<![CDATA[AbstractAdvertising is one of the most important things in supporting the success of the goods or services offered to the public. Television advertisements are one of the advertisements that are often seen by the public because of the excess audio visual effects. In modern society, there are hardly any people who are not preoccupied with advertising activities. This can help us to realize and understand how important it is to have an institution or institution that integrates all the components and mechanics involved in advertising. Because, advertising is used by everyone, not only by the users of consumer goods, but in essence related to the mass information system in the political, economic, social, cultural and technological fields. Each other interacts using the information system referred to and spread all the problems associated with the system, including religious issues. From this description, what synopsis of Tokopedia "Resign" ads will be explored. This research shows that Tokopedia advertisement is considered not effective enough to convey a message even though this advertisement is quite entertaining for some people. But the message conveyed was blurred because so many meanings could be created from the short 30 second ad. But at least this advertisement can still fulfill the function as brand awareness. <![CDATA[Abstrakartikel ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan bentuk komunikasi interpersonal yang terdapat dalam model dakwah kelompok Jamaah Tabligh. Kelompok ini menggunakan pendekatan personal-persuasif (interpersonal)ketika melakukan dakwah kepada orang. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengungkapkan hal tersebut maka dilakukan penelitian terhadap kelompok Jamaah Tabligh. Kepada mereka dipilih 5 orang secara snowball sampling dan dilakukan wawancara terkati cara mereka berdakwah. Selain itu diadakan pengamatan dan studi literatur untuk memperkuat data hasil wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan teknik tiga jalur yaitu reduksi, kategorisas, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hal-hal sebagai berikut: (1) model dakwah kelompok Jamaah Tabligh terbagi dua yaitu dakwah perseorangan dan dakwah umum. (2) komunikasi interpersonal berlangsung secara khusus dalam dakwah infiradhi yang sifatnya perseorangan dalam suasana percakapan biasa. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah secara substansi, komunikasi interpersonal memang merupakan bagian dari dakwah Jamaah Tabligh karena untuk membuat orang terkesan atas pesan yang disampaikan maka harus menyentuh hati dan perasaan mereka. <![CDATA[This study discusses "The Effect of Communication in Organizations for Smooth Work in the Bone Regency Manpower Office". The purpose of this study is to obtain an objective picture of the effect of communication to improve the performance of employees of the Bone District Manpower Office. This research uses the field research method which is the method used by researching the object under study by interview, observation and, documentation. The source of the data in this research is the employees of the Bone Regency Manpower Office. Data collected from the results of the study were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that 1)The conditions of the implementation of organizational communication in supporting the smooth implementation of the tasks within the Bone District Manpower Office, 2) The effectiveness of the communication carried out, and what factors underlie its implementation, and 3) The relationship between the implementation of communication with the smooth completion of organizational tasks.KeywordsCommunication, Organization, Work Smoothness, Employment]]>

<![CDATA[AbstractSystematics Tafsir Al-Hijri was the beginning of the introduction and then the table of contents, and then enter the discussion of the text. Each verse is classified and given a theme. There are 44 themes that became staples of the discussion and any description of the themes discussed with language that is very straightforward. Method of preparation of Tafsir Al-Selusuh order models. From one paragraph to the next verse in surah al-Maidah outlined, with the earlier grouping some of the verse to one specific theme. The pattern of interpretation belongs to adabi-ijtimaiy. <![CDATA[AbstractThe history of the development of the hadith has recorded discussion of the inkar al-Sunnah.One of the causes of this movement is the occurrence of political differences among theMuslims which causes them to split into several groups or sects (firqah). The existence of thisarticle is to discuss inkar al-Sunnah in the contemporary period III in Southeast Asia, namelyIndonesia-Malaysia, but in this paper only discusses the inkar al-Sunnah in Indonesia andfocuses on Ircham Sutarto's thoughts about inkar al-Sunnah. Al-Qur'an and al-Sunnah aresources of Islamic teachings that must become guidelines for human life. But in practice thereare still people who deny al-Sunnah and only accept the Qur'an which is absolutely narratedmut mutually. This study aims to determine the character and teachings of inkar al-Sunnah inIndonesia, namely the thinking of Ircham Sutarto. This study uses a library studymethodology, which in conducting the research a researcher is confronted with variouswritten literatures which are the primary sources in this study and according to the object ofthe study. The core of this research reveals some teachings or understandings of one of theincarcerated figures of al-Sunnah in Indonesia, namely Ir. M. Ircham Sutarto, who totallyrejected al-Sunnah. One of the teachings of the inkar al-Sunnah Ircham Sutarto which iscontained in a dictate which he wrote himself by hand said that the hadith was limited to afairy tale or the story of the Prophet brought and told by people who lived 180 to 200 yearsafter the Prophet Muhammad died and the story was lets be a fake story (fictitious). In histeachings also said that before getting a revelation all humans have been lost and alsoincluded in the Prophet including Muhammad never lost, in accordance with the QS. AlBaqarah [2]: 198. According to him also that the Prophet had no right to rule over humans inreligious matters and carry it out, in accordance with the proposition of the QS. <![CDATA[AbstrakKeberhasilan seorang mahasiswa dalam dunia akademik dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor. Salah satu faktor tersebut adalah peranan dosen penasehat akademik dalam memberikan arahan atau bimbingan atas problem yang dialami mahasiswa selama mengikuti proses perkuliahan. Oleh karena itulah artikel ini dimaksudkan untuk mengungkapkan proses pembimbingan yang berlangsung antara dosen dengan mahasiswa. Secara khusus proses pembimbingan tersebut terkait erat dengan persoalan komunikasi antar individu yang sifatnya interpersonal. Dalam konteks tersebut, maka diadakan penelitian ini berlangsung di Program Studi Pendidikan Sosiologi FKIP Universitas Mega Rezki Makassar. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua mahasiswa prodi sosiologi sebanyak 450 orang. Sampel yang ambil adalah 250 orang sebagai responden dengan menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling dari tiga angkatan yang masih aktif yaitu angkatan 2016, 2017, dan 2018. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Analisis data menggunakan tabulasi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) intensitas interaksi dan komunikasi interpersonal terkategori tinggi dengan capaian nilai 87. (2) dimensi dalam interaksi dan komunikasi interpersonal memiliki capaian nilai bervariasi, yaitu: keterbukaan (59,2% kategori rendah); dukungan (54% kategori rendah); Empati (46% kategori tinggi); rasa positif (43,2% kategori rendah); kesetaraan (66,8% kategori tinggi). Tiga dari dimensi tersebut terkategori rendah dan dua terkategori tinggi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah interaksi dan komunikasi interpersonal penasehat akademik dengan mahasiswa berlangsung dengan frekuensi dan intensitas tinggi, tetapi tidak maksimal selama komunikasi berlangsung. Mahasiswa sering melakukan konsultasi namun tidak berkualitas. Kata Kunci: Interaksi, Komunikasi, Interpersonal, Empati, Keterbukaan.]]>

<![CDATA[AbstractThe history of Islam in the hemisphere has long been evidence of Islam's triumph in this hemisphere. One of them in Spain. Spain is a country that was once conquered by Islam to develop the religion of Islam in the country. When Islam entered Spain, this country experienced many rapid civilizations both from Islamic culture and education, because Spain was supported by a fertile country with high economic income. thus producing great thinkers. Spain experienced rapid development and Islamic culture and education which began with studying religious and literary sciences, then increased by studying the sciences of reason. The history of the triumph of Islam in Spain needs to be examined early in its emergence. Therefore, this study explores the history of the entry of Islam in Spain. This research is a qualitative research that describes all data found through a library approach. Literature approach is used to collect various literatures and previous documents related to the object of research. This research does not determine a location as a place of research because the study tends to be on text texts. At this stage, activities are carried out in the form of processing data obtained from documents, which will then be compiled into a study. The results of the analysis are outlined in the form of a descriptive research report. The results of the study show that the origins of the entry of Islam in Spain were inseparable from the success of Tariq ibn Ziyad's defeat of the king Roderick, so this victory became the main capital for Tariq ibn Ziyad and his forces to conquer important cities in Spain.Keywords: Islam, Spain, Cordova, Islamic History.]]>
