Abstract

Automata is an abstract machine that can recognize (recognize), accept (accept), or generate a sentence in a particular language. There are two types of Deterministic Finite Automata (DFA) and Non-deterministic Finite Automata (NFA). Simulator Finite State Automata is a device that can be used to check the string input in Finite State Automata. The way the simulator works still does not know much about it, through the simulator it is hoped that users are more aware of it.

Abstract

The research related to the analysis of Range of Motion on human movements continues to evolve along with the development of image processing techniques related to human motion can be used to assess the motion done whether it is appropriate. The stage among others is to perform motion acquisition and then convert motion video into multiple image frames. The second phase performs the image processing process consisting of the development phase segmentation algorithm, consisting of background subtraction, grayscale, filtering, threshold, dilation, erosion to silhouette formation. Artificial Neural Network is a concept of learning used and implemented using computer programs and able to complete many calculation processes during the learning process and is system Information processors that have similar characteristics to the human neural network. Results of calculations made from neural network algorithms get an accuracy value of 92.67% using Back propagation of neural networks and 68.13% using; a radialbased neural network function to determine 3 motions are adduction, hyperextension, and extension. Abstract

Indonesia is the largest archipelago country in the world consisting of 17,499 islands from Sabang to Merauke. With so many areas in Indonesia that has so many areas scattered and, in every place, has a place for Public Fuel Filling Station (SPBU). With the distribution of gas stations based on regions in Indonesia, information is needed on the existence or position or location of gas stations to facilitate vehicle users to find gas stations. The aim of this research is to develop an application for gas station location instructions so that it can provide detailed information on the position and facilities at the gas station. Application development uses the waterfall approach and uses the Android programming language to build mobile applications. Evaluate application testing with the black box approach, that the application can run in accordance with the functions of each menu on the application so that the application can be used by users. This application can facilitate the user (user) in searching for locations from existing gas stations quickly and precisely and can be accessed by anyone, anytime, and anywhere.

Abstract

Lift as a means of transporting people and goods at a height contains potential hazards and can cause work accidents resulting in material losses, human injury and death. Accident data show the causes of elevator accidents are caused by human error factors in elevator maintenance and maintenance. The object of this research is PT Berca Schindler Lifts, which is engaged in elevator and escalator installation services spread in more than 1,000 branch offices throughout the world. Berca Schindler Lifts provides design, installation, maintenance, maintenance and modernization of transportation systems for each type of building. To satisfy and provide a sense of comfort and safety for consumers or elevator users it is necessary to check the elevator eligibility certification. The feasibility check of the elevator is still using paper checkers and stationery. This study aims to make the application of websitebased elevator eligibility certification as an electronic checklist during the process of checking the feasibility of the elevator by implementing a prototyping development model. This research resulted in a prototype of a website-based elevator eligibility certification application. The results of testing with black-box testing show all the features provided by this application can run according to user needs.

Abstract

The basis of this research is to modernize the lecturer evaluation process which is still manually done and paper-based, becomes web-based with online feature, which of course will provide numerous benefits for all parties, including the students, lecturers, and academic staffs. The development of this system utilizes SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) method which is done phase-by-phase starting from system planning, requirement analysis, design, implementation, and ended by maintenance phase. This web-based system is using CodeIgniter PHP as its programming framework, complemented by other web-based elements such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additionally, MySQL is also used as the database to store all data within the system.

Abstract

The development of data and information technology and communication at this time is an important part of everyday human life. Along with the times, the human need for information is increasing. as the development of data and information technology that is increasingly advanced and developing, the internet can no longer guarantee to provide data that is safe enough for its users. Data is very important, so the accuracy of the data is needed in the decision making process. The importance of data values causes the availability of data security, so that data falls precisely and accurately on the right party. In this research a data security simulation will be designed using encryption and decryption methods using the TEA (Tiny Encryption Algorithm) algorithm. In the TEA (Tiny Encryption Algorithm) encryption process, this study uses 64 rounds, where each round consists of, addition, key & data substitution, and XOR. The purpose of this study is to analyze, design and implement TEA (Tiny Encryption Algorithm) algorithm in the form of encryption and decryption simulation of text messages (both text and text files), so that text messages (both text and text files) will be safer when sent via email from the sender to the recipient. Thesoftware that will be used to create a simulation of the TEA (Tiny Encryption Algorithm) algorithm uses Cryptool2, which is an Open Source program used to describe the concepts of cryptography and cryptanalysis. The test results prove that this simulation can secure text messages (both text writing or text files) with different character lengths and keys. The longer and larger the size of the text message (either text or text file) and the key, the longer it will take for the encryption process.

Abstract

DerainNet is a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) based image enhancement method that was designed to remove rainy effects from an image. On DerainNet, an input image was decomposed into base layer image and detail layer image. Base layer image was acquired using fast guided filter as lowpass filter. In this article the authors discuss the effects of using guided filter with multiple configurations of degree of smoothing and neighborhood size as lowpass filter in DerainNet. To see the effects, two assessment methods will be used which is Structure Similarity Index Measurement (SSIM) for synthesized rainy image inputs and Natural Image Quality Evaluator (NIQE) for real world rainy image inputs. The result of DerainNet using the guided filter as lowpass filter will be compared with the result of fast guided filter. Based on the acquired SSIM and NIQE score, guided filter has better results than fast guided filter’s with a SSIM score of 0.919 and NIQE score of 3.829.
