Abstract

Kualitas layanan SAMSAT ditentukan oleh penyedia layanan yang harus dilayani dengan baik, karena pelayanan publik merupakan penyedia layanan kepada masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan fasilitas layanan SAMSAT bagi masyarakat pemilik kendaraan bermotor menjadi tujuan utama dalam penelitia ini, sedangkan target khusus adalah mengetahui dan mengkaji mengapa melakukan komplain, cara melakukan komplain dan alternatif melakukan komplain bagi pemilik kendaraan bermotor.             Penelitian ini merupakan eksploratory research, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pendekatan kualitatif dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis mengapa pemilik kendaraan bermotor melakukan komplain, bagaimana pemilik kendaraan bermotor melakukan komplain dan bagaimana pemilik kendaraan bermotor melakukan alternatf komplain.             Proses penelitian dilakukan secara terstruktur dan menggunakan sampel dalam jumlah yang kecil. Wawancara dilakukan open ended agar diperoleh informasi yang lengkap dari para partispan.

Abstract

The non-repetitive work environment of an organization requires more creative employees in order to provide a high quality service. In the construction service sector, the construction planners have to be able to design a building which not only sophisticated but also conceive a standard security level. The leader in a company has an important role to encourage the creativity of employees. This research is aimed to examine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership characteristics on the creativity of employees. Idealized influence, individualized consideration, inspirational motivation and intellectual stimulation are the independent variables while the employees creativity is the dependent variable. The data used in this research was the primary data that acquired through survey method by disseminating questionnaires. About 119 respondents who work as the employee of the planning department of CV XYZ were used in this research. In this research, a multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the influence of transformational leadership characteristics towards the creativity of employees. The research results mention that there are positive and significant influences of each characteristic of transformational leadership, namely idealized influence, individualized consideration, inspirational motivation and intellectual stimulation on the creativity of employees.

Abstract

The background of this study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership, transactional leadership and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT. PATTINDO Malang. This research uses survey method with questionnaire as data collection tool. Population in this research is all employees of PT. PATTINDO Malang which amounted to 207 people. Samples taken as many as 67 employees with simple sampling random sampling technique. Data obtained through questionnaires that tested the validity and reliability using the product moment correlation formula and cronbach's alpha. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis, F test, t test, determination coefficient test, dominant test and accompanied by classical assumption test. The results showed that: (1) Transformational Leadership, Transactional Leadership and Organizational Culture simultaneously influence the significance of employee performance PT. PATTINDO Malang. It is proven from F test to get the value of F_ (count) of 19.330 received 5% significance level (p <0.05) and H_ (2) accepted. (2). Transformational leadership positively affects the performance of employees of PT. PATTINDO Malang. This is evident from the Test of t obtained the value of t_ (count) of 2.283 received 5% significance level (p <0.05) and H_ (2) accepted. (3) Transactional leadership influence negatih on employee performance PT. PATTINDO Malang. This is evident from the t test obtained t_ (count) value of 0.489 rejected 5% significance level (p <0.05) and H_ (2) rejected (4). Organizational culture has a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. PATTINDO Malang. This is evident from the Test of t obtained the value of t_ (count) of 4.127 received 5% significance level (p <0.05) and H_ (2) accepted (5) Organizational culture dominant influence on employee performance PT. PATTINDO Malang, This is proven by the value of the largest Standardized Coefficients beta value of 0.493.

Abstract

Segar Murni Utama merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi air minum kesehatan (Mojotras) yang menawarkan kualitas produk yang baik bagi tubuh manusiaPenelitian ini dilakukan di Wonokupang tempat, waktu, biaya dan warganya banyak yang mengkomsumsi air minum kesehatan mojotras. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan brand equity terhadap keputusan pembelian. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Field research dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Popolasi yang digunakan penelitian ini 205 KK ( kartu keluarga) yang diambil Dusun Wonokupang Desa Wonokupang, Balongbendo, Sidoarjo. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini 67 KK ( Kartu Keluarga). Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan Pengujian dari uji t kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian air minum kesehatan menghasilkan nilai signifikansi Pengujian pengaruh brand equity terhadap keputusan pembelian air minum kesehatan menghasilkan nilai signifikansi adalah Sig 0.000 < 0.005 Maka persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 0,565 + 0,372 X1 + 0,456 X2 Hal ini berarti bahwa keputusan membeli produk air minum kesehatan Pt segar murni utama di pengaruhi oleh kualitas produk dan brand equity.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The research is aimed to 1) To know the satisfaction of consumer / patient on inpatient and outpatient installation. 2) To know consumer / patient retention on inpatient and outpatient installation. 3) To analyze the relationship between the length of back treatment with consumer satisfaction / patient on inpatient installation. 4) To analyze the relationship between the length of back treatment with customer / patient satisfaction on the outpatient installation. The results showed that the level of patient satisfaction at inpatient and outpatient installation described in six indicator of satisfaction of majority have good patient satisfaction. The result of the measurement of profitability indicates there is a decrease in the level of consumer benefits this condition is less good for hospital management. There was an increase in retention in ambulatory and IGD installations while hospitalization and use of operating rooms decreased. Increased acquisition of inpatient installation and use of operating room while outpatient and IGD decreased. The result of cross tabulation and symmetric measure on hospitalization have correlation value 0,084 with significance level 0,331 significance value is above 0,05 then Ho accepted H1 is rejected this show that there is no relation between duration of treatment with inpatient satisfaction. While cross tabulation and symmetric measure on outpatient have correlation value equal to 0,122 with significance level 0,256 value significance is above 0,05 then Ho accepted H1 rejected this show that there is no relation between long treatment with outpatient satisfaction Keywords: Perspective of consumer satisfaction, Balanced Scorecard

Abstract

Festival Moyo merupakan salah satu program visit Lombok Sumbawa. Tujuan di adakannya festival ini sebagai ajang promosi destinasi wisata dan budaya sekaligus menarik wisatawan agar mengenal lebih dekat dengan pulau Sumbawa. Festival Moyo selalu dimeriahkan dengan parade budaya yang menampilkan berbagai warisan seni dan budaya masyarakat adat Sumbawa dan setiap tahunnya selalu hadir dengan tema yang berbeda-beda. Lokasi penelitian akan dilakukan di Kabupaten Sumbawa. Pemilihan lokasi penelitian didasarkan pada pertimbangan bahwa lokasi atau tempat tersebut memungkinkan untuk memperoleh data atau informasi yang relevan dan akurat. Hasil dari penelitian ini, ada pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan secara parsial penerimaan pajak restoran terhadap pengaruh pelaksanaan festival moyo terhadap peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah di Kabupaten Sumbawa Tahun 2013-2017. Sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2009 Pasal 1 angka 22 dan 23, pajak restoran adalah pajak atas pelayanan yang disediakan oleh restoran.

Abstract

Selama ini pengukuran kinerja keuangan yang umum dipergunakan dalam lembaga keuangan adalah pengukuran kinerja keuangan. Pengukuran kinerja dengan sistem ini menyebabkan orientasi lembaga keuangan hanya pada keuntungan jangka pendek dan cenderung mengabaikan kelangsungan hidup lembaga keuangan dalam jangka panjang. Pengukuran kinerja keuangan saja dipandang tidak lagi memadai, sehingga dikembangkan suatu konsep â??Balanced Scorecard.â? Pengukuran kinerja dengan metode ini meliputi pengukuran dari perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses internal bisnis, perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja BMT â??As-Salamâ?  dilihat dari perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses internal bisnis, perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja lembaga BMT â??As-Salamâ? dalam perspektif keuangan, pencapaian ROI 218.67% , rasio operasi 2.24%  dan nilai profit margin 11.77%. Hasil pengukuran perspektif pelanggan, tingkat kepuasan anggota  83.20%, profitabilitas konsumen 88.22%.  Hasil pengukuran perspektif proses internal bisnis, tidak satupun yang bisa memenuhi target yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil pengukuran perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan, pada produktifitas karyawan yang belum bisa memenuhi target sedangkan retensi karyawan dan kepuasan karyawan sudah melampaui dari target yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh variasi produk dan tenaga kerja terhadap peningkatan laba pada bengkel Ahass Sugio. Apakah memiliki pengaruh secara parsial , simultan dan variabel mana yang lebih dominan, jenis penelitian yang dilakukan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian uji Validitas, Reabillitas, Asumsi Klasik, Regresi Linier Berganda, Koefisien Determinasi, Uji T dan uji F.Metode pengambilan data yang dilakukan dengan observasi, kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil data diatas dapat disimpulkan data tersebut valid, reabel dan terdapat hubungan secara parsial dan simultan , dan variabel yang paling dominan adalah variasi produk.Dari hasil regresi linier berganda yang mempengaruhi secara dominan terhadap peningkatan laba pada bengkel Ahass Sugio adalah variasi produk. Koefisien regresi Variasi Produk (X1) sebesar 0,563 artinya jika Variasi Produk naik sebesar 1 satuan maka peningkatan Peningkatan Laba akan meningkat sebesar 0,563 dengan asumsi bahwa variabel lain yang mempengaruhi dianggap konstan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence overconfidence in student investors in Yogyakarta. This study explores the relationship between demographic factors (sex, age, education) and big five personality traits (agreeableness, concientiousness, extraversion, neuroticism, openness) with overconfidence. Primary data collected from student investors through questionnaires. The statistical method used is chi-square to determine the relationship between demographic factors and overconfidence. Regression method to determine the relationship between personality types with overconfidence. Analysis using SPSS for Windows 20 on 100 sample sizes. The results of the regression analysis showed that there was an influence between concientiousness, extroversion and openness personality type variables on overconfidence. Agreeableness and neuroticism have no effect on overconfidence. The study also found an influence between demographic factors (sex, age, education) and overconfidence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine what factors influenced students choosing schools at the National Vocational School in Mojosari. With the limitation of the problem in this study, the students who attend the Mojosari National Vocational Schools in grades 2 and 3. Vocational High Schools (Vocational High Schools) are a formal educational institution that organizes vocational education from secondary/junior high school. The method in this research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was all students in grade 2 and 3 who attended the National Vocational School in Mojosari. To determine the sample using an opinion (Maholtra, 2006:291) that is 4 or 5 times the number of variables known in this study the variables are 42 x 4 = 168, so the number of samples from this study amounted to 168 respondents. The technique used is proportionate stratified random sampling, this technique is used for populations that have proportional and non-homogeneous stratified members/elements (Sugiyono, 2016:82). Sources of data in this study are primary, secondary and documentation data. For the results of factor analysis, the KMO (Kaisser-Meyer-Olkin) measure of sampling adequacy of 0.706 is greater than 0.5 and there are 42 variables whose values are above 0.5. For the factors formed there are 15 factors out of 42 variables. Of the 15 factors formed, the most influential were school product factors with a variance value of 15,885.
