Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model pendidikan akhlak di MTs Al Washliyah63 Punggulan Kecamatan Air Joman, untuk mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru dan madrasahdalam membina akhlak di MTs Al Washliyah 63 Punggulan Kecamatan Air Joman, untuk mengetahuifaktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pendidikan akhlak di MTs Al Washliyah 63 PunggulanKecamatan Air Joman. Pendekatan dan metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif yaitu penelitian yangberfokus pada fenomena empirik secara alamiah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan logika berpikirilmiah. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara,dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala madrasah, guru akidah akhlak, gurubimbingan konseling dan siswa MTs Al Washliyah 63 Punggulan Kecamatan Air Joman. Analisis datadilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data kemudianmerumuskan kesimpulan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to describe the historical dynamics Madrasah Muallimin UNIVA Medansince 1958 to 2018. This research use historical research, which is conducted four steps; 1). heuristics, 2).criticism, 3). interpretation, and 4). historiography. The sample of this research was the headmaster ofmadrasah, teachers, alumni, and the references which is related to research. The result of this study waswritten in three chapters; chapter II: The background of the establishment of Madrasah Muallimin UNIVAMedan which is seen from 3 aspects; a) Intellectual background: the establishment of Madrasah Mualliminwas to prepare students of Universitas of Al Washliyah (UNIVA) Medan and to prepare religion teacher; b)Religious background; the : the establishment of Madrasah Muallimin is to prepare Al Jam’iyatul Washliyah’sfuture Ulama; c) Social background of Madrasah Mualimin caused by high public interest to continue theireducation to Aliyah and Higher Education levels while at that time Aliyah’s institutions were limited.Chapter III: Historical dynamic Madrasah viewed from 3 aspect, a) Curriculum: Madrasah MualliminUNIVA Medan implemented in two curricula namely Al Jam’iyatul Washliyah curriculum and Nationalcurriculum from the beginning until now; b) Educator: educators in Madrasah Muallimin are profesionaleducator both educators for diniyah lessons and general lessons educators with traditions Madrasah ofrecruited especially for diniyah lesson educators with a lifetime of service or as long as the educator is ableto educate at Madrasah Muallimin UNIVA Medan; c) Students: The students of madrasah Muallimincomes from various regions in Indonesia, especially North Sumatera and some them comes from Malaysiawith the number of studets constantly increasing. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this paper was conducted to describe three things. First, About the planning of learning Islamic Religious Education And Character Curriculum 2013 in an effort to cultivate akhlakul karimah of students in Public Vocational Secondary Schools 1 Pematangsiantar. Based on the research findings obtained that information. First, the planning of learning Islamic Religious Education And Character Curriculum 2013 in the effort to cultivate akhlakul karimah students in Public Vocational Secondary Schools 1 Pematangsiantar done by preparing the steps and material akhlakul karimah on learning planning of Islamic Religious Education And Character which includes; preparation of annual programs, semester programs, weekly and daily programs, and in the preparation of the Lesson Plans (RPP). Second, The process of Learning Islamic Religious Education And Character Curriculum 2013 in effort akhlakul karimah of student cultivation in Public Vocational Secondary Schools 1 Pematangsiantar done with; the implementation of Islamic Religious Education And Character -based characteristic learning, the application of learning with habituation and exemplary approach, guidance of familiarity at the time of learning pree test, akhlakul karimah cultivation on the formation of competence, and akhlak planting at post test. Third, the assessment of learning Islamic Religious Education And Character Curriculum 2013 in an effort to cultivate akhlakul karimah of students in Public Vocational Secondary Schools 1 Pematangsiantar done with authentic assessment that includes assessment of attitude competence, knowledge competency assessment, and skills assessment related to mastery akhlakul karimah.Kata Kunci: Implementasi Kurikulum 2013, Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti, Akhlakul Karimah Siswa.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This research aims to analyze: 1) How is the story of the prophet Daud as in the Holy Alquran.2) What is the values of education contained in the story of Prophet Daud as. and 3) What is the relevancevalues of education in the story of prophet Daud as based on education now. This research uses qualitativemethod. With use science approach to the interpretation of patterns thematic interpretation (maudhu’i)which was initiated by Abd Hayy al- Farmawi. The results showed that: 1) Daud as is one of the messengerof Allah swt, he was brought Zabur for continue of doctrine was teached prophet Musa as to Bani Isra’il. 2)while the values of education obtained from this research is the value of monotheism, worship and moralsthat include patience, tolerance, responsibility, truth and compliance. And 3) A story of prophet Daud as hasrelevance with education with education today. This story has education and model actually to world educationtoday. Therefore, this story more important for actualized in the living for moslems,with it a moslem havegood the intellectual dimension, intellegience, spiritual dan emotional.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: 1) Kisah nabi Daud as dalam Alquran, 2) Nilai-nilai pendidikanyang terdapat pada kisah nabi Daud as, dan 3) Relevansi nilai-nilai pendidikan yang terdapat pada kisahnabi Daud as dengan kondisi saat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan menggunakanpendekatan tafsir tematik. Referensi metodologis utamanya ialah karya Abd Hayy al-Farmawi. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Daud as merupakan salah satu nabi dan rasul Allah swt, ia diutusuntuk membawa ajaran Zabur dan meneruskan ajaran yang dibawa oleh nabi Musa as kepada BaniIsra’il. 2) Adapun nilai-nilai pendidikan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini ialah nilai tauhid, nilai ibadahdan nilai akhlak yang meliputi: sabar, jujur, patuh, adil, amalma’ruf, larangan mengikuti hawa nafsu dansyukur 3) Kisah nabi Daud as dalam Alquran memiliki relevansi dengan pendidikan saat ini, kisah tersebutbanyak mengandung pelajaran dan hikmah. Oleh karena itu, kisah ini penting untuk diaktualisasikanbagi setiap umat Islam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan demikian diharapkan dapat memiliki kecerdasanintelektual, spiritual dan emosional yang baik dan benar.Kata Kunci: Nilai, Pendidikan, Alqur’an

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: 1) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran Pendidikan AgamaIslam di SMA Negeri 1 Bireuen, 2) Pembentukan kepribadian Islami siswa SMA Negeri 1 Bireuen dan3) Kendala yang dihadapi guru pendidikan Agama Islam dalam pembentukan kepribadian Islami siswaSMA Negeri 1 Bireuen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara,observasi dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa SMANegeri 1 Bireuen. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMANegeri 1 Bireuen dilakukan dengan mendukung dan menciptakan kebijakan-kebijakan yang terkaitdengan pengamalan ajaran Islam, adapun yang terkait dengan proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas,guru melakukan proses pembelajaran sesuai prosedur dan memperhatikan prilaku siswa secara intens,jika dirasa ada perilaku siswa yang tidak sewajarnya maka guru akan memberikan nasehat berupateguran secara langsung. 2) Pembentukan kepribadian Islami siswa SMA Negeri 1 Bireuen dilakukanmelalui pengamalan ajaran Islam seperti shalat berjama’ah, shalat dhuha, pelaksanaan program tausiyahagama yang terjadwal, dan pembacaan surah yasin ketika hari Jumat. 3) Kendala yang dihadapi gurupendidikan Agama Islam dalam pembentukan kepribadian Islami siswa SMA Negeri 1 Bireuen adalahkurangnya waktu pengawaasan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam hal mengawasi siswa,adapun solusi yang diberikan oleh kepala sekolah adalah melalui kerjasama antara sekolah denganmasyarakat melui komite sekolah dengan cara menjalin kerja sama antara guru dengan orang tuasiswa secara rutin.Kata Kunci: Strategi, Guru PAI, Kepribadian Islami

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Perencanaan model Discovery Learning dalam pembelajaran SKI di MTs Darul Hikmah TPI Medan; 2) Pelaksanaan model Discovery Learning dalam pembelajaran SKI di MTs Darul Hikmah TPI Medan; 3) Kelebihan dan kekurangan model Discovery Learning dalam pembelajaran SKI di MTs Darul Hikmah TPI Medan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian adalah MTs Darul Hikmah TPI Medan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terbagi menjadi dua macam, yaitu sumber primer dan sumber sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pengujian keabsahan data dengan triangulasi. Sedangkan analisis data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan model Discovery Learning dalam pembelajaran SKI di MTs Darul Hikmah TPI Medan mengacu kepada komponen input pembelajaran meliputi persiapan pembelajaran terdiri dari silabus pembelajaran, Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), tujuan pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran serta media, alat, dan sumber pembelajaran; 2) Pelaksanaan model Discovery Learning dalam pembelajaran SKI di MTs Darul Hikmah TPI Medan mengacu kepada komponen proses pembelajaran merujuk pada teori aplikasi model pembelajaran Discovery Learning yaitu terdiri dari Stimulation (Kegiatan memberi rangsangan), Problem statement (identifikasi masalah), Data Collection (Pengumpulan Data), Data Processing (Pengolahan Data), Verification (Pembuktian), dan Generalization (Menarik Kesimpulan); 3) Adanya kelebihan dan kekurangan pada penerapan model Discovery Learning dalam pembelajaran SKI di MTs Darul Hikmah TPI Medan yang mempengaruhi aktivitas pembelajaran di kelas. Pertama, dilihat dari segi kelebihannya yang meliputi: a) Berpusat pada peserta didik dan guru berperan sama-sama aktif mengeluarkan pendapat-pendapat dalam ruangan; b) Meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran peserta didik dan kemampuan berfikir bebas; c) Menimbulkan rasa senang pada peserta didik, praktis, mudah dalam pelaksanaan dan tindak lanjutnya; d) Mendukung kemampuan problem solving peserta didik dan lain sebagainya. Kedua, dilihat dari segi kekurangannya yaitu menyita banyak waktu. ABSTRACT: This study aims to find out: 1) The planning of Discovery Learning model in learning History of Islam at MTs Darul Hikmah TPI Medan; 2) The application of Discovery Learning model in learning History of Islam at MTs Darul Hikmah TPI Medan; 3) The advantages and disadvantages of Discovery Learning model in learning History of Islam at MTs Darul Hikmah TPI Medan. This research is a type of qualitative research. The location of research at MTs Darul Hikmah TPI Medan. Sources of data in this study is divided into two kinds are primary sources and secondary sources. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. Test the validity of data with triangulation. While data analysis with data reduction, presentation of data, conclusion drawing, and verification. The results showed that: 1) The planning of Discovery Learning model in learning History of Islam at MTs Darul Hikmah TPI Medan refers to the learning input component including learning preparation consisting of a learning syllabus, Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), learning objectives, learning methods and media, tools, and learning resources; 2) The implementation of the Discovery Learning model in SKI learning at MTs Darul Hikmah TPI Medan refers to the learning process component referring to the application theory of the Discovery Learning learning model that consists of stimulation, problem statement, data collection, data processing, verification, and generalization; 3) There are some advantages and disadvantages in Implementation of Discovery Learning model in learning History of Islam subjects at MTs Darul Hikmah TPI Medan that affect learning activities in the classroom. Firstly, in terms of its advantages include : a) Centered on students and teachers participating actively in issuing opinions in the room; b) Improving students' reasoning ability and free thinking ability; c) Create a sense of fun to learners, practical, easy in the implementation and follow-up; d) Support problem solving ability learners and so forth. Secondly, in terms of its disadvantage is taking up a lot of time.

Abstract

Abstract: Education is one of the most important things and cannot be separated from life. Education can promote culture and uphold the nation in the eyes of the international community. The thinking of advanced society will form the Human Resources of good quality in terms of spiritual, intelligence and high skills. Therefore, it was necessary to improve the quality of education. So that our nation does not depend on the status of a developing nation but can bear the predicate of a developed nation and no less competitive with the European nation. An overview of the achievement of the nine years Compulsory Education through 2015-2017 shows that the Participation Grade rate at the junior high school / equivalent level has reached at least 95%. In 2009 the National Rough Participation Rate has reached 98.11%, so the 9-year compulsory education program has been completed in accordance with the time targeted by the Indonesian government and even that target can be achieved 7 years earlier than the declared international commitment in Dakar on Education for All (EFA) in 2000 which requires all countries in the world to complete 9 years compulsory education by 2015. Based on these considerations, the study sites of two MTs Muhammadiyah institutions in Kotanopan (Mandailing Natal Regency) were selected. The main problem in this researchwas "Implementation of Nine Years of Compulsory Education Program at Muhammadiyah Educational Institution in Mandailing Natal Regency" until now the program has not been completed yet. The focus of this researchwas described in sub-focus: Implementation of compulsory education program of nine years basic education; Community participation; Identify the obstacles faced and the efforts made by the Office of Education towards the completion of the program.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengembangan karir dari aparatur pemerintahan yang rendah, maka menyebabkan para aparaturtersebut memiliki kinerja yang rendah pula dalam melayani masyarakat di seluruh kampung dan pedesaanpada kecamatan Sultan Daulat. Seperti yang telah disampaikan bahwa selain pengembangan karir aparaturpemerintah, yang menjadi penyebab rendahnya kinerja aparatur pemerintah adalah pemberian insentif.Jika dilihat dari sisi insentif, khusus kepala kampung sangat banyak menerima insentif. Namun yangmenjadi masalah adalah, banyak insentif ini tidak memberikan motivasi bagi kepala kampung untukmeningkatkan kinerja anggota aparaturnya agar memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Penelitianini berkesimpulan Secara parsial pengembangan diperoleh nilai t-ratio sebesar 6,137 lebih besar dari nilait-tabel sebesar 1,664, ini berarti bahwa ada pengaruh nyata pengembangan terhadap kinerja. Sedangkaninsentif diperoleh nilai t-ratio sebesar 4,679 lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel sebesar 1,664, ini berarti bahwaada pengaruh nyata insentif terhadap kinerja aparatur. Dari hasil uji secara parsial dapat diketahui bahwavariabel pengembangan lebih berpengaruh nyata terhadap kinerja aparatur daripada variabel insentif.Uji secara serempak diperoleh nilai F-ratio sebesar 66,160 lebih besar dari nilai F-tabel sebesar 3,108, halini menunjukkan bahwa secara serempak ada pengaruh nyata pengembangan dan insentif terhadapkinerja aparatur di Kecamatan Sultan Daulat Kota Subulussalam. Dari uji determinasi ( R2 ) diperolehnilai R2 sebesar 0,617 atau 61,7%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengembangan dan insentifdalam penelitian ini mampu menerangkan kinerja aparatur kampung di Kecamatan Sultan Daulat KotaSubulussalam sedangkan sisanya sebesar 38,3% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkandalam model penelitian ini.Kata Kunci : Pengembangan Pegawai, Pemberian Insentif, Kinerja

Abstract

Abstract: writing a thesis entitled the education of honesty in the perspective of the Koran (thestudy of surah al-’ Ankabut), aims to study the Qur’anic verses about honesty in surah al-’Ankabut. In the writing of the Thesis, the author uses the method of library (library research),using analytical techniques, that is done by collecting data, especially from the Holy Quranand Tafsir and of books related to the theme research to be able to draw a conclusion, eitherdeductive or inductive.
