Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the 2013 Curriculum during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research was carried out at SMP IT Ad-Durrah Medan. The research method used is a qualitative method, with a descriptive study model. The results of the study show that the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum during the COVID-19 pandemic at SMP IT Ad-Durrah Medan still carries out learning, but is done remotely based on an internet network. Policies are carried out by following government regulations. The implementation has an impact, namely 1) graduate competence is not achieved, 2) attitudinal competence is not achieved, 3) routine student activities are not carried out. The obstacles faced are 1) the difficulty of students understanding learning, 2) there are parents of students who cannot provide learning facilities, 3) cannot do simultaneous learning, 4) cannot optimally review student development.

Abstract

Digital era is a condition where everyone is able to access various informations on the network (online). It is available in cyberspace and make easier to access everything without space and time limitation. There is no world block after the invention of this system. The digital natives, has a tendency to search information through internet. They prefer to get advantage of smartphone features or other technological devices for entertainment or to fulfill primary needs. Music and movies can be enjoyed or downloaded freely or paid cheaply. For scientific needs and accessing information, one can get articles freely without any requirements in this digital era. This phenonema on the other hand is an encouraging thing that indicates a change of the world in a more advanced. This era has demanded learning innovation, and technological advances must be utilized as best as possible by educators, especially Islamic religious educators. Utilization of technology in the learning process is a must so that the learning process is not stagnant and rigid. Utilization or innovation of Islamic religious education learning must be carried out immediately, especially in the learning method. The internet as a learning media can be an alternative method of learning Islamic religious education. This can be in the form of e-learning, or applications which facilitate the learning material delivery, resulted learning process is more interesting.

Abstract

This research discusses about parents role to motivate their children to stud English during Corona Virus pandemic. This study is case study in MTs arrohman and MTs al Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang. Using qualitative descriptive, interview and observation as instrument. The data collected by Miles & Huberman model. This study resulted that parents’ role in motivating their children to learn English during pandemic are as educator, motivator, facilitator, and being good models for their children. To do that, they faced some problem, and overcome them by advising patiently, working cooperatively with other parents to prohibit their children from playing while studying, and devide time well. The children motivation to study English depended on the way their parents motivated.

Abstract

Teacher's personality competence is the most important factor for student learning success. Teachers become examples and role models in fostering and shaping students' morals. The purpose of this study was to: a description of the teacher's personality competence in moral development, a description of the process of character building for students at MTs Al Ma'arif Brudu Sumobito Jombang. The results showed that: the teacher's personality competence in building student morals, namely by reflecting the teacher's personality includes: a disciplined personality, being a good role model for students, having a good work ethic by carrying out the mandate and responsibilities as a teacher, being able to behave fair to students in the learning process, be assertive, have a consistent attitude in acting according to norms. The process of building student morals is carried out by various methods applied by the teacher, including: first, through exemplary by instilling discipline and student responsibility. Second, through good habituation by getting students accustomed to worshiping, smiling, greeting, greeting, and shaking hands, and helping each other. Third, give good advice or maui'zhah to students. The fourth is to provide punishment with the aim of deterring students from repeating disgraceful acts.

Abstract

The global world really needs the development of IMTAQ is very important, because without being framed by faith and piety, the competence of science and technology will be less meaningful for the life of the nation, it is even feared that it will be wild and uncontrolled, which will manifest in the erosion of moral values. Therefore the pesantren and formal school curricula need to be framed in the form of integration. Only the integration of the curriculum can connect the two education (Pesantren and formal education). The integrated curriculum (Integrated Curriculum) is an attempt to integrate learning materials from various kinds of lessons. Integration is created by focusing lessons on specific problems that require solutions with material or materials from various disciplines or subjects. Overall the pesantren curriculum is flexible, in the sense that each student has the opportunity to compile his or her own curriculum completely or partially according to their needs and abilities. Even in pesantren that already have a school education system

Abstract

A teacher has a very important role in developing the character and attitude of the Duha prayer discipline towards students in school. Discipline is a strict rule in which the contents and formulation of the rules are carefully thought out and developed in a more real way so that what is desired can be realized as expected. Discipline can give birth to the spirit of appreciating time, not wasting it. This research is a qualitative field research, the form of research is descriptive qualitative using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that: the role of fiqh teachers in improving student discipline through prayer in congregation at MTs Midanutta'lim Mayangan Jogoroto Jombang includes habituation, enforcing discipline, awareness, supervision, and examples or role models. Supporting factors for fiqh teachers in an effort to improve discipline in congregational prayer among students are facilities, natural resources, and support from the surrounding community. Barriers to fiqh teachers in an effort to improve discipline in congregational prayer among students. namely the lack of awareness of students and their different family backgrounds. Meanwhile, the solution for fiqh teachers in overcoming obstacles in an effort to improve discipline in congregational prayer is: providing guidance to students and the participation of parents at home.

Abstract

Demanding knowledge is not just a transfer of knowledge for the benefit of the world, not just intelligence without thinking about spirituality and morals. So that learning must cover all aspects, from intelligence to moral intelligence for everyday life. The affective domain is very important, where today many people understand religion but have not yet practiced it, because affective values ??and religious values ??have not yet become a reflection of their daily attitudes. This study reveals the formation of students' affective domains in fiqh learning which is integrated with the Ahkam Tafsir at Al Urwatul  Wutsqo Bulurejo DIwek Jombang which is manifested in the formation of attitudes and awareness of students to apply Islamic law in daily life.
