Abstract

The study of presumption in Ich Liebe Deutsch in Facebook deals with how presumptions in speeches expressed in Ich Liebe Deutsch in Facebook. The study is conducted to gain description presumption based on the speeches by applying linguistic theory, especially, pragmatical approach that is hoped to be useful for readers in increasing vocabularies of Germans, and enhancing knowledge on Wendungen or German’s expressions as well as to get some descriptions of culture/lifestyle of the Germans. The method of descriptive qualitative in the study is done especially in dealing with the data, such as collecting, analyzing, and presenting the result (of the analysis). Speeches expressed in Ich Liebe Deutsch is updated information and they describe the life of German society from adolescents, adults, to those of the old age, and they relate to their daily lives. Those speeches are interesting, due to most of them and clear information of speeches that enable readers to get the message (of the speaker). Besides, there are speeches that need basic understanding on the culture of the language.

Fungsi Bahasa dalam Sastra Lisan Kabhanti Gambusu pada Masyarakat Muna HadirmanInstitut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Manadohadirman@iain-manado.ac.idHardinUniversitas Halu Oleo Kendarihardinatty@yahoo.co.id MusafarInstitut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Manadomusafarmusafar@iain-manado.ac.id  AbstrakBahasa Muna sebagai bahasa daerah yang dimiliki masyarakat Muna di Kabupaten Muna Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara, mempunyai dimensi komunikatif dan dimensi budaya. Dimensi komunikatif melihat bahasa dalam fungsinya sebagai tansmisi pesan. Sedangkan dimensi budaya, bahasa sebagai wahana untuk mengekspresikan makna budaya. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi fungsi bahasa dalam sastra lisan kabhanti gambusu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif-kualiatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cerminan bahasa dan budaya pada teks sastra lisan kabhanti gambusu mempunyai fungsi. Fungsi bahasa yang terdapat dalam sastra lisan kabhanti gambusu terdiri atas tiga fungsi, yakni fungsi informatif, interaktif, dan imajinatif. 2) Fungsi bahasa dalam sastra lisan kabhanti gambusu mengandung makna yang berkaitan dengan kepercayaan lokal/religius, pendidikan karakter, solidaritas sosial, etika, estetis, dan percintaan. Kata kunci: fungsi bahasa, sastra lisan, kabhanti gambusu, masyarakat Muna   Abstract Muna language as local language which belong to Muna community in Muna Regency Soutaeast Province, has comunnication and culture dimenssion. The purpose this article is to explore the function of language in the oral literacy kabhanti gambusu. The method used in this research is descriptive-qualitative. The results showed that ekspression of language and culture in orally literacy text kabhanti gambusu has function. Function of language in to oral literacy kabhanti gambusu such as there function, are information function, interactive function, and imaginative function. Abstract

The research is aimed 1) to give the description about the genre and the total of lexemes in the taste bud of tongue in Tombulu language; 2) to give the description about the components of the taste bud of tongue in Tombulu language. The method in this research is descriptive, semantics theory is used to describe the meaning area. The results show that there are several lexemes found in the taste bud of tongue in Tombulu language. The lexemes are (1) delicious,‘ (2) plain; (3 ) bitter; (4) salty; (5) sweet; (6) not delicious; (7) rough; (8) sour.

Abstract

The study discusses syntactic behavior on adjectival category. Adjektive is a word used to reveal nature or state of persons, objects, or animals. This study is aimed to describe or analyze adjectival types in Ponosakan language, such as mono-morphemic and poly-morphemic adjectives. Besides, this study is also describe syntactic behavior by looking at adjectives in the levels of phrase, namely adjectives as modifier, adjective as nuclei and pivot, and idiomatic adjective.The data anslysis performed by using contextual approach. Contextual approach is a way of analysis that applied on the data by basing, calculating, and connecting contexts. The result shows the use of adjectives in Ponosakan language based on types and levels of phrase.

Abstract

This paper aims to find the ideational functions in bahasa Kaili. Linguistics Systemic Function Halliday is used to find that Ideational Function. The data is collected through a library method, using reading and note taking techniques. Data were analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the analysis showed that in the mental process, there is only one participant in a clause, in the form of a human, who senses-thinks, feels-who always has consciousness. While in the material process, every participant is something, while in the mental process, concerning perceived, thoughtful, or accepted, the position of sense or sense is not only limited to certain semantic or grammatical categories but broader than the participants in the process material. In short, participants in mental processes are not just ‘something’ but, it can be facts. It is lead to one conclusion that in general, the structure of the Kaili and Indonesian language clauses is not quite different between each other.

Abstract

This research is aimed to describe the figurative language of short story “Surabaya” of Totilawati Tjitrawasita. Theproblems of research focus are what are the figurative language in short story and how are its effects? The research usedqualitative method by using read and noted techniques. The research has results that figurative language of the shortstory are personification, simile, and methapore All of them dominated narration of the short story and they get effectof imaginative creation of a suffering village and violent city. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap bahasa kiasan yang ada dalam cerpen “Surabaya” karya TotilawatiTjitrawasita. Masalah yang menjadi fokus penelitian, yakni bahasa kiasan apa sajakah yang ada dalamcerpen “Surabaya” karya Totilawati Tjitrawasita dan bagaimanakah efeknya. Metode yang digunakanadalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik baca dan catat. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwabahasa kiasan yang banyak digunakan dalam cerpen “Surabaya” adalah personifikasi, simile, dan metafora.Ketiga bahasa kiasan itu mendominasi narasi cerpen dan menimbulkan efek terciptanya gambaranangan tentang sebuah dusun yang merana dan sebuah kota yang kejam.

Abstract

“Cultural Meaning in the Lyrics of Minahasa Folk Songs as Local Wisdom” is a result of study that was conducted to get cultural meaning in the lyrics of Minahasan folk songs. The problems of the study are 1) what vocabularies, phrases, clauses, and sentences that can be found in the lyrics of Minahasan folk songs that songs that show local wisdom in Minahasa and 2) what cultural meaning that bore in the lyrics of Minahasan songs.The research is aimed to indentify and classify vocabularies, phrases, clauses, and sentences found in the lyrics of Minahasan folk songs that show local wisdom in Minahasa and 2) explain cultural meaning that bore in the lyrics ofMinahasan folk songs. The methods of research that is applied is qualitative descriptive method through the stages of data collecting and analyzing. The data was gathered by technique of observation and interview that then analyzed bysemiotics theory of Pierce and Rifaterre. The result of this research is an explanation on cultural meaning that is bored in the lyrics of Minahasan folk song, such as words, phrases, and sentences as local wisdom.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan bahan ajar berupa buku pengayaan pengetahuan cerpen berbasis pappaseng suku Bugis. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam penelitian dan pengembangan (RD) dengan menggunakan adaptasi model Hannafin dan Peck. Model ini terdiri atas tiga tahap, yaitu analisis kebutuhan, desain produk, dan pengembangan serta implementasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru dan peserta didik membutuhkan bahan ajar tambahan berupa buku pengayaan untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran, khususnya pembelajaran cerpen. Bahan ajar tersebut memuat kearifan lokal suku Bugis, yaitu pappaseng. Setelah analisis kebutuhan, selanjutnya disusunlah buku pengayaan dan sekaligus dinilai kelayakannya oleh ahli dan praktisi. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian oleh ahli dan praktisi, diperoleh hasil bahwa aspek kelayakan komponen isi/ materi buku mendapatkan rata-rata skor 92,3% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Pada aspek kelayakan komponen kebahasaan diperoleh rata-rata skor 93,3% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Pada aspek kelayakan komponen penyajian diperoleh rata-rata skor 87,2% dengan kriteria baik. Pada aspek kelayakan komponen kegrafikaan diperoleh rata-rata skor 83,5% dengan kriteria baik. Pada aspek kelayakan komponen kebermanfaatan diperoleh rata-rata skor 88% dengan kriteria baik. Setelah penilaian ahli, dilakukan pula uji lapangan pada peserta didik dengan hasil sebagai berikut. (1) Pada aspek isi/materi diperoleh rata-rata skor 88,08% dengan kriteria baik. (2) Pada aspek kebahasaan diperoleh rata-rata skor 89,52% dengan kriteria baik. (3) Pada aspek penyajian materi diperoleh rata-rata skor 87,79% dengan kriteria baik. (4) Pada aspek kegrafikaan diperoleh rata-rata skor 86,92% dengan kriteria baik. (5) Pada aspek kebermanfaatan diperoleh rata-rata skor 91,23% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, buku pengayaan yang dikembangkan dikategorikan layak dan dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Iklan merupakan media yang digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk memasarkan produknya. Kemasan dan tampilan dari iklan dibuat semenarik mungkin untuk menarik minat konsumen. Iklan juga tidak jarang menampilkan unsur kearifan lokal dalam tayangannya, salah satunya adalah iklan Kuku Bima Ener-G versi Visit Jawa Tengah yang memasukkan tampilan dari budaya Keraton Surakarta. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan simbol budaya Keraton Surakarta dalam Iklan Kuku Bima Ener-G versi Visit Jawa Tengah. Penelitan ini berbentuk penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan semiotika Roland Barthes. Sumber data primer adalah iklan Kuku Bima Ener-G versi Visit Jawa Tengah, sumber data sekunder berupa referensi yang terkait dan informan yang diambil dari kalangan ahli budaya Keraton Surakarta. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik simak-catat dan wawancara mendalam. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis interaktif. Hasil dari penelitian ini, ditemukan 5 frame dari iklan Kuku Bima Ener-G versi Visit Jawa tengah yang memuat unsur budaya Keraton Surakarta. Masing-masing frame mengandung simbol budaya yang bersumber dari Keraton Surakarta. Masing-masing simbol budaya tersebut memiliki makna denotatif dan makna konotatif. Beberapa frame iklan tersebut merepresentasikan budaya Keraton Surakarta, yaitu Tari Manipuri, Bangunan Panggung Sangga Buwana dan Kori Kamandungan, proses upacara kirab, makanan tradisional tumpeng sari, dan senjata tradisional yang berupa keris gaya Surakarta.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the portrait of moral education through the novel “Blue Dove” by Achmad Munif, a picture of human life. Benefits Novel studies reveal facts as a source of public education. With novel reading materials can be used as study materials. Sources used in this study is novel Pigeons Blue Achmad Munif work. The method used deskriprif method.The results obtained in this study indicate that the novel Pigeons Blue Achmad Munif work has a theme of environmental influences determine the character “a figure Ken” in the struggle to survive, to struggle and hard work.
