Abstract

The desire and need for Muslim clothing is increasing, companies engaged in fashion are competing to make the best Muslim products and in accordance with trends. This study generally aims to examine customer satisfaction of Muslim fashion products in Surakarta. Specifically, this study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, price, and promotion on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable for Muslim fashion customers in Surakarta. Respondents in this study were 180 people through an online survey. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. Validity and reliability tests using smart PLS analysis on the outer model. Hypothesis testing using smartPLS inner model output. The results of data analysis show that this research instrument has good validity and reliability. Product quality, promotion and price and have a direct effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between product quality and promotion to customer loyalty, but customer satisfaction is not able to mediate the price relationship to customer loyalty. This article has the potential to make an important contribution to the development of the fashion subsector, especially Muslim fashion in Indonesia, by presenting new and relevant information.

Abstract

With the help of data gathering techniques like collecting questionnaires, this study sought to understand the degree to which promotion and personal selling have an impact on consumer purchasing decisions for construction material items at CV Putra Mas Pratama. Before gathering information for more in-depth research, the validity and reliability of this questionnaire will be evaluated. The traditional assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis were used as the analysis techniques in this study. The findings of this study will later demonstrate that the influence of promotions and sales can have a favorable and considerable impact on consumers' decisions to buy particular products. This is evident and will be later demonstrated by the tcount results, which are 3.961 > from ttable, which are 1.660, and a meaningful number that is less than 0.1, or 0.000. Although personal selling only little and significantly influences purchasing choices. tcount, which is 3.838 > from ttable, which is 1.660, and a significant value below 0.1, which is 0.000, might later be used to further support this claim. Sales promotion and personal selling combined will be able to influence purchasing decisions favorably and significantly. Fcount, which is 25.430> from Ftable 2.36, and a substantial value below 0.1, which is 0.000, can both support this claim. 34.6% of the influence is given, while the remaining percentage may be influenced by factors unrelated to this study.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at PT.ASABRI (Persero) Medan Branch to find out how the fund disbursement system method affects the satisfaction of pension fund recipients by using both online and offline fund disbursement methods. This type of research is a descriptive research with a cumulative method. And the results of the study found that the fund disbursement system method carried out by PT. ASABRI has an influence on the satisfaction of pension fund recipients, this can be seen from the satisfaction of pension recipient customers with Qualitative descriptive method with 50 samples.

Abstract

Digital payment methods have experienced significant development, especially for small and medium businesses. The development of digital financial transformation in SMEs has become an interesting topic in recent research. Adoption of digital finance innovations can lead to long-term performance improvements in SMEs. This study aims to analyze the factors of Social Media Influencers, Company Brand Image, Promotional Benefits, Financial Technology Knowledge, Perceived Convenience Use, and Perception of Risk to interest in using digital payments in seafood processing home-based businesses in Sentang Village, Teluk Mengkudu District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, North Sumatra. Quantitative research method with analytical descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that social media influencers and perceived risk have a negative and insignificant effect. Meanwhile, Promotional benefits, Fintech knowledge, Perceived usefulness, have a positive and significant effect. It is hoped that by understanding the factors that influence consumer choice, stakeholders can develop strategies to increase the adoption and use of digital payment systems, increase customer satisfaction, and drive economic growth.

Abstract

This study tries to investigate how capital affects financial performance. Effectiveness of assets, firm size, and organizational structure. The study's data source was the annual financial reports of the food and beverage companies that were traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) between 2018 and 2022. There are a total of 26 companies in the example strategy. The original analytical strategy included both statistical testing with panel data regression techniques and hypothesis testing with F and T tests, followed by traditional assumption tests. The study's findings indicate that the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) would significantly impact the financial performance of the food and beverage sector from 2018 to 2022 if structural, organizational, and operational efficiency are all enhanced. Partially, financial performance is completely unaffected by the DER variable. Even if it isn't particularly significant, the SIZE variable is linked to financial performance. The TATO variable is pertinent to Financial Performance but not very significant. Financial performance is negatively impacted by the CRR variable, although not significantly. The study's coefficient of determination is 0.429382; this means that while other factors may account for the remaining 58% of the variance in Financial Performance, the independent variables DER, SIZE, TATO, and CRR may explain 42% of it.

Abstract

Pharmaceutical companies or drug companies are commercial business companies that focus on researching, developing and distributing drugs, especially in health matters. They can make generic drugs or brand name drugs. This research uses quantitative methods, quantitative methods are research based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations and samples. This study used 20 samples from pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX for the period 2018 – 2021. The results of this study indicate that the profitability variable on company value has a value of 0.060 > 0.05 and a Tcount value of 2.025 > Ttable 2.131. So it canbe concluded that profitability partially has a positive but not significant effect on firm value.The Sig value for influencing the capital structure on firm value is 0.004 <0.05 and the Tcount value is 3,381 > Ttable 2,131. So it can be concluded that the capital structure partially has a positive and significant effect on firm value. The Sig value for influencing liquidity on firm value is 0.161 > 0.05 and the Tcount value is 1,470 <Ttable 2,131. So it can be concluded that liquidity has a positive but not significant effect on firm value. And based on the value of Fcount 5.775 > from Ftable 3.24 it indicates that the results of the study accept H4 which means that there is an influence on profitability, capital structure, and liquidity which simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh ROA, ROE Dan CURRENT RATIO Usaha Terhadap Perubahan Laba Perusahaan Industri Barang Konsumsi Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2018 - 2021. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif dengan cara mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan data yang telah terkumpul sebagaimana adanya tanpa bermaksud membuat kesimpulan yang berlaku untuk umum atau generalisasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara simultan ROA, ROE dan CURRENT RATIO Usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perubahan Laba pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Industri Makanan dan Minuman periode 2016-2020. Secara parsial ROA berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perubahan Laba, ROE berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perubahan Laba, CURRENT RATIO Usaha tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Perubahan Laba pada Perusahaan Industri Barang Konsumsi Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2018 - 2021.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of financial literacy and financial technology on the financial inclusion of MSMEs in Medan City (Case Study in Medan Sunggal District). This research uses a quantitative type of research. The population in this study was 361 MSME actors in Sunggal District, so the sample in this study was 78. The data collection technique in this research was by distributing questionnaires to respondents and the data was processed through the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software program. Based on hypothesis testing that: a) financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial inclusion in Medan Sunggal MSMEs (tcount> ttable, 5.426 > 1.992 at sig. 0.000 < 0.05 so that the research hypothesis H1 is accepted. b) Financial Technology has a positive effect and significant impact on financial inclusion in Medan Sunggal MSMEs (tcount value > ttable 7.590 > 1.992 at sig. 0.000 < 0.05 so that the research hypothesis H2 is accepted. c) financial literacy and financial technology simultaneously have a significant effect on financial inclusion (Fcount value > Ftable, 716.278 > 3.12 at sig. 0.000 <0.005) so that the research hypothesis H3 is accepted. The results of this research show that partially and simultaneously financial literacy and financial technology have a significant effect on the financial inclusion of MSMEs in Medan Sunggal District..
