value that the Level of Knowledge and Consumer Perception is able to explain the Purchase Decision of 66.5%. The strong relationship between Knowledge Level and Consumer Perception of Purchase Decisions is 82% or very strong. Keywords: Purchase Decision, Knowledge Level, Consumer Perception, Generic Drugs
