Abstract

Peningkatan kualtas pelayanan mutlak perlu dilakukan oleh unit kesehatan rumah sakit dalam menghadapi era globalisasi. Salah satu upaya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan adala dengan mengukur kepuasan pasien. Kepuasan pasien tergantung pada kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan. Suatu pelayanan dikatakan baik oleh pasien, jika jasa yang diberikan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan atau harapan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan dengan tingka kepuasan pasien BPJS di ruang Kelas III RSUD Dr. H. Soewondo Kendal. Penelitian kuantitatif jenis deskriptif korelasi. Teknik sampling dengan Purposive Sampling, sampel sejumlah 61 responden. Pengambilan data menggunakan  lembar kuesioner kemudian diolah ke dalam uji statstik Spearman Rank. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pasien BPJS terhadap pelayanan kesehatan di ruang kelas III RSUD Dr. H. Soewondo Kendal adalah puas sebanyak  24,6%, cukup puas 57,4%, dan kurang puas 18%. Hasil uji statistic dengan Rank Spearman dihasilkan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,491 dan nilai signifikansi ρ = 0,001. Hasil ini menunjukkan ada hubungan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien BPJS di ruang kelas III RSUD Dr. H. Soewondo Kendal.Kata kunci: kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan, BPJSRELATIONSHIP QUALITY OF HEALTH SERVICES WITH BPJS PATIENT SATISFACTIONABSTRACTThe increase in the healthcare quality is absolutely necessary to be conducted by the healthcare unit including hospital in facing the globalization. One of efforts in increasing the healthcare quality is by measuring the satisfaction level of the patients. Patient satisfaction depends on the quality of services provided. A good service by the patient, if the services provided can fulfill necessaryor expectations of the patient. This research aimed at knowing the relationship quality of health services with BPJS patient satisfaction in inpatient class III of RSUD Dr. H. Soewondo Kendal. Quantitave research is descriptive type of correlation. Sampling technique with Purposive Sampling, sample of 61 respondents. The data were collected using questionnaires and than tested into Spearman Rank test statistic. The results of this research showed that the satisfaction level of BPJS patient on the healthcare in inpatient class III RSUD Dr. H. Soewondo Kendal were satisfied was as much 24,6%, satisfied enough was 57,4% and less satisfied 18%. The result of the statistical test using Rank Spearman resulted in the score of correlation coefficient 0,491 with the significance score was ρ = 0,001. This result showed that there was correlation the healthcare quality with BPJS patient satisfaction in inpatient class III of RSUD Dr. H. Soewondo Kendal.Keywords: Quality servise, Satisfaction, BPJS

Abstract

Perilaku merokok pada remaja berefek mengganggu konsentrasi sehingga berdampak terhadap prestasi akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku merokok dengan prestasi akademik. Desain penelitian adalah cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah cluster sampling dengan responden penelitian sebanyak 257 siswa di SMA Negeri 59 Jakarta. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square. Penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara perilaku merokok dengan prestasi akademik (p value=0,026; α=0,05). Disarankan agar perawat dan institusi pendidikan bekerja sama untuk memberikan edukasi kesehatan kepada remaja terkait gaya hidup sehat tanpa rokok.Kata kunci: perilaku merokok, prestasi akademik, remajaACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENTS RELATED TO SMOKING BEHAVIORABSTRACTSmoking behavior in adolescents has the effect to interrupt the concentration so it will be effect on academic achievement too. This study aim to determine the relationship between smoking behavior and academic achievement. Research design was cross-sectional. The sampling technique used is cluster sampling with survey respondents as much as 257 people in 59 Senior High School Jakarta. This study is analyzed with chi-square test. This research showed the relationship between smoking behavior with academic achievement (p value=0,026; α=0,05). It is recommended that nurses and educational institutions work together to provide health education related healthy lifestyle without smoking for adolescents.Keywords: academic achievement, adolescents, smoking behavior

Abstract

Hipertensi atau tekanan darah tinggi adalah peningkatan tekanan darah presisten pada pembuluh darah arteri, dimana tekanan darah sistolik di atas 140 mmHg dan diastolik di atas 90 mmHg. Pada umumnya ketika seseorang yang menderita hipertensi akan  muncul tanda dan gejala yaitu salah satu tengkuk terasa nyeri. Penulisan karya ilmiah ini untuk menguraikan hasil asuhan keperawatan nyeri akut pada pasien hipertensi di Ruang Arofah dan Multazam RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Karya tulis ilmiah ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data diperoleh dari hasil observasi wawancara, pemeriksaan fisik, dan study dokumentasi. Subyek terdiri dari 2 orang pasien hipertensi dengan masalah nyeri akut. Setelah dilakukan asuhan keperawatan selama tiga hari, pada ketiga pasien menunjukkan nyeri akut berhubungan dengan agen cedera biologis teratasi dengan indikator skala nyeri turun, tidak ada keluhan nyeri dan frekuensi istirahat cukup. Kompres hangat efektif mengurangi nyeri pada pasien hipertensi.Kata kunci: hipertensi, kompres hangat, nyeri akutCASE STUDY: EFFECTIVENESS OF WARM COMPRESSES IN REDUCING HYPERTENSION PATIENT PAINABSTRACTHypertension or high blood pressure is an increase in blood pressure that is persistent in arteries, where systolic blood pressure is above 140 mmHg and diastolic is above 90 mmHg. In general, when someone suffering from hypertension, signs and symptoms will appear, namely one of the neck pain. Writing this scientific paper to describe the results of acute pain nursing care in hypertensive patients in the Arofah Room and Multazam Hospital PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. This scientific paper uses a descriptive method with a case study approach. Data obtained from the results of interview observations, physical examinations, and study documentation. Subjects consisted of 2 hypertensive patients with acute pain problems. After three days of nursing care, three patients showed acute pain associated with a biological injury agent resolved with an indicator of pain scale down, no complaints of pain and frequency of rest is sufficient. Warm compresses are effective in reducing pain in hypertensive patients.Keywords: hypertension, warm compresses, acute pain

Abstract

TTeenagers have new value in accepting or not accepting members of various peer groups. One problem that is often faced by teenagers is related to peer rejection, namely the emergence of bullying behavior. The study aimed to determine the characteristics of teenagers who carry out bullying. This research was a quantitative research through descriptive analytic design. The sample of this research was 70 teenagers who have done bullying. The sampling was performed using random sampling method. The data were collected using a questionnaire. Research data were then analyzed univariately using central tendency and frequency distribution. The results showed that the average bully was 16 years old, with the youngest age was 15 years and the oldest was 17 years old, male, and class XI. Keywords: teenage characteristics, bullying

Abstract

Angka kematian akibat rokok semakin meningkat. Pemerintah menetapkan kebijakan dengan mencantumkan peringatan kesehatan bergambar pada kemasan rokok untuk mengurangi jumlah perokok. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui hubungan persepsi tentang Pictorial Health Warning pada kemasan rokok dengan motivasi berhenti merokok. Metode penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional dengan sampel penelitian 123 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data adalah kuesioner persepsi tentang Pictorial Health Warning pada kemasan rokok dan kuesioner Contemplation Ladder Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan teknik Spearman Rank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan responden dengan  persepsi baik (78,9%) dan motivasi dengan kategori sedang (52%). Hasil analisis menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan persepsi tentang Pictorial Health Warning pada kemasan rokok dengan motivasi berhenti merokok dengan nilai p value 0,468 (p<0.05).Kata kunci: merokok, pictorial health warningRELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE PERCEPTION OF PICTORIAL HEALTH WARNING IN CIGARETTING PACKAGING WITH SMOKING STOP MOTIVATIONABSTRACTThe number of deaths caused by cigarette increases. The government set a policy by stating image health warnings on cigarette packaging to reduce the number of smokers. This study is aimed to find out the relationship perception about Pictorial Health Warning on cigarette packaging with motivation to quit smoking. Quantitative research method with cross sectional approach was used in this study by using 123 respondents. Purposive sampling technique was used in this study. Instruments used in data collection were perception questionnaires about Pictorial Health Warning on cigarette packaging and Contemplation Ladder questionnaire. Spearman Rank technique was used as data processing technique. The results show that respondents have a good perception (78.9%) and have moderate motivation (52%). The result of analysis showed that there was no correlation Perception about Pictorial Health Warning on cigarette packaging with motivation to quit smoking with p value 0,468 (p <0.05).Keywords: pictorial health warning, smoking
