Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of Brand Image, Brand Equity, and Lifestyle on purchasing decisions at Excelso Coffee in Suncity Mall, Sidoarjo. Employing a quantitative approach, the study utilized nonprobability sampling (accidental sampling) to gather responses from 100 consumers at Excelso Coffee in Suncity Mall, East Java. Data analysis involved multiple linear regression using SPSS 22.0. The findings demonstrate that brand image, brand equity, and lifestyle individually influence purchasing decisions. Furthermore, when considered simultaneously, brand image, brand equity, and lifestyle collectively have a significant impact on purchasing decisions. This study underscores the importance of these factors in influencing consumer choices. The concise and impactful title for this research could be "Influence of Brand Factors and Lifestyle on Consumer Purchasing Decisions. Highlights: Impactful Factors: Brand image, brand equity, and lifestyle influence consumer purchasing decisions. Quantitative Approach: The study employs a quantitative methodology to analyze the relationships between these factors. Abstract

This research employs quantitative methods and secondary data analysis to investigate the relationship between financial variables and stock prices in the food and beverage industry. Utilizing a purposive sampling method, 50 samples from 10 food and beverage companies listed on the IDX are examined over a five-year period. The study reveals that Net Profit Margin and Capital Structure both exert a positive and significant influence on stock prices, whereas Profitability demonstrates a significant negative impact. Notably, when considered together, these three variables collectively influence stock prices. This study's findings have implications for investors, financial analysts, and policymakers, offering insights into the complex interplay between financial metrics and stock market performance within the food and beverage sector. Highlights: Financial Metrics Impact: Net Profit Margin and Capital Structure positively influence stock prices, while Profitability has a negative impact. Abstract

This quantitative research investigates the influence of Return On Assets (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Earnings Per Share (EPS), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock price fluctuations within the LQ-45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2017 to 2019. Employing SPSS tests, including multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity assessments, this study reveals that ROA, NPM, EPS, and DER collectively exert a significant impact on stock price changes. These findings underscore the relevance of financial performance metrics in gauging stock price dynamics, offering valuable insights for investors and market analysts. Abstract

This quantitative research investigates the impact of promotion, product quality, and price on housing purchase decisions. Employing a non-probability simple sampling method, 80 respondents from a consumer base were surveyed, and data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, t-tests, F-tests, multiple correlation coefficients, and R2 calculations in SPSS version 25.0. The findings demonstrate that promotion, product quality, and price individually influence purchasing decisions. Moreover, when considered collectively, these factors significantly affect housing purchase decisions. This study provides valuable insights for marketers and practitioners seeking to optimize their strategies in the housing industry. Abstract

This research investigates the influence of brand image, price, and product quality on consumers' decisions to purchase mobile phones at Top Sell Stores in Sidoarjo. Employing a quantitative approach with a sample of 100 consumers, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), t-test, F-test, and classical assumption tests were conducted using SPSS statistical software version 22. The findings reveal that brand image, price, and product quality individually exert a significant impact on mobile phone purchase decisions. Moreover, when considered together, they collectively influence consumers' choices. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of the factors shaping mobile phone purchasing behavior, offering valuable insights for businesses and marketers in optimizing their strategies to appeal to consumers in similar retail contexts. Abstract

This research investigates the impact of profitability, leverage, firm size, and auditor quality on the timeliness of financial reporting within the property and real estate sector of the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the years 2018 to 2020. Employing logistic regression analysis, our study reveals that leverage and auditor quality significantly influence financial reporting timeliness, while firm size does not exhibit such an effect. These findings contribute to the literature on financial reporting timeliness, offering valuable insights for decision-makers and adding support to prior research efforts in this field. Abstract

This study investigates the influence of compensation, motivation, and work morale on employee performance within the Marketing Distribution Department of a prominent organization. Employing quantitative methods and a sample of 101 respondents, data was collected through validated and reliable questionnaires. The analysis, conducted using classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression, reveals that compensation and motivation individually exert a positive and significant impact on employee performance, while work morale exhibits a positive but non-significant effect. Furthermore, when considered together, compensation, motivation, and work morale collectively have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. These findings underscore the importance of holistic approaches to employee engagement and provide valuable insights for organizations seeking to enhance their workforce's productivity and effectiveness. Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between participatory budgeting and managerial performance, with a focus on the mediating role of goal commitment. Utilizing purposive sampling, data was collected from 65 respondents via Google Forms and analyzed using the Outer Model to assess data validity and reliability. Subsequently, the Inner Model was employed to test hypotheses through SmartPLS 3.0. Results indicate a significant influence of participatory budgeting on both managerial performance and goal commitment. However, goal commitment was found to have no direct impact on managerial performance, and it did not mediate the relationship between participatory budgeting and managerial performance. This research underscores the importance of participatory budgeting in enhancing managerial performance while highlighting the need for further exploration of the mechanisms underlying this relationship. Abstract

This quantitative study investigates the impact of packaging, product quality, price, and brand on consumer purchasing decisions for Pawon Klotok Ning Ninik products in Surabaya. Employing non-probability accidental sampling, data from 97 consumers who purchased these products were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics version 22. The findings confirm that packaging, product quality, price, and brand individually influence purchasing decisions, and collectively, they significantly impact consumer choices. This research sheds light on the dynamics of consumer behavior in the context of food products and provides valuable insights for marketers and businesses seeking to enhance their market strategies. Abstract

This research employs a quantitative approach to investigate the impact of financial literacy, regret aversion, herding bias, and the illusion of control on investment decisions among students in the Faculty of Economics and Business at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. Utilizing a purposive sampling technique, data were collected from 210 students through a validated and reliable questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. The results reveal that while financial literacy exhibits a non-significant influence on investment decisions, regret aversion and the illusion of control significantly affect these decisions. In contrast, herding bias demonstrates an influence that is not statistically significant. This study underscores the importance of psychological factors in shaping investment choices among aspiring economic professionals, with implications for financial education and decision-making strategies in the field. Highlights: Financial Literacy's Limited Influence: This research highlights that despite its importance, financial literacy does not significantly impact investment decisions among students in the Faculty of Economics and Business.
