It is well known that the findings of scientists in the field of forestry, as well as the introduction of new technologies in production are of great importance. In particular, it is necessary to scientifically substantiate the normal growth and adaptation of new plant species. In addition, the role of trees in the prosperity of every person is unparalleled. This valuable tribute to treasure plays an important role in the economy of the economy, growing and increasing new types of trees and discovering their characteristics. Exemplary exotic trees in cities and villages, qualitative changes in timber supply and research by scientists in this field are clear evidence of the full support of innovation activities under the leadership of the President. Pavlovnia-Pavlovnia is part of the decorative tree species. There are 10 types of plants that are mainly grown in the east. Uzbekistan grows as an ornamental plant. The height of the neck is 12–20 meters, in the fall the normal edges of the leaf are scattered, and the bark opens until the leaf is released. The fruit is a large deciduous worm, the seeds are small, the light is soft. Povlovny made of pepper, roots and seeds.

Role playing can be called a drama or imitating certain behaviors or characters that differentiate each student's position. With this method, students are expected to be able to issue their imagination in playing a character or living up to the character of a predetermined character. The research was conducted on 2nd grade students at MI Muhammadiyah 2 Kedungbanteng Tanggulangin, Sidoarjo. Method of role play a method that can be one of the solutions in the learning process in the classroom that allows learners or students the spirit in learning. And it can increase students learning interest so that students can sharpen their thinking to learn well and try hard to get a satisfactory value.

This study aims to determine the effect of the TGT type cooperative model (Teams Games Tournament) on student learning motivation. Researchers conducted research at SDN Cangkring Turi Prambon. The type of research used is a quantitative approach to experimental methods with Pre Experimental design. The type used is One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The subjects taken were 21 grade II students at SDN Cangkring Turi Prambon. TGT learning model (Teams Games Tournament) is used to find out the effect of the TGT learning model (Teams Games Tournament) on the learning motivation of class II students of SDN Cangkring Turi Prambon. The results of this study indicate that the analysis of the data obtained is the count of 20.80 and a table of 1.725. Thus count > table, namely 20.80> 1.725, there is the effect of the TGT model (Teams Games Tournament) on the learning motivation of class II students of SDN Cangkring Turi Prambon. While the results of the eta squared test obtained 0.955 â‰¥ 0.14 has the meaning of great influence.

Stunting is a health problem by multiple factors (Mother factor, socio-economic factor). The growth retardation (stunting ) was measure by height for age scale which primarily indicates chronic undernutrition. In 2018, the prevalence of stunting in Riau province was 35%, which was higher than the national prevalence of 30.8%. This was an quanitative with cross sectional analytic deign. The study was conducted in Puskesmas Harapan Raya Pekanbaru, Riau, Indonesia. The population was all children (4000), sampel was 187 children by systematic random sampling. Research was to analyze independents variable (risk of stunting) to the dependent’s variable (mother’s age, Prity, Mother Parity, Mother’s Height, (Lila) / MUAC (Mid Upper Arm Circumference), Maternal Characteristics (hemoglobin), Tension Mother’s, ANC Visit, Dietary habit, Mother’s child care, Completed immunization, Weight child and Drink for child.) Research results is maternal hemoglobin in pregnancy with a risk category of having a stunting 53.4%, exlusive breastfeeding with a risk category of having a stunting 54.1%, dietary habit with a risk category of having a stunting 51.3%. Independents variable (Maternal Characteristics (hemoglobin), Exclusive Breastfeeding, Dietary Habis), is a significant association to stunting. The findings from this study will be helpful for programmatic intervention to reduce the stunting.

For companies, the problem of managing raw material supplies is very important. This requires adequate management techniques. This means that all company operations are carried out in accordance with established plans and procedures and always lead to the goals to be achieved by Integration. Implementation of raw material management requires intensive inspection, so companies need to carry out internal audits. Internal audit inspection must be carried out objectively and independently in carrying out its duties. Problems that arise in this study (1) How is the application of internal audit raw material inventory management at UD company. Makmur Semanding? (2) Whether internal audit raw material inventory management can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of UD company operations. Makmur Semanding? The purpose of this study is (1) to describe how the implementation of internal audit management of raw materials at UD company. Prosperous Semanding. (2) To illustrate whether the internal audit of raw material inventory management can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of UD company operations. Prosperous Semanding. For the purposes of analysis and discussion, the authors use analysis techniques as flow chart analysis tools are used to determine the supply of raw materials to company management. Based on the provisions of Article 3 is the determination of the category value, then by calculating the score of raw material inventory management UD company sales revenue. Makmur Semanding is included in the sufficient category, because the total score is 91, this score is in the range of scores between 62-92.
