Abstract

This study aims to find a website that strives to wash the hands seven of the early childhood school children in Aisyiyah 1 Kindergarten, Bengkulu City. The research design used a pre-experimental method with one group pretest-posttest. The results showed that before the intervention was given the first-star category, there were 27 people (90%). The children got the second-star sort as many as three people (10%), while the number of respondents after being given the intervention experienced an increase in ability and the third-star category was seven people ( 23.3%) and get IV stars as many as 23 people (76.7%), and the bivariate analysis using the Wilcoxon test obtained p-value = 0.000. In conclusion, there is a significant influence between the method of increasing the handwashing ability of seven early childhood in Aisyiyah 1 Kindergarten, Bengkulu City. Abstract

This study aims to explore the experiences of ODHA patients in physiological adaptations in Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu. This type of research is qualitative research with survey methods and in-depth interviews (In-depth Interview). The results showed that the knowledge aspect of the three informants understood and knew about HIV / AIDS. Elements of the problem of physiological adaptation are obtained in the form of continuous diarrhea, continued appetite, drastic weight loss, fatigue when on the move, insomnia or sleep disturbances, itchy skin, infection of the skin, uncomplicated illness (fever, flu, and cough), joint pains, tingling sensation, forgetfulness, low vision, and refusing to open up to the surrounding environment. The aspect of ODHA experience in overcoming the problem of physiological adaptation is that ODHA not only depends on ARV drugs, but they use other medications according to complaints and use herbal medicines. In conclusion, the three informants understand HIV / AIDS, have many problems that arise in physiological adaptation, and how ODHA to overcome the problem of physiological adaptation, namely traditional and pharmacological ways. Abstract

This study aimed to see the comparison of blowing bubbles and blowing bamboo blades to the respiratory frequency of children with asthma in the Edelweiss Room, DR. M. Yunus Bengkulu Year 2019. The research design used was a quasi-experimental research. The univariate analysis results showed that the average respiratory rate before and after doing super bubble blow therapy was in the moderate category (26.91) and after the intervention was in the medium type (25.30). The average respiratory frequency before and after blowing the bamboo propeller was moderate (26.69) and light (24.81). The bivariate analysis results showed that there was an effect of blowing bubbles on respiratory frequency in children with a value of p = 0.000, and there was an effect of blowing bamboo propellers on respiratory frequency in children with asthma with a value of p = 0.007. In conclusion, there is no difference in superbubbles blowing therapy's effectiveness by blowing bamboo propellers in children with asthma. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the scale of pain before and after being given effleurage massage therapy for adolescent girls experiencing primary dysmenorrhea. The research method used in this study is a pre-experimental method with a pretest-postest design. The results showed that the p-value before and after being given effleurage massage therapy was 0.000 (<0.05). In conclusion, there is an effect of effleurage massage therapy on reducing the pain scale of primary dysmenorrhea in young women at SMP Muhammadiyah Terpadu, Bengkulu City. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see a picture of people living with religious HIV / AIDS. The method in this research is using descriptive analysis. From a total of 69, the results of the study obtained moderate religious data on people living with HIV / AIDS of 42 respondents (60.9%). Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence early marriage in Air Rami District, Mukomuko Regency. This research method is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional study approach. The results showed that the factors that influence early marriage in Air Rami District, Mukomuko Regency include knowledge (p = 0.000), attitude (p = 0.004), parents' income (p = 0.001), exposure to information media (p = 0.901), the influence of peers (p = 0.569), the role of parents (p = 0.000), the number of family members (p = 0.039), while the factor that did not affect early marriage in Air Rami District, Mukomuko Regency was exposure to information media (p = 0.901), peer influence (p = 0.569), and culture (p = 0.104). In conclusion, there is an influence between knowledge, attitudes, parents' income, parents' role, and family members in early marriage. Meanwhile, what did not affect early marriage was exposure to information media, peer influence, culture. Keywords: Marriage, Early Age
