Abstract

In Indonesia, it is certainly very modern, so that in recent years there have been many residential and property businesses. In this property and housing business in Indonesia, there are many types of houses to be traded. And the contractor's business is a company that is contracted or hired to carry out work projects based on the contents of the contract that he won from the project owner who is an agency or individual. The population in this study was taken from all customers of PT. Kusuma Persada Utama as many as 100 people. The sample used in this study were 50 respondents with the calculation of the Slovin formula.

Abstract

The Study on the Potential of Restaurant Taxes for Increasing Local Revenue in Sumenep Regency 2019-2022, aims to find out the potential for Restaurant Tax and make an estimate of the potential growth of Restaurant Tax to increase Local Revenue in SUMENEP Regency from 2019 to 2022. The Specific targets to be achieved in this research are: 1. It is necessary to analyze the potential of local taxes to increase local revenue for the next 4 years in Sumenep Regency. 2. The need to optimize the potential Restaurant Tax to Increase Local Revenue for the next 4 years in Sumenep Regency. The method is carried out on the basis of documentary research and direct observation carried out on the research object, with several stages, as follows: The first stage is to analyze the growth rates of each type of local tax and developments during the 2015-2018 period. The second stage is to analyze the growth rate of restaurant tax types and developments during the 2015-2018 period. The third stage of this research activity is to analyze the contribution of each type of local tax that will have an effect on the total local tax revenue. The Fourth stage is to analyze the restaurant tax contribution. The fifth stage is to makae projections. potential of Sumenep Regency Restaurant Tax during the 2019-2022 period. The analysis of the results of the Study on the Potential of Restaurant Taxes to increase Local Revenue of Sumenep Regency generally, as follows: Hotel tax growth rate is the biggest one (86.07%), the second biggest is restaurant tax (45.33%) and the smallest is Land and Building Tax. The second analysis is the growth rate of restaurant tax from 2014 to 2018 has fluctuated where the highest growth occurred in 2015, which was 78.91%, then the lowest growth in restaurant tax was 21.39% which occurred in 2016. The contribution of restaurant taxes to regional taxes and local revenue of Sumenep Regency from 2014 to 2018 has fluctuated where the largest contribution occurred in 2017, 19.22%. Analysis of the condition of the average types of taxes based on overlay analysis (growth and contribution to PAD), during the past 5 years are: There are 3 types of taxes in the prime classification, namely Hotel Tax, Restaurant Tax, Street Lighting Tax. There are 3 types of tax with the Developing classification, namely BPHTB tax, mineral tax and advertisement tax.

Abstract

Every human being has the right to distribute his property according to what he wants, whether hoarded or sold at a very high price, but if it is entered into a monopoly or ihtikar measure, the issues discussed are no longer about the right to freedom of distribution but have touched on the impact that will be caused for what was done. A monopoly which is prohibited according to religion will certainly have a major impact on the people's economy. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the advantages of Islamic economics and Law No. 5/1999 in preventing monopolistic practices. This study used a qualitative descriptive method through measured interviews by informants. The result of this research is that the existence of law number 5 of 1999 has certainly provided a sense of security to business actors from monopolistic practices and unfair business competition, the form of law number 5 of 1999 also gives a message that the government through the competent agency (KPPU) is present. in an effort to control the existence of all kinds of violations that intimidate many people and benefit a few, such as monopolistic practices and unfair business competition. Even some of those contained in the anti-monopoly law also have a very strong correlation to several principles and arguments in Islamic economics, especially in the aspects of preventing monopolistic practices and unfair business competition.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job promotion on employee morale the Culture and Tourism Office of Lamongan. The problem of this research that you want to look for is whether or how much influence does a job promotion have on employee morale at the Culture and Tourism Office of Lamongan Regency. In this study, using data analysis, namely, Simple Linear Regression, Correlation Coefficient, t test, and coefficient of determination. The simple linear regression equation shows the result of Y = 16.487 + 0.522 X which shows the influence of job promotion on employee morale. The calculation of the correlation coefficient is 0.464, which means that job promotion has a strong enough effect on employee morale. From the coefficient of determination, the result is 21.5%, indicating the magnitude of the influence of job promotion on employee morale and the remaining 78.5% is influenced by other factors. Then testing the hypothesis using the t distribution table, from the calculation results obtained tcount 3,472> t table 1,680 means that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, then the hypothesis proposed by the author can be accepted.

Abstract

Current business developments are demanded in competition in all business fields as well as a dynamic consumer mindset. At this time companies are required to be able to create a product that is able to compete. The purpose of this research was to determine how the influence of competitive strategies and regulatory contexts on buying interest in UKM. By using the Arumanis UKM in Pesanggarahan Village as a sample. This type of research uses quantitative research methods while the analysis used is multiple linear regression. The analysis method used is quantitative method using validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression assumption, correlation test, determination coefficient, F test, T test. Based on the validity test for the three independent variables (X) and the dependent variable (Y) above obtained rhitung> rtabel (0.300), so that all indicators of the two variables are declared valid. The results of reliability testing with SPSS Alpha Cronbakh's method obtained alpha coefficients on the independent variables. Product variation X1 = 0.928. Rhitung X2 = 0.956, rcount Y = 0.885 greater than the reliability standard (0.600) with a significant level, it can be concluded that the instrument in the independent and dependent variables is reliable. From all the results above, it can be concluded that the Competitive Strategy (X1) has a significant effect on Buying Interest (Y). Regulatory context (X2) has no effect on Buying Interest (Y). Competitive Strategy and Regulatory Context jointly (simultaneously) affect Buying Interest in Arumanis UKM in Pesanggarahan Village. The Competitive Strategy variable (X1) becomes the dominant variable that affects Buying Interest (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to find out the positive and significant influence between knowledge sharing mediation on the performance of employees of the Health Office of Efarina Pangkalan Kerinci Hospital. The population of this study is all employees of worker Efarina Pangkalan Kerinci Hospital of 280 people. The sample was taken as much as 15% of the total population of 42 people. Knowledge sharing variables are measured by knowledge donating and collecting, while employee performance variables are measured by work quality, quantity of work, job knowledge, cooperation, reliable, initiative, and personal quality. This research method is a quantifying method. Data collection in this study was conducted by providing Knowledge Sharing questionnaires and employee performance to the parties concerned. The result of the data regression analysis, it is known that there is a linear relationship of Mediation Knowledge Sharing (X1) to Employee Performance (Y), as evidenced by the R Square (R2) value of 0.663 or 66.3% which means that 66.3% of knowledge sharing variables can be explained by employee performance variables or have an influence of 66.3% on the performance of employees of Efarina Pangkalan Kerinci Hospital. Then, hypothesis obtained that the knowledge sharing variable has a value of tHitung 8.72 > tTabel 2.02.

Abstract

The economic well-being of the community is measured from the level of entrepreneurship. This will happen if all family members have their own income to fulfill their needs. The purpose of this study is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of factors that affect the interest in entrepreneurship online in women. This type of research is quantitative. with a total population of 276 and a sample of 86 respondents. The analytical test tools used include validity, reliability, multiple regression t test and F test. The results obtained are freedom in work (X1), business opportunities (X2), personal pleasure (X3 ), financial security (X4) and social status (X5) that encourage interest in entrepreneurship online have partial and simultaneous effect. This is evidenced by the t test value is greater than the t table value and the calculated F value is greater than the F table. and the most dominant variable is the opportunity factor variable as evidenced by the highest regression coefficient value compared to other variables.

Abstract

The real impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on entrepreneurs was very large, many of whom suffered losses, namely in terms of sales decreased and not a few entrepreneurs were out of business due to the Covid-19 pandemic. One solution to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is to take advantage of social media such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter as a means of increasing online sales. This study aims to enable entrepreneurial students to use social media as a means to help increase sales. The results showed the independent variables X1 (Instagram), X2 (Whatsapp), X3 (Facebook) and X4 (Twitter) had an effect on sales during the Covid-19 Pandemic, where researchers proved a significant effect simultaneously which can be explained by the f-test where f -count has a value of 36.608 at the real level of 5%, and a significance value of 0.000.
