Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of work motivation and organizational culture on employee performance moderated by job satisfaction at the Department of Tourism of Kupang city. This type of research is quantitative survey research. The population and sample in this study amounted to 52 people. Collecting data through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. This research uses quantitative survey research. The results of research show that work motivation does not have a significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture does not have a significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has no significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction. The results of the mediation test show that job satisfaction cannot mediate work motivation on employee performance and job satisfaction can mediate organizational culture on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Price and Service Quality on Purchasing Decisions for Kids Clothes Barbie Brand at PT. Matahari Departement Store, Tbk Medan Fair Plaza Branch. The population in this research is the consumers of PT. Matahari Department Store, Tbk Medan Fair Plaza Branch, totaling 1,155 consumers. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula. The sample in this research is 92 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire in accordance with the indicators of each variable used. The data analysis technique uses is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The result of the test (t) or partial test shows that the price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions which is t count = 9.106 > t table 1.986. Service Quality Variables also have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions which is t value = 9.654 > t table 1.986 and simultaneously (F test) Variable Price and Service Quality (0.000) are smaller than alpha 5% (0.05) or required significance value of F is less than 5% or 0.05 or the Fcount value = 47.014 > Ftable 3,10.

Abstract

Pricing is a company's strategy to make a profit, mistakes in pricing can cause losses, and pricing also depends on the company's status as a distributor, agent, or retailer. The calculation of the Cost of Cost carried out by PT Fanos Asia Unit Pringsewu Lampung does not include a component of equipment depreciation costs, while the company is not a distributor but mostly sells in retail. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of documentation and interviews. The results showed (1) there was an increase in office overhead costs, which was caused by the imposition of depreciation costs, the office overhead costs per pcs, the cost of goods sold increased, so that the profit percentage decreased, if the expected profit remains, then the selling price must be increased, (2) Determination of the selling price of the cost plus pricing method can set a more efficient selling price. So that the price set by the company can be increased, (3) there is a difference in the amount of the selling price due to the different methods used.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the application of accrual-based government accounting standards, accounting policies, and the use of information technology on the quality of local government financial reports in the city of Binjai. This type of research is causal and the object of this research is Binjai City. The data used are primary data obtained from questionnaires with a total sample of 69 respondents. Research data Using a quantitative approach and data analysis using a simple regression analysis model. The results showed that the application of accrual-based government accounting standards, accounting policies, and the use of information technology had an effect on the quality of the financial statements of the local government of the city of Binjai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) effect of brand image and education costs on student decisions choosing Buddhist Business and Management major at STABN Sriwijaya; and (2) the influence of brand image and education costs on students' decisions choosing Buddhist Business and Management major at STABN Sriwijaya. This study investigates causality. The population of this study consisted of 76 students enrolled in the Buddhist Business and Management major in semesters 2, 4, and 6 of the 2021/2022 academic year. Using the formula given by Surakhmad (Akdon, 2005: 107), the sample size of 39 people was calculated with a margin of error of 5 percent. The sample was selected using the direct method, namely random sampling. Using multiple linear regression, a questionnaire with a Lickert scale was used to collect and analyze the data. The research findings show that (1) brand image influences students' decisions about the Buddhist Business and Management Study Program at STABN Sriwijaya, (2) education costs affect students' decisions about the Buddhist Business and Management Study Program at STABN Sriwijaya, and (3) both. brand image and education costs influence student decisions regarding the Buddhist Business and Management Study Program at STABN Sriwijaya.

Abstract

Having an engaged supervisor is a great asset to the organization, this trait requires a learning process in the organization that is supported by mutually supportive, innovative behavior and a conducive work environment. For this reason, this study aims to measure the influence of social co-workers, innovative behavior, and work environment on work engagement with learning organizations as ab intervening variable. This study took a sampling technique with a total population study or saturated sample of 68 employees at the Supervisor level at PT. ACS Surabaya, and data analysis are carried out using a path analysis model. The results of the study obtained the value of t = 6.545; p = 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that social co-workers have a positive and significant effect on the supervisor’s work engagement; innovative behavior has a positive and significant effect on the supervisor work engagement with a value of t=3.120 and p=0.027 (p<0.05); Social co-workers have a positive effect on work engagement intervened by supervisor learning organization with a value of t = 5.134 with p = 0.000 (p <0.05); Innovative behavior has a positive effect on work engagement which is intervened by supervisor learning organization with a value of t = 2.782 and p = 0.007 (p <0.05). While the work environment factors either directly or intervened by the learning organization did not affect the work engagement of the supervisors at PT. ACS Surabaya.

Abstract

Wangi Sedap Catering is one of the businesses engaged in food and beverage processing where this business still uses a manual system that requires professional employees in their field to avoid complaints from customers, therefore a good operational procedure system is needed to produce professional workers in manage the Wangi Sedap Catering in business, therefore standard operating procedures are very important in increasing employee productivity. The formulation of the problem in this research is Does the implementation of standard operating procedures have an effect on increasing work productivity for the Wangi Sedap Catering workforce at the Tourism Academy of Medan Hotel School? The research conducted at H. Bahrum Jamil street No. 48 Medan, North Sumatera The type of this research is descriptive qualitative research. The method of data collection was done through interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The number of samples in this study were 10 people. The hypothesis in this study is that it is estimated that standard operating procedures have an effect on increasing the work productivity of Wangi Sedap Catering workers at the Tourism Academy of Medan Hotel School. The results of the study: 1. Standard Operating Procedures influences to increasing employee productivity of Wangi Sedap Catering at the Tourism Academy f Medan Hotel School. 2. The most dominant indicator of The standard operating procedure to influences the work productivity of the workforce of Wangi Sedap Catering at the Tourism Academy of Medan Hotel School is the standardized procedure for Wangi Sedap Catering has been determined by the leadership as a product adhered to be implemented and becomes an instrument to protect the apparatus from lawsuits., 3. The most dominant indicator of work productivity is Quality, which is the result of work that can show the work quality of Wangi Sedap Catering's workforce.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study that aims to see the effect of perceived ease of use and trust on Halodoc customer satisfaction during the Covid-19 pandemic. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method with the criteria of respondents living in the city of Semarang and having used the Halodoc application at least 1 time. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert Scale of 53 respondents. The data from this study were tested using multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS 16.0 program. The results of this study indicate that perceived ease of use has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and the trust variable also has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The value of R Square obtained is 0.589. This means that the variable of customer satisfaction is influenced by the perceived ease of use and trust of 58.9%. While the remaining 41.1% is influenced by other variables that are not used in this study.

Abstract

Publisitas Politik bagi seorang pejabat publik memiliki peranan penting dan strategis dalam menjaga popularitas dan eksistensi di tengah masyarakat. Sebagai salahsatu bukti transparansi kinerja pejabat publik yang dipilih oleh rakyat Jawa Barat, Ridwan Kamil berupaya membagikan aktivitas kesehariannya kepada masyarakat, salahsatunya melalui media Instagram. Media inilah yang dioptimalkan oleh Ridwan Kamil sebagai sarana untuk menjaga popularitas dan eksistensi, terlebih lagi Ridwan Kamil digadang-gadang menjadi salahsatu Calon Presiden Potensial 2024. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan publisitas politik yang dilakukan Ridwan Kamil dengan menggunakan Instagram sebagai medianya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari dokumentasi. Dari penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Ridwan Kamil secara umum banyak menggunakan Pure Publicity, walau terkadang memanfaatkan Free Ride Publicity, dan juga Tie in Publicity.

Abstract

Nurses are always faced with various demands and workloads so they need to have stable emotional intelligence in dealing with their daily work. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of emotional intelligence and competence on the performance of nurses. The study was conducted at three public hospitals in Banten Province including RSUD dr. Drajat Prawiranegara, Banten General Hospital and Serang City Hospital used a quantitative approach, with a sample of 100 people. Based on the results of data analysis using SEM-PLS, emotional intelligence has the most dominant effect on nurse performance compared to competence. This study proves the importance of stable emotional intelligence to be able to support the achievement of maximum nurse performance
