<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is one of the efforts help the business person in assessing the performance of the companies (banking), namely to know how the performance of PT. BPRS SAFIR BENGKULU in the priode 2012-2014 if seen with the Balanced scorecard approach. The study was descriptive in nature with the quantitative approach, where the purpose of this descriptive study was to make a picture, or painting in a systematic, actual and accurate regarding the facts, properties and relationships between phenomena investigated. The collection of data on research is, interviewing, documentation, questionnaire by means of collecting data skunder and the data collected is financial reports in 2012, 2013, 2014. From the results of the measurement of overall performance showed that the performance of PT BPRS SAFIR BENGKULU already good views from all four financial perspective, the customer perspective, the perspective of internal business processes, and learning and growth perspective of the balanced scorecard.Keywords: Performance, Balanced Scorecard, Islamic Banking]]>

<![CDATA[The relevant and good financial report have the role to minimize the needs conflicts between companies and common stock holder and able to increase the value of companies and the common stock holder itself. The timeliness is an important factor in presenting an relevant information. This research is aimed to know the influence of liquidity, company scale and the reputation of Public Accountant Office (KAP) toward the timeliness of financial report. The population of this research are cigarretes and cosmetics companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange consist of six companies. The sample in this research was taken by using purposive sampling technique. The method in analyzing the data used in this research was a regression logistic test. The results of this research showed that the liquidity did not influence the timeliness of financial report. The company scale influence the timeliness of financial report. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the analysis of financial management performance in assessing the performance of School Based Management. The object of the research was conducted at SDIT IQRA'1 Kota Bengkulu. The importance of Financial Performance Management Analysis is done, so that the existing funds can be utilized optimally with more consider the calculation of incoming funds and funds issued. Data collection in this study using questionnaires and documentation. The data collected is processed by using descriptive qualitative analysis to know the performance of School Based Management in School Financial Management Performance Analysis. Based on the results of research decisions on the results of Respondents Respondents Teachers, staff, Structure, Employees, Committees in SDIT IQRA'1 and Foundation Al Fida Foundation to SDIT IQRA'1 of the four Indicators that become a benchmark for SDIT IQRA'1 city Bengkulu . <![CDATA[This research was aimed to determine the effect of growth and equity financing murabahah about returns in the form of return on assets in the Bank's Credit Rakyar Sharia (SRB) in the island of Java in the period quartalan ie Balance Sheet reporting period March 2011 s / d in December 2012 were published The hypothesis testing using multiple linear test that examines the effect between murabaha and growth equity capital structure as an independent variable to variable yields as dipenden. Secondary Data collection method is by using quantitative analysis. <![CDATA[Determining the profit-sharing ratio in Islamic concepts is a necessity. The system of determination of the profit-sharing ratio should refer to the principle of fairness of inter-personal balance of the conduct of the council. The behavior of the Muslim community in Indonesia, especially in the villages, is still a lot that does not set the profit-sharing ratio at the time of agreement (akad). As with the livestock raising, the yield-sharing system is set at the time of the outcome and often the determinant of how much of each part is the owner of the livestock. <![CDATA[In producing the goods when viewed from the perspective of the Islamic way of production, manufacturers produce the goods in an attempt to create maslahah, which seek profit through production that is not prohibited and protected from the exploitation of natural resources. Maslahah itself is divided into two components, namely the benefits and blessings. Production activities can be seen in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is currently one example of the active role of government in promoting the productivity of the people in the industry. Pembangungan industry effort aimed at expanding employment opportunities and increase production. One form of community contributions by active production activities are SMEs Fish Processing Unit (UPI) Mino Ngudi Lestari, located in the hamlet of Nayan, Maguwoharjo, Yogyakarta. The main problem is formulated in this research is how the production of products of fish processing in Mino UPI Ngudi Lestari viewed from the perspective of production in Islam. The results of this research are production systems that are applied by SMEs UPI Mino Ngudi Lestari manage fish into refined products overall compliance with production systems in Islamic. <![CDATA[Communicating is importance for everyone inside organization. All members in the organization must use communications to perform tasks. The process of communication that occurs in the organization especially internal communication is an important factor in creating an effective organization with to improve employee performance. Internal communication is well established can strengthen relationships among employees and generate trust, confidence, openness, honesty, security support, satisfaction work. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of internal communication with the performance of employees at the Office of Revenue Management Finance and Regional Assets Bengkulu Tengah District. The method of analysis used is the validity and reliability test, rank spearman correlation, hypothesis test. The result of spearman rank correlation analysis obtained by spearman rank correlation value 0,96 is 0,800 - 1,000 interval, it means relationship between internal communication (X) with performance of officer of Revenue Service, Financial Management and Asset of Regency of Bengkulu Tengah is very strong and test value t obtained significant results where the significant value in the table is 0,000 and the value of t count 37.87> t table 1.99 means Ho is rejected and Ha accepted so it is proven that internal communication has a significant relationship with the performance of employees on the Office of Revenue, Financial Management and Assets Region of Bengkulu Tengah Regency.Keywords:Â Internal Communication, Employee Performance]]>

<![CDATA[Mutual fund composed of two concepts, namely mutual meaning keep or keep and the concept of the Fund means the set of money. Mutual funds means a collection of money is kept. Mutual funds (mutual fund) is a vehicle used to gather a Community Fund (financiers) to then be invested into the portfolio effect by investment managers (MI). The effect can be a portfolio of stocks, bonds, money market instruments, or a combination of some of these capital market law No. 8 year 1995 article 1, paragraph (27): "mutual fund is a container used to gather funds from society to next Financiers invested in the portfolio Effect by investment manager." On mutual funds, investment management manages funds that they are placed in securities and realize gains or losses and receive dividends or interest are dibukukannya into the Net Assets Value (NAV) of the Fund. Wealth funds managed by the investment manager to the custodian bank is stored on is not affiliated with the investment manager, the custodian bank which is what will act as administrator of a collective and daycare. Shariah-compliant mutual fund is a container used to gather funds from community of property owners as a financier (shabib al-mal/rabb al-mal) to next invested in the Portfolio Effect by the investment manager as a representative of shahib al-mal according to the provisions and principles of the Shariah.Keywords: Â Islamic mutual fund, investment, portfolio]]>

<![CDATA[This research is quantitative research looking at the implementation of the government’s internal control system of local government performance: the structural official involvement as moderating variable at the official work unit, the District of Central Bengkulu. Data were obtained through questionnaires in 243 officers in all offices of the local work unit the district of Central Bengkulu. The analytical method used is a multiple linier regression by using statistical software. The results showed that the application of the system of internal control in the government agencies working unit in Central Bengkulu proved to affect the performance of official work unit in Central Bengkulu. The Structural official involvement proved to strengthen the implementation of internal control systems in the government work unit of central Bengkulu.
