Jurnal ini diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (LPPM) STAI al-Amin, Gersik, Kediri, Lombok Barat. Jurnal ini memuat segala kajian-kajian Pendidikan dan Sosial Kemasyarakatan. Jurnal ini diterbitkan dua kali dalam setahun, yaitu bulan Juni dan Desember. Dengan ini kami Tim redaksi mengajak para Dosen, Peneliti, Pemerhati Pendidikan dan Sosial Kemasyarakatan untuk berkontribusi mengirimkan Karya Ilmiahnya, baik berupa Jurnal, Review Buku, ataupun Laporan Penelitian dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut: 1) Murni merupakan karya sendiri, bukan hasil plagiat dari karya tulis lainnya, 2) Belum pernah dipulikasikan sebelumnya, 3) Tulisan berjumlah 7000 s/d 9000 kata, 4) Ukuran kertas A4 (kuarto), 5) Spasi 1,5pt. Penyerahan naskah tulisan dapat dikirim via email, atau dengan register dan meng-unggah langsung. Kerangka tulisan mencakup judul, abstraksi, kata kunci, isi atau pembahasan, kesimpulan, saran dan Daftar Pustaka. Abstrak menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia yang jelas dengan panjang antara 150 sampai dengan 300 kata (tidak lebih dari 1 halaman), dan spasi 1pt. yang terdiri dari latar belakang penelitian, metode penelitian, analisis, dan kesimpulan. Kata kunci terdiri dari 3-5 kata, dapat berbentuk kata atau frase. Sedangkan karya tulisan yang berbentuk Artikel harus menggunakan referensi. Naskah yang masuk akan dievaluasi oleh Tim Reviewer dan Editor Jurnal Al-Amin. Tim Reviewer dan Editor dapat melakukan perubahan secara sepihak pada format penulisan jika terdapat tulisan yang tidak sesuai, tanpa merubah substansinya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using mobile phones on student achievement in the SKI (Islamic Cultural History) Class XI subject at MA NW Dames in the 2020/2021 academic year. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all students of class XI MA NW Dames, Suralaga District, East Lombok Regency, for the 2020/2021 academic year, totaling 42 people. Given that the population in this study is less than 100, this study uses population research, where the population in question is also the sample in the study. The instrument used in this study was a learning achievement test.Based on the results of the study, the average value (mean) for the experimental class was 83.80 while the average (mean) obtained for the control class was 63.28. From the average value of these results, it is known that the experimental class which is taught by using cellphones is not allowed to have a higher learning achievement than the control class which is taught to be allowed to use cellphones. To test the normality of the data using the Chi Square formula, the values ​​of the experimental class and control class are normally distributed. For the experimental class the value of 2 count (9.3630) < 2 table (11.070) and the control class value of 2 count (7.1308) < 2 table (11.070). Meanwhile, to find the homogeneity using the F test formula which shows that the two groups have homogeneous conditions seen from the value of Fcount (1,193) < Ftable (2,12). Meanwhile, to test the hypothesis using the t-test formula. From the t-test data with the formula separated variance and polled variance, it was obtained tcount > ttable (6,753 and 6,953 >2,021). Thus, the learning process that is not allowed to use mobile phones can improve student achievement.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out how to apply the explicit instruction method with the type of learning start with a question in the subjects of the Qur'an Hadith in class VII MTs NW Buntaji in the 2020/2021 school year. The research used here is a type of classroom action research. In its original term, classroom action research is called Classroom Action Research and has four stages, namely: Planning (planning), Action (Action), Observation (Observation), and reflection. The data collection techniques are observation, test and documentation.Based on the results of the test (Evaluation) in the first cycle, it shows that there are 9 students who have not achieved individual mastery and 6 students have achieved learning mastery of 15 students, the percentage of learning mastery achieved by students is 40% and the average score is 66.3. Classical completeness has not been achieved as expected > 65%. In cycle II the results of data analysis showed that the average score was 76.3 with student learning completeness of 80%. This shows that student learning mastery has been achieved as targeted in the curriculum, namely the percentage of student learning completeness is at least 65%.

Abstract

The curriculum is a tool to achieve educational goals, namely improving the quality of Indonesian people, namely humans who believe and fear God Almighty, have noble character, are healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent, and become democratic and responsible citizens.Etymologically the word curriculum is taken from the Greek, Curere means the distance that must be traveled by runners from start to finish. While in terminology, there are differences in the meaning of curriculum. In the old sense, the curriculum is defined as a number of subject matter that must be taken and studied by students to acquire a certain amount of knowledge, which has been arranged systematically and logically.The notion of development refers to an activity that produces a "new" method, where during the activity, evaluation and improvement of the method continue to be carried out. This understanding of development also applies to the educational curriculum. Because curriculum development is also related to the preparation of the curriculum itself and its implementation in educational units accompanied by intensive evaluation. Murrary Print said that curriculum development is "curriculum development is defined as the process of planning, constructing, implementing and evaluating learning opportunities intended to produce desired changes in learner's". It means that curriculum development is, as a process of planning, building, implementing, and evaluating learning opportunities that are expected to produce changes in learning.These components are, objectives, program or material, process and evaluation. In summary, Majid suggests three functions of the curriculum, focusing on three aspects: first, for the school concerned, the curriculum serves as a tool to achieve a set of desired educational goals and as a guide in regulating daily learning activities. Second, for the school level, namely as the custodian of the education process and preparation of the workforce. Third, for consumers, the curriculum functions as participation in facilitating the implementation of educational programs and constructive criticism in improving the harmonious program.

Abstract

This study will examine the love education of Jalaludin Rumi. This research is a descriptive-analytical library research using a historical-analytical approach. With this approach the author tries to analyze Rumi's love education, then the author will show how love education itself is. Love education described by Rumi is Education must be embedded as early as possible to every human being in order to give birth to perfect human beings or humans, with love education echoed by Rumi will give birth to good quality humans in terms of mental, attitude and morals.Besides that, Rumi also explained clearly and at length about love education, namely by instilling from an early age to love God's creatures, on the other hand the love education echoed by Jalaludin Rumi is a new alternative to solve the psychological problems of every human being because of the love that is given to him. truth will foster peace and tranquility.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh berbagai persoalan yang terjadi di pesantren, diantaranya: Pertama, dari segi kepemimpinan pesantren secara kukuh masih terpola dengan kepemimpinan yang sentraslistik dan hirarkis yang berpusat pada satu orang kyai. Pola seperti ini akan berdampak kurang prospektif bagi kesinambungan pesantren bagi masa depan. Banyak pesantren yang sebelumnya populer, tiba-tiba hilang begitu saja karena sang kyai meninggal dunia. Kedua, kelemahan di bidang metodologi. Telah umum diketahui bahwa pesantren mempunyai tradisi yang kuat di bidang transmisi keilmuan klasik. Namun, karena kurang adanya improvisasi metodologi, proses transmisi itu hanya melahirkan penumpukan keilmuan. Ketiga, terjadinya disorientasi, yakni pesantren kehilangan kemampuan mendefinisikan dan memposisikan dirinya di tengah realitas sosial yang sekarang ini terjadi perubahan yang demikian cepat. Dari sinilah penulis tertarik mengkaji tentang gagasan-gagasan atau pemikiran Tuan Guru Haji Muhammad Shaleh Hambali Bengkel al-Ampenani mengenai pendidikan pesantren.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pemikiran pendidikan A. Mukti Ali, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemikiran pendidikan beliau dengan dunia modern. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian library reseach (kepustakaan) dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tujuan memperoleh data yang lebih mendalam untuk mengembangkan teori serta mendiskripsikan kualitas yang diteliti. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa A. Mukti Ali adalah seorang intelektual yang menjauhkan diri dari politik sehingga di zamannya beliau diangkat menjadi Menteri Agama sampai dua priode dan dijuluki sebagai bapak Kerukunan antar umat beragama. Dan dalam masalah pendidikan beliau sendiri telah diakui oleh para sahabatnya sehingga beliau sendirilah yang membuka jurusan perbandingan agama-agama di UIN Sunan Kalijaga dan bahkan sampai saat ini kita masih merasakannya.

Abstract

A principal of course has a role as a manager and needs to have the ability to manage, motivate, guide or direct and be able to be fair to each of them. This success, of course, needs to get good support from teachers, as well as administration, students' parents or other related parties. The role of the principal is very important because it is a driving force for school resources, especially teachers and school employees. So large is the role of the principal's leadership in the process of achieving educational goals, so it can be said that the success or failure of school activities is largely determined by the leadership qualities of the principal. in the school program and not busy with other activities. In this case the principal must be able to schedule, coordinate, control and discipline the resources they have. As the manager of the school principal, he tries to make the system run well as planned. In this case the principal must be able to delegate tasks according to the abilities of each individual for the success of the school as a whole. In carrying out his role as manager, administrator, educator, and supervisor, he is able to put himself in the right position, so that he can establish social relations with good and pleasant cooperation between school personnel, be it teachers, administrators, servants, as well as with students, people parents, and the community, all of which he does for the sake of improving the quality of education in the schools he leads.

Abstract

This journal discusses the role of economic status in improving learning achievement and will focus research on two aspects, namely How the socio-economic status of parents of students at SMK Babussalam, Jeruwaru District, East Lombok Regency, 2018/2019 academic year. What is the role of parents' socioeconomic status in improving student achievement at SMK Babussalam Montong Sari, Jeruwaru District, East Lombok Regency, 2018/2019 Academic Year. The literature review as a basis for strengthening the theory in this study describes several things about: understanding the level of parents' socioeconomic status, indicators of the level of parents' socioeconomic status, the relationship between parents' socioeconomic status and student social attitudes, understanding of learning achievement, factors that affect learning achievement. This study uses several methods in collecting data, namely by using three methods, namely observation, documentation and interviews, while for the validity of the data technique using triangulation, time extension and asking colleagues. While the data obtained in this study is related to the formulation of the problem. While the conclusions of this study contain: that the socio-economic status of students' parents varies, namely classified as rich and poor, meaning that no one has a very high income or a very low income. Meanwhile, the role of parents' status is very helpful in the process and smooth learning, it can be seen from: parents like to donate, are able to support children's learning facilities, do not overdue payments, students' clothes look clean and neat and like to save.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing number of negative behaviors of school-age children. Negative behaviors make parents worried about their children's association. To anticipate this so that school-age children are not easily affected by the moral degradation, the Islamic Boarding School is the institution. In Islamic boarding schools, many apply various methods or activities in an effort to form discipline awareness in students or female students. The location of this research is at the Pondok Pesantren Nurul Haramain Putri NW Narmada. The formulation of the problem in this study are, (1) What is the role of Islamic boarding schools in developing student discipline awareness at the Nurul Haramain Putri NW Narmada Islamic Boarding School? (2) What are the obstacles faced by the Nurul Haramain Putri NW Islamic Boarding School in developing discipline awareness? This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses an interactive method with steps including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that: (1) The role of the Nurul Haramain Putri NW Narmada Islamic Boarding School in developing the disciplined character of female students is that discipline in general can be said to be running as it should, Tips for inculcating discipline are carried out through increasing motivation, education and training, leadership, enforcement of rules and the application of rewards and punishments. (2) Obstacles faced in the application of character education in Islamic boarding schools include: often female students are tired and in participating in boarding school activities so that not a few students have received punishment, as well as the character and habits of female students who have just entered the first semester at Islamic boarding schools are still difficult. to overcome, this is due to their inability to adjust to the Islamic boarding school environment.

Abstract

The birth of Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia has been a long process in accordance with the culture and traditions of this nation since before the era of independence. Islamic boarding schools which at the beginning of their existence only taught Islamic religious knowledge, improved and adapted to the surrounding environment to meet the demands of the community's needs. This paper examines in more depth the transformation of the Mi'rajussibyan Islamic Boarding School NW Selanglet into a madrasa. This research is a field research using a qualitative, sociological and historical approach. The researcher found that the transformation of Mi'rajussibyan Islamic Boarding School NW Selanglet into a Madrasah was to maintain its existence and expand its social role in the life of the Selanglet community which continues to change. The existence of the Mi'rajussibyan Islamic Boarding School in NW Selanglet has significant positive implications for the socio-economic changes of the surrounding community. The causes of the transformation include the demands of a free market economy, the politicization of education, a shift in the orientation of public education, and the modernization of Islamic boarding schools institutions, the expansion of the roles and social functions of Islamic boarding schools, and the inclusiveness of figures towards modernism in Islamic boarding schools.
