Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, compensation, and work discipline on the performance of the Ministry of Religion Employees of the Banten Provincial office. This study uses a survey method using primary data obtained from questionnaires. The sample in this study was 130 employees. Samples were taken by random sampling technique, which is a random sampling technique. The results showed that: (1) leadership had a significant positive effect on employee performance. (2) compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. (3) work discipline has a significant positive effect on the performance of the employees of the Ministry of Religion in the Banten Regional office.

Abstract

As business group (Kelompok Usaha Bersama) that moved in food business field, the used raw material at KUB Mitra Mandala Sobang is brown sugar (gula aren) that will be made become powder which is often called by palm sugar (gula semut). In conducting the availability of raw material, some challenges that faced by this company is financial controlling such as the differentiate of raw material price, the storage of raw material with damaging risk, not optimal production process and the unfilled number of raw material.In this research, the writer is reviewing the controlling of the raw material availability at KUB Mitra Mandala Sobang by comparing two systems of availability. The aim of this research is to know the comparison system of the availability controlling that had been done by KUB Mitra Mandala Sobang using two systems of controlling the availability, namely Economic Order Quantity method (EOQ) and Just In Time method (JIT).After doing further analysis shows that in performing inventory control of raw materials, the costs incurred by KUB Mitra Mandala Sobang greater than using wide approach method Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and the approach method of Just In Time (JIT). Meanwhile, if the approach of Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) compared with Just In Time (JIT), to use JIT approach is superior because the higher order quantity and total inventory costs lower

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to gain a proper understanding of the influence of leadership style on performance with gender as a moderating variable. This research is a field. This method is intended to test the influence of leadership style variable (X1) as the independent variable on the performance variable (Y) as the dependent variable, and examine the effect of gender (X2) as a moderating variable between leadership style and performance. Than 80 questionnaires administered, 75 (100%) is returned in full. The study found that gender moderates the influence of leadership style on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and assess the effect of compensation on performance in the Regional Government (Pemda) of Pandeglang Regency. The research was conducted using quantitative methods. The study population was all employees in the Regional Government (Pemda) Pandeglang Regency as many as 12,333 people. The research sample is in the area of the Regional Government (Pemda) of Pandeglang Regency with 12,333 people. Data analysis uses descriptive-inferential analysis. The results showed that: (1) there was a significant relationship between compensation and employee performance in the Pandeglang District Government; (2) there is a significant effect of compensation on employee performance in the Pandeglang District Government; and (3) the magnitude of the effect of compensation on employee performance is 49.1%. The study concluded that there was a significant effect of compensation on employee performance in the Pandeglang District Government. Furthermore, further research is recommended with deeper and broader studies, both by adding research variables, expanding the scope of the research object, and using different methods.

Abstract

Bank BRI Rangkasbitung is a work unit within the Lebak Regency Government with its reputation as a microbanking that has been rooted in the Indonesian community, BRI is constantly developing its services in accordance with the needs of the Indonesian people. This can be seen from BRI's efforts in aligning its business with the demographic development of the community that spreads to the urban area, which is marked by the emergence of new economic centers throughout Indonesia.This research has problem formulation : 1) What is the level of performance of outsourcing employees at BRI Bank Rangkasbitung Branch? (2) How does the performance level of permanent employees at BRI Bank Rangkasbitung Branch? (3) Is there a difference in performance between outsourcing employees and permanent employees at BRI Bank Rangkasbitung Branch?This study has the objectives: (1) To determine the performance of outsourcing employees at BRI Bank Rangkasbitung branch (2) To find out how the performance of permanent employees at BRI Bank Rangkas Branch count (3) To find out whether there are differences in performance between outsourcing employees and permanent employees at BRI Bank Rangkasbitung Branch.Based on the results of data processing on the reliability validity test, and normality, a significant test using Homogeneity test and independent t-test, all by using spss version 20 calculations. It is known that all outsourcing employee performance statements, and permanent employee performance produce t- test of 0, 594 which means greater than 0.05. So, it can be stated that Ha is rejected or not proven true. As seen from the section t-test for equality of means, the numbers in the column Difference mean 1.121 derived from the average method X test minus the average value of the method Y test (36,35-37,47) obtained said " There is no significant difference in the performance of Outsourcing employees towards the performance of permanent employees at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Rangkasbitung

Abstract

The financial performance area needed to measure the ability of an area in managing their finances its territory. The purpose of this research isto find out the financial performance of local government by using some financial ratios,are among themis the ratio of degree of decentralization, the dependency ratio, the ratio of independence, the ratio of the effectiveness and efficiency, growth ratio.This research was conducted the office of BAPENDA and the data used in quantitative data that is the realization of the report budget (LRA) and Target. The method is done in this study is to use quantitative descriptive methods to measure the financial performance.Results of the study showed that the ratioof degrees decentralization belongs to low or less because it is at intervals 20% with the average ratio of 12%. Result the ratio of the dependency rate belongs to very high views of the average dependency rate of 67% that is to be at intervals area 50%, the ratio of low belongs to the independence once with an average ratio of 18%. The result of the average ratio of effectiveness of 102% because it is on intervals 100% who belongs into the criteria very effective and the ratio of efficiency get result into an average of 97% can be categorized into efficient criteria. The original income growth ratio of the area, the revenue growth, operating expenses growth, capital expenses growth entirely showed a positive growth.

Abstract

The issuer’s steps ini managing its finance are always faced with investment decisions, funding decisions, and policies to determine how much dividends must be distributed to shareholders. This study aims to determine the effect of ROA and dividend policy agains Stock Prices on food and beverage sub sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2014-2018 period. The research method used in the study uses the causative method. The population examined in this study is a company enganged in the costumer godds sector listed on the IDX with the 2013-2017 financial reporting period. Fifty five sample were collected using purposive sampling method. Data analysis used is multiple regression lineer. The results show that ROE does not have a positive effect on dividend policy, which is indicated by the sig value of 0,008 0,05. Sales Growth has a negative effect on dividend policy, indicated by the sig value of 0,239 0,05. The Stock Price has a negative effect on dividend policy, indicated by the sig value of 0,901 0,05. Simultaneously, ROE, Sales Growt and Stock Prices effect Dividend Policy, indicated by the sig value of 0,0320,05. This research is limited by the number of samples and the variables studied, for the next researcher is expected to be able to examine more variables related to dividend policy.Langkah emiten dalam mengelola keuanganya selalu dihadapkan pada keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan, dan kebijakan untuk menetukan berapa banyak dividen yang harus dibagikan kepada para pemegang saham. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh ROA dan Kebijakan Dividen terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan Sub Sektor Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2014-2018.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi yang diteliti dalam peelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang bergerak pada sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI dengan periode laporan keuangan 2014-2018. Sebanyak 10 perusahaan sampel yang dipilih, menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ROA tidak berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham, yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai sig 0,020 0,05. Kebijakan Dividen berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham, ditunjukkan oleh nilai sig 0,260 0,05. Menunjukkan bahwa ROA,  dan Kebijakan Dividen tidak berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham, ditunjukkan oleh nilai sig 0,032 0,05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the variables of communication and transformational leadership alone - or jointly - can have an effect on the satisfaction of Employees in the House Detainee Class IIB Rangkasbitung and to know which variable is the most dominant influence employee job satisfaction at Home Prisoner of Class IIB Countries Rangkasbitung. The total population is 52 people and the number of samples of 50 employees Rutan Klas IIB Rangkasbitung taken at random. data method used is by using the technique of interview and also spread the questionnaire with job satisfaction variable 6 Statement, Communication 6 statement, transformational leadership 6 statement. Data analysis used is Test of Normality and multiple linear regression. The hypothetical test is performed by T Test for its own self-effect and F-Test for stimulant or joint effect treated using SPSS.The result of the research shows that transformational communication and leadership have an effect on job satisfaction of Rutan Klas IIB employee Rangkasbitung, and Transformational Leadership has a dominant influence on Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to examine empirically the effect between competency and motivation on work productivity among the employees at Regional General Hospital of Banten. The subjects of this research were 122 employees selected as samples by using proportionate stratified random sampling technique taken from the overall population of 175 employees. The data of each variable were collected separately by the respondents’ filling in a questionnaire. The effect technique was applied to analyze the data which had been previously treated with the regressive and correlation procedure. The result proved that the employees’ work productivity was positively affected by the competency and the motivation in Regional General Hospital of Banten, and the motivation was positively affected by the competency. The findings suggest that the variation of the work productivity of the employees might have been affected by the competency and the motivation.

Abstract

One of the factors to consider in investing in the capital market is the stock price. Stock price is one indicator of company management in determining the value of the company. results in increasing profits will provide satisfaction to investors. The stock price that continues to increase illustrates the good value of the company so that it will make it easier for management to get capital or funds from outside parties. quantitative descriptive research method. The type of data in this study is secondary data found on the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely www.idx.co.id in the form of financial statement data on LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Partially, Earning Per Share has a significant influence on stock prices. Partially Return on Equity does not have a significant effect on stock prices. Partially Net Profit Margin has a significant negative effect on stock prices. Together, the variables of Earning Per Share, Return on Equity and Net Profit Margin have a significant effect on stock prices.
