Abstract

One of the many disease problems that arise in the elderly due to aging is dementia. Elderly people who experience dementia will gradually experience cognitive weakness. Family support is important for older people with dementia to improve quality of life. With the support of families in the elderly who experience dementia, the elderly lead a more vibrant and confident life. This study aims to determine the relationship of family support with the quality of life of the elderly who experience dementia. This research was non-experimental quantitative research with the correlational method, cross sectional approach. Respondents of 100 elderly who have dementia, the study was conducted in Margosari Village, Limbangan District with stratified random sampling technique based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Using a questionnaire instrument. Processing data using Spearman rank statistics, with SPSS 22. The results of family support with the quality of life of the elderly who experience dementia obtained p value of 0.046 < 0,05. There was correlation between family support with the quality of life of the elderly who suffer from dementia.

Abstract

Pulmonary tuberculosis is a disease caused by mycobacterium tuberculosis, which is an aerobic germ that can live mainly in the lungs or in various other organs that have high oxygen partial pressure The purpose of this study was to description anxiety levels of pulmonary TB patients in Salatiga General Hospital. This study uses quantitative research with a descriptive method. Research instruments using questionnaire. The sample technique used is Purposive Sampling Technique. The population is 164 respondents and the sample size is 44 respondents. The results of this study found the age of the respondents at most with an age range of 31-50 years, which is as much as 25 respondents (56.6%), the sex of the respondents most with the female gender, namely as many as 25 respondents (56.8%), the education level of respondents the most number of elementary school education is as many as 27 respondents (61.7%), the most anxiety level of respondents with moderate anxiety, which is as much as 22 respondents (50%).

Abstract

In Many Junior High School Purwokerto there are many victims of bullying, cases of bullying in schools, among others, mocked, things were in hiding, fighting, attack, asking for money by force and the provision of threat. Oppressive measures has caused one of our students the opportunity to decide to move school. To describe Self Concept Adolescence Of  Experiencing Bullying At Junior High School in Purwokerto. This type of research that is used is descriptive of a qualitative with with the phenomenology to the number of participants as much as Seven student and data processing with MAXQDA the 2018. The concept of the victim of bullying : 1) The description of four participants who received comments are feeling low, inferior and withdrawn, and three participants don't feel embarrassed, inferior and withdrawn from the environment. 2) The participants recognize his identity, aware of the nature, a new look in to see the advantages and disadvantages of his own, and, confident in expressing its advantages. 3) the role of participants yaiu menikuti the curricular, the role of dikeluarga, a role in the neighborhood. 4) Self ideal, 3 participants can not interact with the social environment and restrict themselves to interact with their peers, and four participants even experience bullying don't shut off from the environment and interact. 5) The participants can meet the ideal itself so it can reach his pride and feeling accepted, the sense of being able, and precious feelings.

Abstract

Gadgets are media that are used as modern communication tools and make communication between humans easier. Impacts that occur Negative impacts in using gadgets can damage the eye health, addiction and even the quality of sleep will be reduced. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of parenting parents with the duration of the use of gadgets in preschool children. This type of research uses descriptive correlation. Research design this uses a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used is random sampling. The sample in this study were 138 respondents. Data analysis was performed on Chi-Square requirements. The results of this study shows the majority of parents have permissive parenting with an average duration of use of the gadget for 1 hour as many as 43 respondents (31, 2%). The results of the research analysis obtained p-value of 0,000 this value is smaller than p <0.05 so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between parenting parents with the duration of the use of gadgets in preschool children. Parental care is very influential in preschoolers in the use of gadgets. For nursing, especially mental and community nursing to provide health education, especially preschoolers who are addicted to gadgets to be able to reduce the impact that will occur on their health.

Abstract

Social media is a communication tool through online media to facilitate individuals to carry out social processes. The positive impact of social media can be very beneficial and bring good to its users, but if users are not controlled in using social media, users can harm themselves and other users, such as conducting cyberbullying to other social media users. The most social media users are adolescents. The research aims to find out the description of cyberbullying behavior in adolescents as social media users. Research with descriptive analytic type has been conducted on 126 adolescents in grade 10 senior high school in Malang. Data were collected using a cyberbullying behavior questionnaire consisting of 25 questions with a purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed in a frequency distribution, the results showed 42.9% of respondents with high cyberbullying behavior and 57.1% of respondents with low cyberbullying behavior. This type of cyberbullying that is very often done in adolescents is sending harsh words to someone on social networks or chat rooms.
