TADBIR: Jurnal Manajemen Dakwah FDIK IAIN Padangsidimpuan merupakan wadah publikasi ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Manajemen Dakwah Fakultas Dakwah dan Ilmu Komunikasi. Jurnal ini memiliki skop dan fokus pada Manajemen Dakwah (Tabligh, Cerama, Khotbah dan Kegiatan Dakwah atau Syiar Islam lainnya), Manajemen Travel Haji dan Umrah (Kajian Usaha Travel Haji dan Umrah dalam perspektif Manajemen Dakwah, Wisata Halal), dan Manajemen Dana Umat, ZISWAF (Zakat, Infak, Sedekah, dan Wakaf), Manajemen Kelembagaan Islam dan aplikasi manajemen Islam dalam lembaga-lembaga konvensional. Selainjutnya urnal ini diterbitkan dua kali dalam setahun yakni pada bulan Juni dan Desember. Alamat redaksi Fakultas Dakwah dan Ilmu Komunikasi Jl. H.T. <![CDATA[Mass media have crucial roles in propogating information in society. News published through mass media, both the positive and the negative ones will be so highly accessible to public that they influence the way society thinks. If the published information is true and honest, it will result in positive impacts. On the other hand, if the published information is untrue, dishonest, and it instigates hatred, it will negative impacts and it can even trigger conflicts amongst society members. For those reasons, according to John Hohenberg, news in mass media must al all times prioritize the factors of actuality, honesty, and education. To carry out those functions, it is not an overstatement to say that mass media are said to uphold noble duties playing big roles in educating the nation.]]>

<![CDATA[ AbstractArtikel ini membahas tentang bagaimana konsep dasar yang harus dimiliki oleh orangtua sehingga anggota keluarga dapat hidup dengan baik sesuai dengan konsep Islam. Alquran adalah kitab suci umat Islam yang memiliki bahasa yang sangat tinggi sehingga dengan bahasa yang dimiliki oleh Alquran sangat perlu digali berdasarkan metodologi yang tepat. Metodologi penelitian ini adalah kajian pustaka dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis tematis. Bahasa yang diteliti dalami dengan melakukan kajian terkait dengan konsep dasar tentang pembinaan keluarga. Teknik analisis yang dilakukan adalah memberikan analisis pada surat Luqman ayat 12-19 selanjutnya memberikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan informasi bahwa dalam memberikan pembinaan terhadap keluarga harus dilakukan dengan penanaman konsep Alquran secara rutin sehingga rumah tangga dan anggotanya dapat hidup dengan baik. Sebagai saran dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa peneliti harus mengembangkan penelitian ini terutama pada bidang pelaksanaannya sehingga akan sesuai antara konsep dan pelaksanaannya. Kata kunci: Konsep Dasar; Pembinaan; Keluarga AbstractThis article discusses the basic concepts that must be owned by parents so that family members can live well in accordance with Islamic concepts. The Koran is the holy book of Muslims which has a very high language so that the language possessed by the Koran really needs to be explored based on the right methodology. The methodology of this research is a literature review using a thematic analysis approach. The language studied is explored by conducting studies related to the basic concepts of family development. The analysis technique used is to provide an analysis of the letter Luqman verses 12-19 and then provide conclusions. The results of this study provide information that providing guidance to the family must be done by planting the concept of the Qur'an on a regular basis so that households and their members can live well. <![CDATA[Â This research is a research that puts forward the interpretation of a film produced by MD Pictures, MD Entertainment with the title Heaven that is not Missed. Furthermore, this research activity uses a qualitative method with Roland Barthes' semiotic theory as the blade of analysis. Analysis of the data in this study is to use Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis, which is to analyze every scene in the film Heaven that is Not Missed for interpretation and know its connotative and denotative meanings. The result of this research is that the film Heaven that is not missed about polygamy is that you have to learn to accept and be patient, because when someone is sincere and patient, the mind in someone can think clearly and can find a way out, but if we are burned by anger and recklessly take decision, we might even fall deeper and regret what we did later. The film Heaven that is not missed is actually a Da'wah film that is packaged in an interesting way to attract mad'u (audience). In the world of da'wah, preaching using the media is now a new alternative to convey the message of da'wah, but the delivery of da'wah messages must also be read carefully who is mad'u or the audience who will see it, because the film Heaven that is Not Missed becomes a religious film when the viewer sees it. a Muslim, but whether it is interpreted the same when the person watching is a non-Muslim, it does not rule out that the film depicts that Islam is unfair in treating women]]>

<![CDATA[Manajemen pengelolaan masjid yang efektif merupakan usaha yang dilakukan agar peran dan fungsi masjid dapat direalisasikan dengan seharusnya. Masjid Babur Rahmat dalam hal ini merupakan salah satu masjid yang memiliki segudang prestasi dan penghargaan sehingga manajemen pengelolaan masjid Babur Rahmat perlu untuk digali kembali dan diketahui. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masjid Babur Rahmat menggunkan model manajemen tertutup (Close Management) dalam pelaksanaannya karena kebanyakan pengelolaan masjid dilaksakan secara tertutup dan tidak dipublikasikan kepada masyarakat seperti pendanaan, pengadaan sarana dan prasarana serta lalu lintas keuangan masjid. Akan tetapi walaupun demikian manajemen pengelolaan masjid Babur Rahmat masih berjalan dengan baik karena adanya donatur tunggal yang membiayai seluruh keperluan masjid.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to identify the social values of Islamic religiosity in the indicators of religious moderation formulated by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. This research center uses a normative-philosophical approach with analytical theory in the form of a Prophetic Social Science paradigm that was initiated by Kuntowijoyo. The results of the study show that there are various prophetic social values of Islam contained in the four indicators of religious moderation in Indonesia. First, the value of transcendence in the indicator of tolerance as a mindset and social attitude to realize an attitude of religious moderation, both in the context of inter-religious and intra-religious life. Second, the value of humanization in moderation indicators in the form of an attitude of national commitment and accommodative to local culture can take the form of various forms of benefit in order to maintain nationalism and plural local wisdom in Indonesia. Third, the value of liberation in indicators of anti-radicalism attitudes as an effort to realize the framework of realizing a safe and peaceful life.]]>

<![CDATA[Dana Zakat, Infaq, dan Sadaqah sangat bermanfaat dalam membantu kaum dhuafa. Dana ini memiliki fungsi sosial dan juga mampu mengatasi permasalah baik di bidang ekonomi, sosial, kesehatan maupun di bidang pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaiman implementasi manajemen pelayanan dalam mengelola program LAZISNU di Kota Padangsidimpuan.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang menggambarkan di lapangan. <![CDATA[Abstract The Indonesian Ulema Council has an important role in spreading its da'wah to Muslims. The da'wah was delivered aimed at minimizing the problems of the people of Pekanbaru City. With the recommendation to consume products that have halal certification and the implementation of premarital guidance which is categorized as Da'wah bil Hal. As for the problems that are troubling the community, such as products that are not in accordance with halal procedures both in health and Islamic teachings. Such as the case of foodstuffs originating from animals that are haram, the production process, and the delivery process. In addition, the implementation of premarital guidance is also needed, because considering the large number of people, especially prospective couples who have not interpreted the word marriage or having a family, so that wife and child abuse, as well as divorce rates are increasing. This research was conducted to determine the role of MUI as Warasatul anbiya' in spreading its da'wah to the people of the city of Pekanbaru. <![CDATA[Religious intolerance often becomes a barrier in strengthening harmony in the country. The plurality that exists in society is indeed like a colorful flower in a garden that exudes beauty. When differences are managed properly, a harmonious atmosphere and mutual respect in amidst the existing differences will grow. However, when differences are interpreted as opponents and hostilities, intolerance and a prolonged conflict will emerge. Mass media management, through the news and opinions, has an important role in realizing a peacefull society. News that is honestly and objectively packaged will create peace. On the other hand, provocative reporting, slanders, and hoaxes will mislead people and raise conflicts for a plural society.Reports of religious intolerance in the mass media, including in the Kedaulatan Rakyat Yogyakarta, have become a serious concern for the editorial team. They try to make honest and objective news to avoid unrest in the society. The sensitive news about intolerance should not aggravate the situation that could invite conflicts. Cases of religious intolerance are sensitive and can easily cause reactions from the pros and cons of the news.
