Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of Instagram social media in increasing user awareness and participation of the SUMSEL LRT (Light Rail Transit South Sumatra) service. Instagram has become an important tool in building brand awareness and interacting with audiences. In the transportation industry, LRT SUMSEL also utilizes Instagram as a communication and promotion tool. However, there has not been much in-depth research on the effect of using social media on user awareness and participation of South Sumatra LRT services. This study used qualitative and quantitative approaches to collect data from LRT SUMSEL's official Instagram account and through an online survey to LRT SUMSEL's followers on Instagram. Data analysis involves content analysis, user responses, and interviews with selected users. The results of this study are expected to provide insight into the influence of Instagram social media usage strategies on user awareness and participation in South Sumatra LRT services. With a better understanding of the role of social media in the transportation industry, it is expected to increase the use of South Sumatra LRT services and the quality of public transportation in South Sumatera

Abstract

The business climate in the publishing sector has become quite a complex issue in Indonesia. But not only that, in publishing, licensing has its own dynamics. Media ownership must go through a licensing process which can be said to be easier than before. But in reality, there are still many Delivery Institutions that experience licensing problems, one of which is K2 FM Radio as a Local Public Delivery Institution (LPPL) in Indramayu Regency. In this research, the researcher wants to analyze what are the obstacles for K2 FM Radio, starting from its status which must comply with the law to the permit which has not been extended since 2022 and the researcher wants to know the government's role in the obstacles facing K2 FM Radio's licensing. This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews with 10 informants in the form of Focus Group Discussion (FGD), documentation studies and literature studies. The results of this research are that the obstacle to K2 FM Radio licensing is the dynamic change in position holders so that there is no official role that can focus on handling K2 FM Radio licensing issues. Apart from that, the government's role is minimal so that the budget support issued by K2 FM Radio as LPPL is not granted. K2 FM Radio needs someone who really loves radio so that the radio can develop.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to reveal the phenomenon of content and audience commodification in the situational comedy (sitcom) "Lapor Pak! Kiky Roasting Ganjar Pranowo Edition," which is broadcast on the Trans7 Official YouTube platform. In this situation, political content has been transformed into entertainment that utilizes roasting techniques, political innuendo, and satirical humor to elicit emotions and audience participation. This research uses a critical paradigm and qualitative approach with content analysis methods and comments columns on the YouTube Trans7 Official platform. This research reveals how content creators are aware of the emotional influence and opinions of viewers as a valuable asset in increasing the popularity of their shows. The research results note that content creators use content commodification tactics by converting political issues into entertaining entertainment, resulting in feelings of controversy and high audience interaction. On the other hand, audiences are not only passive consumers, but also data producers who contribute in the form of comments, reactions and opinions which become economic value for the media. This data not only reflects a show's popularity, but is also used to measure the success of content within the social media marketplace. The results of this research highlight the importance of the interaction between content commodification and audiences in the context of the political economy of media. This phenomenon reflects the transformation of media from a source of information to a commodity that relies on audience participation and emotions. The conclusion is that content creators have succeeded in turning political issues into entertainment that provokes the audience's emotions. Audiences are not only consumers, but also data producers through their comments and reactions, which have economic value for the media. The results of this research not only reflect the popularity of the show, but also serve as a measure of the success of the content. This emphasizes the importance of the interaction between content commodification and audiences in the transformation of media into commodities depending on the audience's participation and emotions.

Abstract

Powering the country's energy strategy is the impartial and everlasting National Energy Council. The Energy Law 30 of 2007 constituted the legal basis for the formation of DEN. The seven ministers directly responsible for energy supply, transportation, distribution, and consumption make up DEN, which is led by the President of the Republic of Indonesia and represented by the Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia. Public Relations' "pencils" approach is the focus of this study. This approach seeks to establish positive connections with key stakeholders via the use of publications, events, news, community participation, identity tools, lobbying, and social investment. A descriptive research strategy based on a qualitative paradigm was used in the study process. According to the findings, DEN Public Relations has been trying to solidify its position in the market by using the "pencils" PR technique. In an attempt to fortify institutions, pencils are being used.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the effectiveness of the payroll service system in paying performance allowances for police members within the Bengkulu Regional Police. The type of research used in this thesis is qualitative research. This research uses descriptive case study techniques, which are carried out intensively, in detail and in depth on the research object. The data in this research was obtained from primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are observation methods, interview methods, and documentation methods. The data analysis technique is using Data Reduction, Data Display (Data Presentation), and Conclusion Drawing/Verification. The results of this study indicate that: 1). The effectiveness of the payroll service system in paying performance allowances for police members within the Bengkulu Regional Police has been implemented well and responsibly, seen from program effectiveness indicators which include: a) Indicators of Accuracy of Program Targets, b) Indicators of Program Socialization, c) Indicators of Achievement of Program Goals, and d) Program Monitoring Indicators. 2). The members of the National Police and ASN who are involved have also tried their best to continue to improve the effectiveness of the payroll service system in paying performance allowances for police members within the Bengkulu Regional Police.

Abstract

The use of e-government in Gowa Regency's villages to improve democracy is the subject of this study. The primary issue facing village governance in the digital age is how information technology may be used to increase citizen participation, transparency, and accountability. This study is unique in that it examines how e-government interacts with the still-unexplored village governance context. The main inquiries this study aims to address are: What ways may the Gowa Regency's village governments be made more democratic through the use of e-government ? In three villages in Gowa Regency, case studies were used in the research method, which was qualitative. Observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review were used to gather data. According to the findings, using e-government improved community engagement, boosted budget management transparency, and promoted village government accountability. The major finding is that e-government has a lot of promise to improve village governance through democracy. The necessity for digital literacy and a strong technological foundation, as well as the importance of village governments in promoting public engagement and ensuring openness and accountability in the use of information technology, are all important implications. This study adds significantly to the local and international literature on e-government and local democracy by providing a new understanding of how e-government is used to strengthen democracy in the context of village governance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the Maros Regent Office. This research was a quantitative research that shows a causal relationship. The sample in this study were 46 employees. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistical analysis using percentages, averages, and standard deviations using simple linear regression analysis techniques, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing (t-test) with the help of SPSS 16.0 for Windows software. Simple regression analysis with the testing of research instruments using factor analysis to see the validity of the research instrument, reliability testing of research instruments, and testing for normality to see the distribution of data in the research variables.Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the organizational culture is in a very good category in terms of the t-control indicator, which is about supervision from the leadership of the employee, the respondent answers agree as much as 93%. Employee performance is in the fairly good category in terms of loyalty indicators, namely performance measured by employee loyalty to their duties and responsibilities in the organization, respondents answered agreeing as much as 91%. From the results of the study obtained the magnitude of the influence of organizational culture on employee performance by 38.5% and 61.5% influenced by other variables that have not been taken into account in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to describe the importance of career development (career development) for social work practitioners who work in social organization services. Social workers must obtain human resource (HR) improvement activities to support performance development as professional practitioners, where social workers have an important role in ensuring that the services provided are in accordance with procedures and help improve the functioning of social benefit recipients. The writing method uses a literature review study, namely reviewing 18 (eighteen) scientific articles and books related to the chosen topic. The results of the research carried out show that there are several efforts to develop careers for social workers, namely self-development programs by attending training or workshops, participating in social worker professional certification activities organized by LSPS, improving skills or soft skills, managerial abilities, increasing research and writing. able to encourage social worker productivity. This effort can encourage the career development of social workers and increase the effectiveness of social service organizations in providing services.

Abstract

The automotive industry in Indonesia is currently very competitive, with various brands competing for consumers' attention. In this situation, an effective communication strategy is the key to building a brand, marketing products and increasing sales. This research aims to analyze the communication strategies used by PT. Astra Honda Motor (AHM) in branding, marketing and selling Honda motorbike products in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study on AHM. Data was collected through interviews with key informants at AHM, observation and document analysis. The research results show that AHM uses various effective communication strategies in branding, marketing and selling Honda motorbike products. Branding strategy includes establishing a strong brand image. AHM has built Honda's brand image as a quality, fuel efficient and sporty motorbike. This is done through various communication activities, such as advertising, sponsorship and events. The marketing strategy is carried out through integrated marketing. This strategy includes: 1) Above-the-line communication: AHM uses various advertising media such as TV, radio, print media and online media to build brand awareness and increase consumer interest in Honda motorbike products. 2) Below-the-line communication: AHM uses various promotional activities such as exhibitions, events and sponsorships to increase sales of Honda motorbike products. 3) Digital marketing: AHM utilizes digital media such as websites, social media and mobile applications to reach a wider range of consumers and establish more personal interactions with consumers. The selling strategy prioritizes personal selling. AHM has an extensive dealer network throughout Indonesia. These dealers provide quality sales and after-sales services to consumers.

Abstract

Good Governance in Indonesia is defined as a democratic way of government in which social and economic resources can be managed well for the common interests of the Indonesian people through deliberation and consensus. This opportunity is given to the public to find out various information about how the government runs its affairs which can help them assess how well the government pays attention to the public interest. This research uses descriptive qualitative data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data, as well as data analysis techniques consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, withdrawal. conclusion and. data verification. The informants involved came from various backgrounds. positions and institutions. Research results with a focus on 1) Implementation of the principles of transparency and accountability in the Parangloe sub-district: (a) Implementation of the principles of transparency with. indicators (i) Provision of clear information about implementation procedures and accountability (ii) Openness of information about finances (iii) Implementation of activities involving the community; (b) Implementation of the principle of accountability with indicators (i) Increased public trust and satisfaction with financial management by sub-district governments (ii) Increased public awareness regarding the right to assess government administration in sub-districts. 2) Factors that influence the implementation of the principles of transparency and accountability in Parangloe sub-district: (a) Factors that influence transparency with indicators (i) communication (ii) resources. (b) Factors that influence accountability with indicators (i) openness and clarity (ii) exemplary leadership (iii) adaptability. The implementation of the principle of transparency in serving the community in Parangloe Village has been carried out well. This is due to the availability of clear information related to government administration that is easily obtained and understood by the public.
