This training aims to improve the ten finger blind / blind system typing skill and be able to apply it to Microsoft Word application programs to be able to help quickly complete the administrative activities of the organization Karang Taruna RW.08 in the Cinere Sub-District Cinere Sub-District Depok West Java. By using the lecture method, practice and question and answer results in increased knowledge and understanding of youth youth related to material and practice as well as increased speed and accuracy in the process of making documents in Microsoft Word. From the results of the community service activities, it can be concluded that the knowledge and understanding of youth in youth has increased. Thus the skills of youth youth in utilizing the typing master application program and its application to Microsoft word also increased.

In order to increase the capacity of the Sungai Penuh City Leaders and Members of the DPRD and based on legislation. The Institute for Research and Community Service of the STIAMI Institute of Social Sciences and Management (LPPM - Institut STIAM) Jakarta, has organized National Technical Guidance, in the form of presentations and discussions with the theme: "Substance of Election System Change and Its Implications Based on Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning Election General and RKPD Year 2018 According to Permendagri Number 32 Year 2017 ". Methods and Learning Techniques, namely lectures giving material by the resource person and discussion and question and answer, namely participants are given the opportunity to ask questions about problems that occur in the region, so that solutions can be overcome. The conclusion of the implementation of Technical Guidance, based on evaluation, can be stated (1). The speakers presented as a whole have satisfied Bimtek participants, (2). Evaluations of relevance, methods and media, facilities and consumption were assessed by the majority of participants as satisfying (3). The learning process is very interesting so there is a 2-way communication between the speaker and the participants where the discussion appears. It is suggested that in the context of the performance of DPRD members, of course this kind of activity must continue to be carried out by observing the latest topics so that implementatively participants can obtain new knowledge, then it is important to always pay attention to quality and service improvement so that implementation can run better.

Tax is the largest source of state income. However, people's compliance with paying taxes is still low. Therefore, tax education is needed early on. The research question in this activity is how to calculate and fill in the Personal Income Tax Return. The method of this activity is by lecture, demonstration and practice of calculating income tax and filling in the Personal Income Tax Return at SMKN 10 Jakarta. Conclusion of this activity Workshop Completion of Personal Income Tax Return can be held well and run smoothly. Participants are able to manually calculate and record the Personal Income Tax Return. The shortcomings are the absence of learning media, namely dummy e-filing to be practiced by participants

This activity aims to provide education, knowledge, and Digital-Based Marketing skills by using social media for home industries in order to increase their profits and sales.The method used in this community service activity uses, lectures using power point slides to explain general knowledge to home industry players about how to use Digital-Based Marketing to increase profits and sales for MSME businesses, share experiences by conducting discussions and question and answer sessions, and practice and how to make buyers interested in buying products made by MSME.As a result of this activity, participants came to understand and understood what was explained by the resource persons. Learning communication and motivation of a teacher, student and student is one of the important components in the teaching and learning process. This skill development should be possessed by a teacher, student and student by involving various community activities with Communication Skill and Motivation.Carrying the theme "Communication, Motivation And Student Learning For Teachers, Students And Students". Bekasi Regency, one of the districts affected when rainfall is high occurs according to data from BPS during 2016 the average rainfall reached 2,000.12 mm. Public Middle School 3 East Cikarang, one of the areas that has the potential for flooding, is caused by a lower land surface than the surrounding area. Biopori Infiltration Hole, is one of the techniques carried out for disaster mitigation and can be applied easily by everyone. The purpose of this study is to find out how much the benefits of biopori as a solution to minimize the potential for flooding applied in schools that are often affected by flooding. The benefit of this research is that students and the community know the benefits of biopori as a whole, not just as a flood prevention. The results obtained are overall knowledge about biopori, the benefits of applying biopori, designing a good biopori installation location, and also designing an effective biopori manufacture.

The economic burden that is so heavy is felt by most housewives as financial managers. Therefore, mothers must be able to manage their finances properly and also empower themselves by increasing income through Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.Applying the right way of financial management, the housewife is expected to get the maximum benefits from the money she has at this time so that it can ultimately be beneficial for improving the welfare of life while increasing family income through MSMEs.Majelis Taklim/ MT Namirah is a member of the Majelis Taklim who live in Makassar City, South Sulawesi as the partner of this activity. Alternative problem solving is done by conducting public lectures for MT Ibu-ibu Namirah by the post graduate lecturer at the Institut Ilmu Sosial dan Manajemen Stiami, according to their competence, namely Family Development in household, Women's Participation in politics, and Management of Household Finances and Women's Empowerment in MSMEs. Some factors that support the implementation of community service activities by conducting public lectures are the amount of interest and enthusiasm of the mothers as participants in the activities so that the activities take place smoothly and in an orderly manner. While the limiting factor is the limited time for public lectures.This activity can increase the knowledge and understanding of MT Namirah ladies about financial management and types of businesses, knowing tips for dealing with obstacles in managing household finances and MT women’s businesses. Namirah, and get the knowledge and understanding of MT Namirah about the need for halal financial sources in financial management.

Companies such as PT Mitra 10, in a competitive business world, need the role of the right business strategy, especially in supply-demand. Therefore, to avoid unbalanced supply-demand conditions, it is necessary to do supply-demand planning which always starts from demand planning. Planning that prioritizes demand in determining the amount of supply will produce a more balanced supply-demand condition than providing supply without prioritizing demand.Partner Company 10 requires superior HR competencies, to implement demand planning in its business processes. This competency is needed so that every HR is reliable in carrying out demand planning. Training is one of the ways expected to improve HR competencies.Demand Planning Management training is considered capable of being a solution to partner problems. The training was also considered capable of meeting the needs of Partner 10, with the aim of providing participants with techniques and methods for effective and integrated logistics management, which included purchasing, warehousing, inventory control and distribution of goods. This training is expected to improve the performance of PT Mitra 10.

The community and several agencies the city of Gorontalo especially those directly related to the presence of the Bolango river show that their not to their satisfaction of the work because the community considers the work performed by the subproject has not been completed. The benefits in terms of flood control projects that were considered less been of more benefit value. Indeed, if the making embankments can be solved, then the value of benefits from the existence of the project will be very high because the area is secured a growing urban region that is generally a business district/trading area.

Managing personal finances is a reality that must be faced by everyone in everyday life, where a person must be able to manage his personal finances and his household well in order to balance between income and expenses, to meet all the necessities of life and not get caught up in financial difficulties. Managing personal and household finances is not an easy thing to do because there are only difficulties faced by everyone, where one of the difficulties faced is the phenomenon of consumer behavior that is growing rapidly in the community. Likewise, the problem faced by housewives in Sungai Bambu Kelurahan, Tanjung Priok Sub-district, North Jakarta, so that a household financial management training activity was held as a solution to the problem.Some factors that support the implementation of this activity are the great interest and enthusiasm of the mothers as participants of the activity so that the activity takes place smoothly and in an orderly manner. While the inhibiting factor is the limited time of training. This activity can increase knowledge and understanding of RPTRA Sungai Bambu Village, Tanjung Priok Subdistrict, North Jakarta, increase knowledge about tips to deal with obstacles in managing household finances RPTRA, Sungai Bambu Village, Tanjung Bambu District, North Jakarta District, and increase knowledge and understanding of the RPTRA of Sungai Bambu Village, Tanjung Priok District, North Jakarta about the need for halal financial resources in financial managementConsidering the magnitude of the benefits of the activity, then it is necessary to hold a Financial Management training for every woman or RPTRA in DKI Jakarta as well as the continuity and monitoring of the program.
