Abstract

Financial analysis is used as a benchmark for assessing the performance of a bank where from this financial report information on its financial position will be obtained, so that external parties can use it to determine the risks to a bank. This research investigates the performance of BPD DIY during the pandemic through analysis of financial ratios such as Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Operating Ratio (OR), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR). The study found that the performance of BPD DIY in the midst of deteriorating macroeconomic conditions due to the pandemic is good in terms of financial ratio proxies. Banks must always carry out internal evaluations on an ongoing basis to improve bank capabilities and minimize risk. E

Abstract

The purpose of this studies was to determine the effects of the audit committee, board of directors, and company characteristics simultaneously on the publications of sustainability reports on companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This researches was a quantitative researches. The participants in this study were all mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The sample size of this research is 8 companies. The results of the studies conclude that the audit committee and company size has a significants effects on the publications of sustainability reports on mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. However, the boards have no significants effects on the publication of sustainability reports on mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the positive effect 5Q dimension of service quality; quality of object, quality of process, quality of infrastructure, quality of interaction, quality of atmosphere on patient satisfaction, the positive effect of patient satisfaction on patient loyalty and the positive effect of trust and commitment on patient loyalty. This study used quantitative research and data collection was collected using questionnaire. The target population of this research were people that have admitted as in patiens at X hospital Bogor and willing to be respondents of this research. The number of samples were determined to be which 219 samples.The sampling technique use was purposive sampling. Partial Least Square-Structural Equation modelling (PLS-SEM) is applied to this study. The result of data analysis showed that quality of object, quality of infrastructure, quality of interaction, dan quality of atmosphere have positive effect on patient satisfaction, Patient satisfaction and trust have positive effect on patient loyalty. Quality of process has a negative effect on patient satisfaction. Lastly, commitment has a negative effect on patient loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of management application on the company's operational performance which includes planning (planning), organizing (setting), leading (leadership), and controlling (controlling) on operational performance in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The subjects in this study were 50 Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Gresik. Another data source from this study was obtained through questionnaires distributed to owners and actors of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The data analysis method in this study uses multiple linear regression with the SPSS version 21 application. The results of this study can illustrate that industry management as a whole has a positive and significant effect on operational performance. Partially there is a positive and significant influence on planning, and organizing (setting). ), and controlling (controlling), but in this study leading (leadership) has a negative effect on operational performance but is not significant.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets, and firm size on derivative hedging decision making in pharmaceutical companies listed on IDX 2010-2019. The population of this study is 11 companies. Purposive sampling is used as a sampling technique and obtained 10 companies as samples. The data collection technique is carried out by documentation study of Financial Statements and Notes to the Financial Statements in Annual Report 2010-2019 of each sample company obtained from the IDX website (idx.co.id) and the websites of each sample company. The data analysis technique used is logistic regression. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant effect of current ratio, debt to equity, and return on assets on derivative hedging decision making and there is positive and significant effect of firm size on derivative hedging decision making. Therefore, if firm size (total assets) is relatively higher compared to other pharmaceutical companies, the company should consider doing derivative hedging more because the company is more likely to experience financial distress from the higher exchange rate risk received.

Abstract

This study is among the first few attempts to examine the impact between different dimensions, namely, cognitive, affective and activation dimensions of CBE and Self Identification with value congruity as a intervening variable. This study improves to understanding of WOM communication.This research was conducted to examine the effect of value congruity influence of customer brand engagement, self identification, on word-of-mouth (WOM).This research uses purposive sampling with multiple regression and data were analyzed using SPSS. The results revealed that three dimensions of CBE had a positive impact on self-identification with value congruity as a intervening variable ; self identification also had a positive impact on WOM communication.The model was tested in the context of e-service sector; future research may investigate in different context and consider to added new variable according to the existing context.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of zakat accounting on financial Amil Zakat Institution DSNI Amanah Province and to determine the suitability of the application of accounting practices of zakat Amil Zakat Institution DSNI Amanah Province based on PSAK No. 109. The type of research used in this study is a type of qualitative research using an approach descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods used in this study are through literature studies, interviews and documentation. The results of the study concluded that the process of accounting records carried out at the Amil Zakat Institution DSNI Amanah originated from evidence of transactions obtained from the collection, distribution and utilization of zakat funds. The Amil Zakat Institution DSNI Amanah uses a system of recording cash bases and journalizing by applying double entry records. Overall, the Amil Zakat Institution DSNI Amanah Province has not applied accounting practices in accordance with those required by PSAK No. 109, especially in terms of presentation and disclosure. The financial statements made are only in the form of funds cash flow statements and changes in funds reports.

Abstract

Corn is the main component of the feed industry, 50% of corn production in Indonesia is used to meet the needs of the feed industry, while only about 30% is for consumption. And the rest is for other industrial needs. The quality of corn harvested by farmers is important for feed producers to produce quality feed according to applicable quality standards. For this reason, it is necessary to apply an appropriate quality improvement strategy using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchical Process) method. The results of the analysis of factors that affect the quality of corn Kernels are harvesting techniques, and one alternative that needs to be done in controlling the quality of corn Kernels is the application of quality control.

Abstract

This research in Indonesian, especialy in Tegal because Investment growth in Tegal is very high, this can be seen by the number of foreign companies, hotels, malls, fast food restaurants and cafes in Tegal. The rise of fast food restaurants and cafes in Tegal is due to the high level of public consumption. In 2021, it was recorded at https://jateng.bps.go.id as many as 135 fast food restaurants and cafes in Tegal. The product served are varied, ranging from authentic Indonesian culinary dishes to foreign dishes. This study analyzes the factors that are able to build consumer purchasing decisions in consuming food at fast food restaurants and cafes in Tegal, namely the impression of quality, brand awareness, and brand loyalty. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling. The data used in this study is primary data, which was obtained by conducting surveys and distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, namely visitors to fast food restaurants and cafes in Tegal. The data obtained will be analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The analytical tool used to process the data is SPSS 22. The results of the simultaneous test (Test F) from this study is the value of sig 0.00 < 0.05 which means the hypothesis is "proven or accepted", this proves that Perceived Quality, Brand Awareness, and Brand Loyalty have an effect on building Consumer Purchasing Decisions in Fast Food Restaurants and cafes in Tegal.

Abstract

The development of computer technology and the internet has had a major impact on people's lives. One of them is in buying and selling transactions. Buying and selling transactions are no longer limited by region and time, with the internet the scope of buying and selling can be wider. This study was conducted to determine the effect of the education level of housewives in Deli Serdang Regency in conducting transactions using online stores. The variable level of education is the dependent variable, while the selection of product types, brands, and reasons for using online stores is the independent variable. With this research, it is hoped that the relationship between the education level of housewives and the habit of using online stores can be found.
