<![CDATA[Background. Epilepsy is one of neurological disorder that cause disability and death. Initial response to antiepileptic drugs (AEDs) is the best predictive indicator to determine remission of epilepsy. Electroencephalography (EEG) findings can help determine the type of epilepsy and the best choice of antiepileptic drug to be given. Objectives. To investigate how is response in monotherapy antiepileptic drug in patients with newly diagnosed epilepsy Method. Cohort prospective study was conducted by the looking the eeg findings in neurology outpatient clinic Cipto Mangunkusumo hospitals (RSCM) between January to August 2017 on newly diagnosed pediatric epilepsy. Response of AED monotherapy was observed after three months of treatment. Results. There were 92 subjects that fulfilled the criteria. The incidence of newly diagnosed epilepsy children at RSCM was 21.9%. Initial respons to monotherapy AED are 77,2% and electroencephalography (EEG) findings were normal 57,6% dan abnormal 42.4% to monotherapy AED in newly diagnosed epilepsy patient. Conclusion. Most of the subject have a good initial response to monotherapy AED. The influence factors of the initial response is EEG findings.]]>

<![CDATA[Information and Transactions electronics has changed the behavior of people and human civilization globally. In addition, the development of information and electronic transactions has caused significant social change to take place so quickly. Electronic information and transactions currently have a positive impact on their development as well as in trade transactions, banking, access to various types of information such as economics, business, education, entertainment, sports, politics and others. The development of electronic media or the so-called internet is increasingly sophisticated and rapidly increasing. The emergence of social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Path, Whatssup, Line and added use of Smartphones and / or Gadgets adds to the author's belief that the current of globalization is unavoidable. The internet as information and electronic transactions have positive and negative effects. On the positive side, the internet functions to find information, games, entertainment facilities, business activities such as E-Commerce and other activities that are online. But from the negative side, this online business activity can be used as a crime such as fraud, the spread of false news through social media, the spread of hatred, wiretapping, hacking (hack) through the internet network and so on.The research method used normative juridical research method with primary legal material, namely the Law on Information and Electronic Transactions Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendment to the Law on Information and Electronic Transactions Number 11 of 2008, secondary legal material consisting of scientific books, and tertiary legal material in the form of a legal dictionary and Indonesian dictionary.In this study the measure of freedom of opinion with the spread of hatred where freedom can be a right of every person to convey an opinion that is in his mind or heart, but because of the delivery that contains provocation, incitement, or insult to another individual or group then that is what is called the spread of hatred and in the imposition of sanctions on the crime of spreading hatred through electronic media that was dropped on Defendant Feriyanto by the South Jakarta District Court, the Panel of Judges in the decision Number: 572 / Pid.B / 2016 / PN.Jkt.Sel. , impose imprisonment sanctions for 1 (one) year 6 (six) months and a fine of Rp.100,000,000 (one hundred million rupiah), subsidized 4 (four) months. This sentence is lighter than the demands of the Public Prosecutor who demanded 2 (two) years 6 (six) months and a fine of Rp.100,000,000 (one hundred million rupiah), subsidized 4 (four) months of imprisonment. This decision was made because the judge's judgment included, for example, the Defendant had never committed a crime, the defendant had a living life to provide for his wife and child and the defendant promised not to repeat his actions. So with this incident there should be socialization and / or counseling about the spread of hatred through social media and its legal consequences so that people are careful and prudent when using social networks.]]>

<![CDATA[Nowadays osteoporosis has became a global issue since the prevalence increased with lifestyle. Osteoporosis is a metabolic bone disease that can be seen by reduction in bone mass, than bone microarchitecture and the increment of bone fragility, so there will be a greater risk of fracture. Osteoporosis accurs with increasing aging population. One of the side effects of contraceptive depot medroksi progesterone acetate is osteoporosis, the use of contraceptive depot medroksi progesterone acetate which might inhibit the production of ovarian estradiol, theoretically increasing the risk of osteopenia and osteoporosis after menopause. Calcium is olso a mineral most often given to treat osteoporosis because of the effects of calcium on bone is directly related to bone formation. The research objective was to determine the effect of calcium supplementation on blood calcium levels and bone mineral dencity (BMD) in women on contraceptive depot medroksi progesterone acetate.This study is an experimental study with pre and post test design only with a simple randomization. Subjects were reproductive women around 21 years – 44 years old as many as 30 persons that were devided into 3 groups : normal group, osteopenia and osteoporosis. BMD and blood calcium of each group was examined and measured after given calcium supplement in 30 days, 60 to 90 days.The results showed that the given sample with calcium supplements for 30 days, 60 days and 90 days showed a significant increase in blood calcium levels and BMD ( p ≤ 0,05 ).]]>

Therefore, performance management has a key role in increasing the overall value of the organization.The formulation of the problem in this study is "Does the standard cost accounting information system function properly at PT. Indonesia Asahan Aluminum (Persero)? " While the hypothesis in this study is whether the standard cost accounting information system has not functioned well at PT. Indonesia Asahan Aluminum (Persero). The data collection process is carried out with library research and field research, the method of data analysis is done by qualitative data analysis methods.The results of this study are PT. Inalum has been very effective and efficient in carrying out its production activities, and also in providing raw materials needed for production activities, as well as in minimizing the costs associated with raw materials.The standard cost accounting information system carried out by the company looks good, where each activity must go through the procedures set by the company before.]]>

<![CDATA[Revenue recognition is the process of recording the cash flow coming in on the transfer of goods, rendering of services, or other activities. Revenue can be recognized when the transaction occurs or after the transaction is completed. Generally, revenue recognition and accrual basis can be critical event basis. In recognition of the critical event revenue basis, revenues are recorded directly as sales activities or the provision of services and profit is calculated based on the income received at the time. The recognition of revenue related to the company's income. This is due if the recognition of revenue that do not will result in the financial performance information is presented in the form of income that the company be inaccurate, because the revenue recognized would affect the company's income. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the recognition of revenue on the income the company of PT. Indoteras Sumatra, Medan in accordance with Statement of Financial Accounting Standards No. 23 About Revenue. The data used in this research is secondary data. The data collection techniques used by the author in this study is observation, interview and documentation. To analyze the data obtained by the authors using Descriptive Analysis Method. The results of this study indicate that that the recognition of revenue applied by PT Indoteras Sumatra, Medan in accordance with Statement of Financial Accounting Standard 23 on revenue. But still in need of correction on the recognition of rental income and Warehouse Building.]]>

<![CDATA[Sumatera Utara sebagai salah satu propinsi yang kaya akan kearifan budaya lokal dan penghasil film yang besar di Indonesia saat ini merupakan potensi yang sangat baik untuk meningkatkan kualitas skenario film di Indonesia. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan pembentukan propinsi Sumut sebagai salah satu dari sepuluh propinsi yang direncanakan akan dibentuk Lembaga Sensor Film Daerah di Indonesia. Perkembangan perfilman ini didukung dengan semakin mudahnya produksi film dikarenakan pesatnya kemajuan teknologi perfilman. Perkembangan ini menjadikan teknis dan kualitas film semakin baik serta biaya produksi film jauh lebih murah. Sayangnya hal ini tidak meningkatkan pula kualitas skenario film yang ada saat ini di Sumatera Utara. Berbanding lurus dengan kualitas skenario film yang ada di Indonesia secara keseluruhan, kualitas skenario yang benar-benar baru dan menarik belum mampu menarik minat penonton dan mampu bersaing di kompetisi film internasional. Dominan dari skenario film yang ada saat ini merupakan adaptasi dari biografi tokoh nasional atau diangkat dari novel yang ada sebelumnya. Kelemahan penulis skenario, terutama penulis pemula dalam menulis skenario film terletak pada ketidakpahaman terhadap sistematika penulisan dan komponen utama teks sehingga mengakibatkan struktur teks dalam skenario yang dihasilkan mereka cenderung tidak kuat dan konsisten sehingga jalannya cerita dalam skenario tersebut sangat sederhana dan tidak tersampaikan dengan cara yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pemahaman tentang teori register dalam kajian Linguistik Fungsional Sistemik yang secara mendalam membahas tentang tiga aspek utama dalam struktur teks yaitu Medan (Field), Pelibat (Tenor), dan Cara (Mode) kepada penulis pemula di Sumatera Utara agar dapat menghasilkan skenario film pendek yang lebih menarik dan sistematis. Dengan lebih ditingkatkannya pemahaman tentang teori ini, diharapkan luaran berupa skenario film pendek yang berkualitas dalam mengeksplorasi kearifan lokal budaya di Sumatera Utara akan terhasilkan secara konsisten dan berkelanjutan.]]>
