Abstract

This study aims to test online customer review and price consciousness of tastes, test online customer review and price consciousness of purchasing decisions, test tastes of purchasing decisions and test online customer review and price consciousness of purchasing decisions with tastes as a mediating variable. The subjects of this study are people who live in Ubud District, Gianyar Regency who are users of GoFood services on the Gojek application while the objects of this study are online customer review, price consciousness, tastes and purchasing decisions. The research design used is causal quantitative research. The data collection technique in this study was using a questionnaire and the data was then analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that (1) online customer review have a significant effect on tastes in GoFood services through the Gojek application, (2) price consciousness has a significant effect on tastes in GoFood services through the Gojek application, (3) tastes have a significant effect on purchasing decisions on GoFood services through Gojek application, (4) online customer review have no effect on purchasing decisions on GoFood services through the Gojek application, (5) price consciousness has no effect on purchase decisions on GoFood services through the Gojek application, (6) tastes do not mediate the relationship between online customer review of purchasing decisions on GoFood services through the Gojek application, (7) tastes mediate the relationship between price consciousness and purchase decisions on GoFood services through the Gojek application.

Abstract

The researchers conducted research activities with the aim of testing the influence exerted by inflation, interest rates and exchange rates on stock prices during the Covid-19 pandemic. The researchers used research subjects in the form of companies engaged in the property subsector and engaged in real estate which were successful in this case being listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The number of samples used reached 34 companies. Data was successfully collected through document recording and then carried out the stages of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that 1) Inflation has a positive and significant effect on stock prices in companies engaged in the property and real estate subsector, 2) Interest rates have a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices in companies that engaged in the property and real estate sub-sector, 3) The exchange rate has a negative and significant effect on the stock price of companies engaged in the property and real estate sub-sector. Taken together, inflation, interest rates and exchange rates have a significant influence on stock prices in companies engaged in the property and real estate subsector during the Covid-19 pandemic. The acquisition of the R square value by being able to reach 0.007 means that the dependent variable is the stock price (Y) which is influenced by the independent variables inflation, interest rates and exchange rates by being able to reach 0.7% while the results reach 99.3%. has succeeded in obtaining the influence of external factors from this research activity.

Abstract

The effect of tax avoidance on profitability, leverage, and growth is investigated for companies in the mining industry listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This study utilizes information obtained from the annual financial reports of the Indonesia Stock Exchange.  Purposive sampling is the method chosen as a sampling method with the data collected as secondary data. Data were analyzed with the help of multiple linear regression. The output of this study found that (1) tax avoidance was significantly affected by profitability, leverage, and firm size all at the same time. (2) There was a favorable and statistically significant relationship between income and the degree of tax avoidance. (3) Leverage had a substantial and beneficial effect on the amount of tax avoidance. (4) The size of the business had a notable and positive effect on the amount of tax avoidance

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of (1) work environment and work stress on employee performance, (2) work environment on employee performance, and (3) work stress on employee performance. This research is a causal quantitative research design. Data were collected through questionnaires, observation and documentation then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The subjects in this study were all employees of UD Aneka Plastik Kerobokan Singaraja Branch, with the object of research being the work environment, work stress, and employee performance. This research is a population study because it uses the entire number of employees at UD Aneka Plastik Kerobokan Singaraja Branch, totaling 37 people. The data source used is primary data. The results showed (1) work environment and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance, (2) work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of return on equity, debt to equity ratio, and earnings per share on stock prices in food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Purposive sampling technique was applied to 26 companies that match to the criteria. This study uses a causal quantitative research design. Data was collected by document recording and it was analysed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that (1) ROE, DER, and EPS significantly affected stock price. (2) ROE partially has a positive and significant effect on stock price. (3) DER partially has a negative and significant effect on stock price. (4) EPS partially has a positive and significant effect on stock price

Abstract

This study aims to examine (1) the effect of promotion and quality of electronic services "AKU Online" on community satisfaction at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of the Buleleng Regency Government, (2) The effect of promotion on community satisfaction at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of the Buleleng Regency Government , (3) the effect of electronic service quality on community satisfaction at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of the Buleleng Regency Government. The subject of this research is the community at the Population and Civil Registration Office of the Buleleng Regency Government and the objects of this research are promotion, quality of electronic services, and community satisfaction. The number of samples used is 100 respondents with purposive sampling. The research design is causal quantitative and the data collected was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 22.0 for Windows application. The results showed that (1) promotion and electronic service quality had a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction, (2) promotion had a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction, (3) electronic service quality had a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction

Abstract

The boom of K-Pop, especially among teenagers, has its own value for businesses that "smell" Korea. What is needed is mobilization and orchestration strategy. The mindset now is no longer conquering but creating collaboration. This study discusses strategies used by Korean culinary hawker business owners. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews and documentation. Business can be started from what we really like or are currently liking, especially when it comes to a phenomenon. Today's business can take advantage of the orchestration mobilization strategy that results in a collaboration in creating harmonization

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of service leadership, (2) change management, (3) and work climate on the performance of employees of the finance department at Ganesha University of Education during the Covid-19 period, both partially and simultaneously. This research is a quantitative study of factor exposure. The sample for this study were all members of the population, such as all employees in charge of the finance department at the Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha), which totaled 35 people. The independent variables of this study are service leadership, change management, and work climate, while the dependent variable is employee performance. Data was collected with a valid and reliable questionnaire. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis at a significance level of 95%. The results showed that: (1) service leadership has a positive and significant effect to employee performance, (2) change management has a positive and significant effect to employee performance, (3) work climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (4) simultaneously service leadership, change management, and work climate have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Undiksha finance staff during the Covid-19 period. The contribution of the independent variables of service leadership, change management, and work climate to the performance of Undiksha finance staff during the Covid-19 period was 66.6%. It is suggested to the leadership of Undiksha to continue implementing service leadership, implementing change management, and creating a conducive work climate in an effort to improve the performance of the Undiksha finance department

Abstract

In this era of globalization, the interest in investing is increasing. This is due to the awareness of increasing investment among students, and also the increasing development of technology, which has an impact on increasing ease and speed in making investments through the technology media. The research aims to test and obtain empirical evidence of the impact of investment knowledge, minimum investment capital, and investment risk on student interest in investing in capital markets. Populations in this study are Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Prodi Management Force 2017 financial concentration University of Mahasaraswati Denpasar. The sample in this study consisted of 60 people determined based on the simple random sampling method. The type of data in this study is the primary data obtained from the results of the dissemination of the questionnaire. The analytical technique used is the double linear regression analysis technique. Research results show that knowledge of investment, minimum investment capital has a positive and significant impact on the interest of students to invest in the capital market. Investment risks have a negative and significant impact on student interest in investing in the capital market. Further research could develop this research using other variables that theoretically have an impact on investment interest

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate how work motivation influences employee performance, by considering compensation as a moderating factor. A qualitative approach with a causal design is defined in this study and implemented at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Pupuan Unit. As this study aimed to cover the entire population, the sample size consisted of 40 individuals. The questionnaire was used as an instrument in data collection with the data analysis technique in the form of moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results obtained show that: (1) work motivation influences employee performance positively and substantially, and (2) compensation plays a positive and substantial role in moderating the relationship between work motivation and employee performance.
