<![CDATA[Learning is a process of changing behaviour towards a better direction. In the learning process, individual needs independence in order to achieve effective and efficient learning goals. But in this case, there are still students get the problem in the learning independence.The goals of this research is to find out how the interpersonal communication skills of lecturers in increasing of learning independence to the student in broadcasting islamic communication program in communication and dakwah faculty, State islamic University of Raden Fatah Palembang. The method are used in this research namely qualitative. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews and observations. In this case researcher use qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The result of this research includes: (1)interpersonal communication skills which apllied by lecturers to increase students learning independence which including, (a)openness, (b) empathy, (c)supportive attitude, (d)positive attitude and also(equality); and (2)The learning independence of the students of islamic broadcasting communication program, dakwah faculty of communication in state islamic university raden fatah palembang has gotten the increasing to many aspects (a)confidence, (b)learning activeness, (c) discipline in learning, and (d) responsible in learning.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of technology and information in the global world continues to increase. Expansion of the results of technological and information development in the form of gadget communication tools and an internal set not only entering urban communities but rural communities, so that they have a direct impact both positive and negative aspects that can be easily accessed by people who slowly change people's thinking and lifestyle rural. Lack of preparedness of parents in facing the challenges of technological and information development provides changes in the development of children's behavior when children use gadgets. This study aims to determine the behavior of children of gadget users in Legoksari Village, Tlogomulyo District, Temanggung Regency. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach to describe the results of data obtained from the field. Data collection uses interviews and observation.The results of this study are 1) Family sub system: The characteristics of parenting in implementing discipline will shape the awareness behavior of children in using gadgets. 2) Peer Sub System: children who have strong interactions with peer groups who use gadgets, will lead to the habit of using gadgets and will experiment with the results of interactions in peers. 3) Sub-system of cultural environment: Changes in the behavior of children using gadgets occur because of changes in the cultural environment that is increasingly consumptive to the development of technology and information.]]>

<![CDATA[The research titled Implementation of Women's Lending and Saving Program Program in Muara Lakitan Sub-district of Musi Rawas Regency aims to explain the implementation of Women's Lending Program Group, timely and late group groups and to identify factors that support the Program. Based on Ripley and Franklin's theory, there are three factors that influence the success of policy implementation, such as the dimension of compliance level, smoothness of routine and absence of problems, past performance and impact. This research according to data type used is mix method research, sequential explanatory strategy, with the population is poor housewife using SPP revolving fund. Samples of the research were 95 respondents of the group on time and late which spread in 15 village. Based on observations and interviews, the delay in fund disbursement was caused by the number of Verification Team executors only 1 person. In addition, the means of transportation used by the Private Verification Team without the assistance of accommodation during the disbursement of funds in Lubuk Linggau. Some respondents claimed that they were not supervised by the executor during the business because they already have a business with a good enough income, which never experienced delinquency. Obstacles in loan repayment due to fluctuating monthly income. However, this barrier can be overcome by the UPK in the District. Further factors supporting the success of program implementation in Muara Lakitan are Compliance executor and membe, capability of group implementer of borrower, and also community participation.]]>

<![CDATA[Smartphones are the new media in terms of the communication process, one of these types of gadgets has a lot of great benefits in life. It is not only used to communicate with each other, the fact that the smartphone also has a very wide function. Some high schools have a prohibition of Tarunanya restrictions on smartphones, but the Institute of Correctional Sciences which is a high school under the auspices of the Ministry of Justice and Human rights have the rules of using smartphones to communicate in the process of learning, training and parenting. The research uses one independent variable (X) i.e. the intensity of smartphone usage and one dependent variable (Y) i.e. communication behaviour. Primary Data is collected through a survey method of 100 respondents using an insedental sampling approach. Theories used include communication theory, new media theory, communication psychology and dependency theory. The results showed that the intensity of smartphone use has significant effect on communication behavior of 69% and the remaining 31% is influenced by other factors not found in the study.]]>

<![CDATA[As a Tourism City, traffic congestion in Batu City continues to experience an increase. This encourages the Batu City Transportation Agency to create innovations in providing ease of service to road users. Along with advances in information and communication technology, the City of Batu Transportation Agency launched an application called Aver Viewer. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of Aver Viewer in monitoring traffic congestion in Kota Batu and whether the people of Kota Batu already know of this application. Effectiveness is a measure of success in achieving predetermined goals. The purpose of making the Aver Viewer application is considered to have been achieved, because this application makes it easier for the public to monitor congestion and find alternative routes to pass. This research uses descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were questionnaire (questionnaire) and direct interviews to the Batu City Transportation Department and the community. The results of this study are that Aver Viewer is considered to be quite effective in monitoring traffic congestion in Batu City, with this application, it can facilitate road users to monitor traffic conditions without having to come directly to the field. But the lack of socialization carried out by the Department of Transportation about the Aver Viewer application caused the lack of people who knew of this application.]]>

<![CDATA[The city of Palembang has many potential to be developed into a city of river-based historical and cultural tourism. One of the potential tourist attractions of the river is in The Pasar Sekanak, which flows through Sekanak River and in this area there are many heritage buildings. The potential contained in this area has not been seen supported by facilities to develop more optimally into a tourist area. Paying attention to this condition, the Palembang government through Dinas Pariwisata implemented a river tourism program with any problems in this implementation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of The River Tourism Program in the Pasar Sekanak as well as the factors that drive and inhibit the implementation of the program, achieved by using qualitative descriptive research methods. Data collection techniques, observation, interview and documentation. Research informants came from relevant stakeholders, namely the Palembang city tourism office, the surrounding community and 28 ilir sub-district Palembang. The result showed that the implementation of the river tourism program in The Sekanak market area is a program that refers to RIPPARNAS in 2010-2025, in the development of this region there are obstacles to lack of communication between stakeholders, lack of facilities and infrastructure for tourism support and still lack of professional human resources.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is entitled Effectiveness of Employee Performance at UPTD Pasar Betung, Banyuasin Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine how the performance of UPTD Pasar Betung employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities as employees at the Betung Market, Banyuasin Regency. This research is a qualitative research, while the approach in this research is a case study which will explain the effectiveness of the Employee Performance of UPTD Pasar Betung, Banyuasin Regency. This study uses interview and documentation techniques as a means of collecting data. In this case, the interviewed informants were the Head of Market Management Service, Head of UPTD, Market Staff and UPTD Market, Visitors and Market Traders. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been done previously, it is concluded that the Performance Effectiveness of the UPTD Pasar Betung which still experiences many problems, especially from internal employees such as lack of quality of employee performance on the work assigned, causes of employee timeliness and lack of employee responsibility in carrying out Duty.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine marketing communication strategies in attracting customers to use Bess Finance multipurpose financing services. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The in-depth interviews were conducted with 3 speakers who were internal parties of PT. Bess Finance which is directly related to the implementation of marketing communications at the service company and 2 customers who are domiciled in Palembang. Based on the analysis of the concept of the AIDA model, the results show that how the marketing process by introducing the services offered is able to influence customer interest in making decisions to trust and use Bess Finance multipurpose financing services.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to see and examine the leadership communication model in improving employee work discipline at PT. Malindo Feedmill Tbk, Sembawa Village, Sembawa District, Banyuasin III Regency, with a sample size of 75 people. The research method used in this research is quantitative with the aim of knowing the leadership communication model in improving the work discipline of employees at PT. Malindo Feedmill, Tbk using the product map formula, while the research instrument for obtaining data in the field is a school questionnaire that is created and developed by the author himself based on the development of relevant theories with research variables and research indicators. Trying to provide an overview of what is there, by researching, then analyzing it to find related problems. The results of calculations using the current product formula to see the leadership communication model in improving the work discipline of employees of PT. Malindo Feedmill Tbk in Sembawa Village, Sembawa District, Banyuasin III Regency is 0.769, while the determinant r (r2) is 59.13%, the remaining is 40.87%; by other factors not examined in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[Since the outbreak of Covid-19, many virtual communication platforms has been increasingly used. One of them is as a substitute for direct learning to students. This activity is known as online learning which is usually done through Zoom, Cisco Webex, Whatsapp Group (WAG), Google Meet, etc. Although the use of this virtual communication platform supports learning, one day its existence actually made students tired. This condition is known as zoom fatigue. Meanwhile, the social functioning of each person should also be taken into account in this pandemic, especially if he experiences zoom fatigue.
