Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the parachute running exercise has on the 100-meter sprint running speed of class X MA Darul Ulum Waru Sidoarjo. This research is quantitative research with experimental method. The research design used was One Group Pretest and Posttest Design, namely experiments carried out in one group without a comparison group. While the sample in this study found 20 students at MA Darul Ulum Waru Sidoarjo. Results Based on the research, it is known that the minimum pretest value is 15.28, the maximum is 21.09, while the posttest value is at least 15 and the maximum is 16.72, while the sig. (2-tailed) in the experimental group is 028, so the value of sig (2-tailed) < 0.05, it can be said that Ho is rejected and accepted, it can be said that there is an effect on running training using Parachute Running on sprint running speed 100 meters (Students of Class X MA Darul Ulum Waru Sidoarjo). From the results of this study, it is hoped that running exercises using Parachute Running can be a reference as a variation of sprint running exercises so that they are not monotonous. Keywords: parachute running, 100 meter sprint.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: The effect of which exercise is better, between precision training and arm strength training on the results of shooting shots at petanque athletes. This research is an experimental research in the form of one-group pretest-postest design design. The population and sample in this study were South Sulawesi athlete athletes with a total of 16 athletes, the technique of determining samples using saturated samples. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistics. The results showed that: (1) the strength treatment group trained by push up exercises significantly influenced the shooting results of South Sulawesi petanque athletes, the effect seen from the increase in results from the initial test to the final test was 19,147. (2) the treatment group trained by throwing bosi on the tires and throwing bosi with beam barriers had a significant effect on the shooting results of South Sulawesi petanque athletes, so that the effect of improvement was seen from the results of the initial test to the final test of 6.206. The conclusion of the study is that arm muscle strength training has a more significant effect on shooting throw compared to accuracy training, it can be seen from the magnitude of the increase in value obtained from the arm muscle strength experimental group. Keywords: Training, Accuracy, strength, shooting and petanque

The results of observations in the field that there are still many players in passing while competing so that it is not in accordance with the target. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an effect of wallpass training and exercise with groups of 4 to increase the passing results of Bali United Mataram. The purpose of this research is to find out. The research design was a twogroup pretest-postest design. Population and sample are all players totaling 22 people. Instrument Passing for 30 seconds. The research data were analyzed using SPSS version 22. The results of the t-test for group 1 obtained significant values (2-tailed) <0.05: 0.003 <0.05 and group 2 significant values (2-tailed) <0.05: 0.038 <0,05. So these results indicate a significant difference. Based on the test for the difference in the mean post-test data for groups 1 and 2, it was obtained a significant value (2-tailed) <0.05: 0.026 <0.05 with an increase in the percentage value in group 1 of 12.93% and group 2 of 3, 96%. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the effect of wallpass training and exercise with groups of 4 is an increase in the passing results of Bali United Mataram in 2021.Keywords: Passing, Wallpass, with groups of 4

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of the abc running drill on the ability to sprint 50 meters. The research was conducted using an experimental method with one group pretest-posttest design. At the initial stage, data collection was carried out to determine the initial conditions of students' sprint abilities which included the ability of basic running techniques and 50 meters sprint speed. Data collection techniques using observation and tests. Observations were made by observing basic squat start techniques, running techniques and finishing techniques while the test was used to take a sprint time of 50 meters. The instrument used in the study used a rubric for the assessment of the 50 meter sprint ability. To calculate the data obtained, the Wilcoxon nonparametric test data analysis was used. Based on the results of data analysis, the Asym.Sig. (2-tailed) <0.05, then Ha is accepted. Asym.Sig. (2-tailed) (0.000 <0.05) means that there is an effect of abc running drill on the ability of students to sprint 50 meters. Keywords: Abc Running Drill, 50 Meter Sprint, Students

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Motor Ability of Archery Extracurricular Students at Harapan Indonesia Elementary School. This research is motivated by the low basic movement ability of students so that it needs to be studied further. This ability is very necessary for the development of students because with the increasing number of students doing Multilateral Movement. then, the students' motor skills will also get better. This greatly affects the talents possessed by each student in achieving achievements, especially in the field of Archery. The type of research used is descriptive in describing certain conditions with a sample of 30 male students. The sampling technique was taken by purposive sampling, namely the sampling was based on certain considerations. The implementation was carried out at Harapan Indonesia Elementary School. Data were taken using Motor Ability Test with a range of 10-12 years. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics. The results of the analysis showed that the motor skills of students from 30 respondents were obtained in the "very good" category as many as 7 people or 23.33%, the "good" category as many as 9 people or 30.00%, the "moderate" category as many as 12 people or 40.00%, the "less" category as many as 2 people or 6.67%, while there is no “very little” category.Key words: Motor Ability, Archery, Ektracurricular

Abstract

The aim is to see the effect of the 15 yard turn and 20 yard squared dribbling training methods on the improvement of UNDIKMA football dribbling results, lacking in terms of agility, speed and balance, when dribbling. The design method used in this study is a design or design with an experimental model. This type of research uses the Experiment "Two Group Pretest-posttest Design. The sampling technique used purposive sampling where 22 UNDKMA players were divided into 2 groups. From the results of data analysis the effect of the dribbling training method 15 yard turn and 20 yard squared increase the results of UNDIKMA football dribbling. The value of tcount between 15 yard turn dribbling and X1 (dribbling) is tcount 7,358. The value of tcount between X2 is 20 yards squared (dribbling) of 7,358, and the value of tcount simultaneously between Y and X1, X2, draws from the table analysis at a significant level of 5% with a sample size of 11-1 = 10 of 1,812. that the hypothesis "Ha" (accepted), then this research is significant) Conclusion of the 15 yard turn and 20 yard squared dribbling training methods, the increase in the results of UNDIKMA football dribbling can improve football bling soccer. One of the efforts made is by doing exercises. Proper practice is essential. The quality of the exercise is indicated by the intensity of the exercise performed. The study used experimental methods. The research sample was eight students—measurement of body weight before and after exercise. Perform using 100% intensity circuit training based on maximal tests. Descriptive statistics analyzed data. The results showed that they always experience an average weight loss of 2.8. Based on these results, it can reference that circuit training with 100% load could be used to lose weight. Recommendations, for maximum results, it is necessary to record macro nutritional intake, to know a proper diet for weight loss purposes. Key words: overweight, obesity, BMI, circuit training, maximul load
