Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the variable Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Cost Efficiency Ratio (CER), and Net Interest Margin (NIM) on the profitability of sub-sector banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2019. This type of research uses quantitative methods. This study uses a sample of companies in the sub-sector banking listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on the purposive sampling technique, it was obtained a sample of 27 companies by 43 companies of total population. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of corporate financial reports obtained from the website www.idx.co.id. The results showed that partially and simultaneously the CAR, CER, and NIM variables had a significant effect on profitability. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, and incentives on employee performance at PT. Tamoratama Prakarsa, Medan. A research method is a quantitative approach, this type of research is quantitative descriptive and the nature of this research is explanatory descriptive. The data analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample of this research is 63 employees. Partially, leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tamoratama Prakarsa, Medan. It can be seen from the value of thitung > ttabel or 2,746 > 2,001 and the significant obtained is 0,008 < 0,05. Partially, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tamoratama Prakarsa, Medan. It can be seen from the value of thitung > ttabel or 2,206 > 2,001 and the significant obtained is 0.000 < 0.05. Partially incentives have a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Tamoratama Prakarsa, Medan. It can be seen from thitung > ttabel or 2,128 > 2,001 and the significant obtained is 0,037 < 0,05. Simultaneously leadership, work motivation, and incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tamoratama Prakarsa, Medan seen from the value of Fhitung (11.402) > Ftabel (2.76) and a significance probability of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The research objective was to examine and ianalyze the effect of product quality strategies, packaging and service quality on purchasing decisions at PT. Surya Andalan Global Abadi. Researchers conducted research at PT. Surya Andalan Global Abadi which is located at Pulau Karimun street II, KIM 2, Saentis Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. Researchers plan research activities in September 2020 - August 2021. This research approach is quantitative research. This type of descriptive quantitative research. The nature of this research is descriptive explanatory research. The population in this study are customers who make purchases at PT. Surya Andalan Global Abadi, amounting to 370 customers, where for testing the validity and reliability used by the researcher were 30 customers and the rest were 192 customers as the sample test. The classical assumption tests used include: normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedicity test. This data analysis model uses multiple regression analysis. The results of the study as well as the conclusion of the study is the product quality strategy of 3.034 with a significant value of 0.003 partially significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT. Surya Andalan Global Abadi. Packages of 3.060 with a significant value of 0.003 partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT. Surya Andalan Global Abadi. Service quality of 2,664 with a significant value of 0.008 partially influences customer purchasing decisions at PT. Surya Andalan Global Abadi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect, work environment and employee performance on PT Asia Mujur. This research is a quantitative study with a questionnaire instrument distributed with a population of 60 people with a total sampling technique of 60 people. The results showed that the tcount of motivation was 1.114 > 1.672 at a significant value of 0.0270 > 0.05, so it gave the result that motivation had no effect on employee performance. The tcount value of the work environment obtained is 6.480> 1.672 at a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, it gives the result that the work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The count value of job satisfaction is 1.026 > 1.672, at a significant value of 0.309 > 0.05, it gives the result that job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance. Simultaneous test results obtained a value of 25.175 > 3.16 and a significant probability value of 0.000 < 0, 05. The coefficient of determination shows 75.8%, namely motivation, work environment and job satisfaction have an impact on employee performance, while the remaining 24.2% is influenced by testing factors that are not included in this variable.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSaham merupakan salah satu bukti kepemilikan perusahaan yang modalnya diperdagangkan di pasar modal dan terdaftar di lembaga resmi. Tiap saat kemungkinan terjadinya perubahan harga saham dapat terjadi sehingga ada banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi harga saham, diantaranya Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, EPS dan DER. Guna mendorong terjadi kenaikan harga saham maka perusahaan sebaiknya meningkatkan kinerja keuanganya dari segi perolehan laba dan diharapkan dapat membagi keuntungan bagi pemegang saham sehingga menambah kekayaan bagi kepentingan para pemegang saham. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, EPS dan DER secara parsial dan simultan terhadap harga saham di perusahaan F&B. Jenis penelitian ini yakni penelitian asosiatif dengan sifat penjelasan. Populasi adalah perusahaan F&B terdaftar di BEI sebanyak 30 perusahaan, metode pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 22 perusahaan dan pengamatan yang dilakukan sebanyak 88 pengamatandi perusahaan F&B. Teknik analisis data yaitu regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa secara parsial Likuiditas, Profitabilitas dan rasio DER tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, EPS berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, EPS dan DER secara serempak pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada Harga Saham. Hubungan antara Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, EPS dan DER mempunyai korelasi yang sangat kuat (nilai R sebesar 0,835 mendekati angka 1), sedangkan kemampuan harga saham dapat dijelaskan oleh Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, EPS dan rasio DER sebesar 68,2% dan sisanya 31,8% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and organizational climate on the performance of employees of PT. The Light of the Medan Maritime Award. Methods of collecting data with a questionnaire. The questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability before collecting research data. The data analysis technique in this study used the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that compensation partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by the tcount of 3.609 > from ttable of 2.034 and a significant value below 0.05, which is 0.001. While the organizational climate partially positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by the tcount of 2.648 > from ttable of 2.034 and a significant value below 0.05, which is 0.012. Simultaneously, compensation and organizational climate have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by Fcount of 15,039 > from Ftable of 3.28 and a significant value below 0.05, which is 0.000. The magnitude of the influence given is 47.7% while the rest is influenced by other factors outside of this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance at STMB MULTI SMART Medan during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research methodology used is descriptive quantitative method and the nature of this research is descriptive explanatory. The type of data in this study is quantitative data. The number of samples taken is 42 people as much as the total population of employees. Types and sources of data in this study using primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were conducted by interviewing, asking several questions and studying documentation. Based on the results of the t test or partially stated that organizational culture does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F test or simultaneously stated that organizational culture and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The value of the determinant coefficient (R2) indicates that the independent variables, namely organizational culture and work discipline, can explain the performance of STMB MULTI SMART Medan employees amounting to 72% while 28% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

The research explored the description of learning agility and the effect of each independent variable, namely online learning, grit, and collaborative skill on learning agility of millennial employees in DKI Jaya. This quantitative research applied an associative approach with data collected through questionnaires with a total of 387 millennial employees in DKI Jaya. This research suggested that millennial employees in DKI Jaya performed good learning agility, online learning, grit, and collaborative skill. Using simple regression analysis, it was known that online learning and collaborative skill each had significant effect on learning agility, while grit was found not to have significant effect on learning agility of millennial employees in DKI Jaya. By this research, the institutions were supposed to continuously support the development of learning agility, online learning, grit, and collaborative skill of millennial employees in DKI Jaya for the sustainability of the institutions.

Abstract

This study examines whether banking productivity as proxies by ATO and EP is not influenced by intellectual capital. Purposive sampling is used in the sampling technique of the banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period which is the archival data in this study. The total sample is 105 data obtained from 21 companies for 5 years. This study uses panel data regression analysis. The results showed that intellectual capital had an effect on ATO and EP. VAHU has no effect on ATO and EP, VACA has no effect on ATO and EP, STVA has no effect on ATO and EP. This research is limited to the banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Currently, in developing countries, MSMEs have a big contribution to grow the community's economy, including Indonesia. MSMEs hold an essential position in economic progress. There are still very few researchers who examine the BI Rate, Inflation, and the Rupiah Exchange Rate on MSME credit financing. So, researchers are interested in taking this title. This study is an explanatory research which aims to describe the causal correlation between variables through hypotheses and is carried out through descriptive analysis. The population in this study is all MSMEs in Indonesia that receive credit financing. The data taken is the period 2011-2019. Population data collection techniques are carried out using a time series approach using an annual scale. The result is that the BI Rate, Inflation and the Rupiah Exchange rate partially have no effect and are not significant on MSME credit financing. Meanwhile, the BI Rate, Inflation, and the Rupiah Exchange simultaneously have a significant effect on MSME credit financing.
