Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve the skills and presentation techniques for librarians and library managers at Padjadjaran University. The dedication uses study analysis method. The results showed that there was an increase in presentation skills and techniques for librarians and library managers at Padjadjaran University through workshops. Workshop participants attended all the series of activities, starting from listening to the presentation of the material by the speakers, discussing it, and doing the practice of making presentation material using Prezi software. It is expected that will come. Participants will further develop with these activities.

Abstract

Educational problems require all parties to constantly innovate. The effort that can be done is the adoption of educational models through diffusion or dissemination to help educational institutions solve their problems well. TPQ Assalami Mojoseto Gondang Nganjuk as an assisted partner still applies learning that is classified as traditional, especially in the ‘ubudiyah lesson. However, the management is very eager to improve the quality of learning by adding subject matter. The solution given is the dissemination of teaching ‘ubudiyah lesson. This community development combines the Lesson Study and Asset-based-Community Development (ABCD) methods. The implementation of community service consists of: 1) Workshop and dissemination of the development of innovative creative teaching materials; 2) Assistance in developing innovative creative teaching materials through lesson study; 3) Reflections on the results of training and assistance in developing innovative creative teaching materials; and 4) Assistance in involving community participation. Dissemination of lesson study to develop teaching of ‘ubudiyah is not only in curriculum development by mere educators, but can also strengthen the capacity of managers to invite community participation in education.

Abstract

Mental disorders due to depression in the Nganjuk regency which consists of 20 sub-districts were signaled to increase. This is the subject of discussion and will be a special consideration for sufferers' families and can affect the quality of life of patients, families, and the surrounding community. this research uses a hoslistic approach. held in each district 7 to 15 people to attend the socialization meeting. The total number of participants in 20 districts and centered in several zones was 140 people. the results showed that pasung was performed because the patient had dropped out of medication; not opinion of access to treatment; no money for treatment; a place to stay far from the health care center; medicine not available; disturbing people around him; family feels disturbed; endanger yourself and others / environmental safety; family does not know what to do, lack of knowledge; family shame; handling carried out from generation to generation in the area; as a treatment and is a punishment. this is because there are no local regulations regarding the handling of psychotic bums and mental disorders.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide an in depth look at the experience of human resources development in the youth organization of Masjid Al Mutaqin. This is a qualitative study using the ABCD (asset based community Development) approach conducted in the village of Sawahan Lengkong Nganjuk. Data collection is done in a mosque in the local area by conducting deep interviews to informant, observations, documentation studies and recordings. The results of the analysis and research data to mention that the youth mosques in running their organization need to get assistance as the actual management concept, because during this time work and performance are still running as is and the reason is not based on organizational management theory.

Abstract

The potential of students who are in the village Madrasah Diniyah if traced more in the not yet well-explored, then to increase and maximize the potential must be touched through well-organized trainings, so that the potential to be excavated can be explored to the fullest. This is a qualitative study using the ABCD (asset based community Development) approach conducted in the village of Sawahan Lengkong Nganjuk. Data collection is conducting deep interviews to informant, observations, documentation studies and recordings. The result showed that The existence of Madin Al Aziz which is in the environment of Pesantren is quite helpful for the program that is proclaimed can run optimally.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the knowledge development of the feminine field of the mosque of Al Amin, Jatipunggur Lengkong Nganjuk. Based on the fact that there is a village, most of the population is the livelihood of farmers and the level of public education that productive age tends to still be low. Especially knowledge of the fundamentals of religion. In this research authors use a type of descriptive research with the approach of Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). The results showed that the knowledge development of femininity for the mosque and community in Jatipunggur Lengkong Nganjuk Village has been able to be implemented well through workshop activities. Workshop participants participated in all series of activities, ranging from listening to the delivery of the material by the speakers, discussing about the realistic and actual feminist problems in the community, especially mothers and young women worshippers
