Abstract

Abstract-Award is a reward given in material and non-material given by the company to its employees so that they can work with high motivation and achievement in achieving company goals. To build a decision support system for awarding and using the Topsis method, several criteria include Absence, Behaviour, Discipline, Responsibility, Achievement. One of the methods used to resolve problems in awarding is the Topsis method (Technique for Order Preference by Similiarity).. The TOPSIS method is a multi-criteria decision making method that uses the principle that the chosen alternative must have the closest distance to the positive ideal solution and the farthest distance to the negative ideal solution. the process of determining the positive ideal solution and the negative ideal solution, the process of calculating the distance of each alternative to the ideal solution, and the process of calculating the preference value of each alternative. The results of the TOPSIS method calculation process are in the form of information determining the awarding.

Abstract

Lhokseumawe City is one of the cities on the east coast of Aceh. The Lhokseumawe City area is the result of the expansion of the North Aceh region, where existing transportation facilities and infrastructure need to be optimized for development. Development is expected to improve the economy of the population around Lhokseumawe City, especially in the road construction sector. Considering the population growth in the Lhoseumawe City region which continues to increase every year, so that optimal road construction is expected to facilitate the mobility of the surrounding population in carrying out daily activities. To find out the condition of the existing roads around the city of Lhokseumawe in this study, the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) will be used to measure the degree of saturation of a road section in the Lhokseumawe City area. And the optimization is then used Greedy Algorithm, where this greedy algorithm is an optimization algorithm commonly used to solve optimization problems even though the results are not always optimal. The Greedy algorithm applied in this application will try to optimize by finding the nearest path from the Simpang Len road to Riyadhah Park by taking the coordinates (latitude and longitude) of the nodes to be passed. From the search results of the node that is depicted into graphs then it produces the optimal path that will be passed by the user is A → B → C → D → F → G → K → L → M → Q with a total distance of 9.8 km.

Abstract

Coffee beans are beans from coffee plants and are a source of coffee drinks. There are several criteria that need to be considered in determining the quality of coffee beans. These criteria are water content, dirt, seed size, seed color, aroma of seeds, and live insects that are required in determining the quality of coffee beans. One method that can be used to solve problems in determining the quality of coffee beans is the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similiarity to Ideal Solution) method. The TOPSIS method is a multi-criteria decision making method that uses the principle that the chosen alternative must have the shortest distance to the positive ideal solution and the farthest distance to the negative ideal solution. The steps used in the TOPSIS method are the normalization matrix calculation process, the weighted normalization matrix calculation process, the process of determining positive ideal solutions and negative ideal solutions, the process of calculating the distance of each alternative to the ideal solution, and the process of calculating the preference value of each alternative. The results of the TOPSIS method calculation process are information on determining the quality of coffee beans.

Abstract

In an educational organization / institution the school information system is very important. But sometimes the information is slowly obtained. In academic handling such as registration of new students and student grades that are still done manually, causing slow processing of data processing and presentation of information to students, teachers and principals. To overcome this problem, a web-based School Information System was designed at Yapendak Middle School with the PHP programming language and MySQL database, so that new student registrations and student grades could be handled quickly. With the handling of this web-based School Information System, the processing of new student registration data and student grades can be handled quickly and the presentation of information quickly and accurately to students, teachers and principals.

Abstract

Steganography is a method to allow users to hide a message in another message in the form of digital media, the message to be conveyed is hidden in a digital media so that it is hoped that it will not cause suspicion from other parties who do not want to know the secret message the. There are two general stages in digital steganography, namely the process of embedding or encoding (insertion) and the process of extracting or decoding (revealing or revealing). The results obtained after the embedding or encoding process are called stego objects (if the storage media is only in the form of image data, it is called Stego Image). AMELSBR insertion method, the process is not the same as the LSB method. If the insertion process in the LSB method is done directly per pixel in its bytes, where the last 1 bit (LSB) per byte is replaced by 1 secret data bit to be inserted, but not by the AMELSBR method. In this method, the cover image will be divided into several blocks first. Each block will be 3 x 3 pixels or 9 pixels.

Abstract

The influence of the development of information and communication technology has an impact on the educational aspect. One implementation of the development of information and communication technology (ICT) is web based learning (WBL). In addition, conventional and classical learning methods require teachers to use media that are relevant to the demands of the times so that students are motivated in learning Batak culture. interesting and to learn according to the behavior or characteristics of students. Referring to its dynamic nature, learning content can be updated and does not close the possibility of being developed for subjects in the future. In this study, the research and development model of the dick and carey teaching system design model. The model has the following steps: identifying learning objectives, analyzing teaching, recognizing student behavior and characteristics, formulating information objectives developing benchmark points of reference, selecting and developing teaching materials, designing and conducting formative assessments, revising teaching.

Abstract

Expert system is a system that seeks to adopt human knowledge into computers, so that computers can solve problems like experts do. ENT (ears, nose, and throat) are organs that are closely interconnected. Abnormalities in these organs are diagnosed and treated by a specialist doctor. One of the functions of these organs such as the ear. The ear is an organ for hearing and balance consisting of the outer ear, middle ear and inner ear. The function of the nose, the nose is the olfactory organ and the main way in and out of air, the nose also provides additional sound resonance and is a place for paranasal sinuses and tear ducts. While the function of the throat is a muscular duct where the food goes to the esophagus and where the air travels to the lungs. In this study, an expert system was built to detect and be equipped with a certainty value of the diagnosis. The certainty value is obtained using the Certainty Factor (CF) method.

Abstract

The BSM Program is a National Program that aims to remove barriers to poor students from participating in school by helping poor students to get access to appropriate education services, preventing dropouts, attracting poor students to return to school, helping students meet needs in learning activities, supporting Mandatory programs Learning Nine-year Basic Education (even to the senior secondary level), and helping the smooth running of school programs. Through this BSM program it is hoped that school-age children from poor households / families can continue to go to school, not dropping out of school, and in the future they are expected to break the poverty chain currently experienced by their parents. The BSM program also supports the government's commitment to increase education participation rates in poor and remote regencies / cities and marginalized groups. In essence the simple additive weighting (SAW) method is often also known as the weighted sum method. The basic concept of the simple additive weighting (SAW) method is to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative on all attributes. The simple additive weighting (SAW) method requires the decision matrix normalization process.

Abstract

Use of Decision Support Systems (SPK) can help someone in making decisions that are accurate and right on target. Many problems can be solved by using SPK. This study aims to design SPK with SAW Method for the determination of English instructors. This system utilizes criteria and weights. There are 6 main criteria for gauges. Based on the SPK analysis using the SAW method the results of performance effectiveness are obtained. Based on the SAW method the effectiveness of the determination of the English instructor is influenced by many factors that are the criteria of the decision support system.

Abstract

Service is an effort to help prepare what others need. Or it can be interpreted that service is a series of activities or processes that fulfill the needs of others more satisfactorily. To simplify the services available at the Catholic University of Santo Thomas, it is necessary to build an android-based information service system with Nazief Andriani algorithm. This algorithm is able to find the basic words of each input so that it can produce a separate output or in other words the output issued right on target or on purpose. With this system, students no longer need to come to the administrative unit or via chat to get information about activities or complaints that are received or what they want to convey. So that this system is expected to make it easier for users to get accurate, efficient information and does not require a relatively long time, causing slow, limited and unresponsive service in providing answers.
