Abstract

Tourism is one of the important things for a country. With tourism, then a country, specifically thelocal government where the tourism attraction is located, will get revenue from each attraction’sincome. One of the revenue source from tourism in TTS districts obtained from the number of visitsin Oetune Beach.This research aim is to identify the driving and inhibiting factors in thedevelopment of tourism attractions in Oetune Beach. Also to know the development strategy whichneeds to be done in order to increase visits to Oetune Beach. The sample in this research were 30respondents who gained by accidental sampling and purposive sampling technic. The analysis toolsused in this research is SWOT analysis.The results showed by Matrix Grand Strategy, it seen thattourism attraction in Oetune beach is in quadrant I, which means supporting the strategyaggressively. The formulation of development strategies in Oetune beach are important to be notedfrom the various aspects such as tourists, transportation means, tourist attraction, infrastructuresand supporting facilities within the attraction, the use of ICT as a promotion media, as well as needto be supported with funds and qualified human resources. Suggestions in this research is importantto increase and to improve the quality of the facilities in Oetune Beach, which still lacking; thecooperation with various related parties; the synergy between the Government with the academics inthe provision of competent human resources in the field of tourism' also improvement the utilizationof information technology to introduce and to promote potential tourism to the worldwidecommunity.Keywords : Development Strategy, Tourism Attraction, SWOT

Abstract

Cooperative knowledge needs to be owned by Cooperative Members in order to utilize the products ofbank and non-bank financial institutions to be able to manage finances well. Based on the results ofa national surve about Indonesian financial literacy carried out by OJK in 2013, the level offinancial literacy of the Indonesian people was only 21.84% with a level of financial inclusion of59.74%. The majority of financial inclusion in Indonesia is in the banking sector. For Micro, Smalland Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and cooperatives, the financial literacy level is 15.68% with afinancial inclusion rate of 53.34%. Financial literacy is Knowledge, Understanding, andUtilization in managing finances. This study aims to investigate how much the level of financialliteracy and its effect on savings and loans of members of the Citra Akademika Kupang cooperative.The variables are Knowledge, Understanding, And Utilization that are predicted to have an effecton cooperative member’s Savings and Loan are explained by descriptive analysis and testing usingstatistics. The results showed that the lowest achievement was found in the aspect of Knowledge thathad a negative influence around -32.4% and the highest achievement was found in the Utilizationaspect, which was 74.3% of the members' savings. Utilization affects negatively which ranges from23.7% and it affects significantly to the Loans of cooperative members. This shows that Knowledgeand Understanding are not enough to increase Savings and Loans, meaning that it requires theUtilization of cooperative products to increase Savings and Loans.Keywords: Cooperative Products, Financial Literacy.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Capital Structure and Wealth Structure on theFinancial Performance of Telecommunication companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Dependen variable in this research is Financial Performance of company. The company’s FinancialPerfomance is measured by Return On Equity (ROE). The independent variable in this study is theCapital Structure measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Wealth Structure measured byCurrent Asset to Fixed Asset (CTF). The population in this study includes all Telecommunicationcompanies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2017 and all populations are taken asresearch samples because the number of Telecommunications companies only amounted to 5companies or saturated samples. Data Analysis is Multiple Linear Regression using panel data orcalled panel data regression model.The result of research shows that Capital Structure and WealthStructure have positive and significant influence simultaneosly on Financial Performance withFarithmetic 16,48 at significant level 0,00<0,05. Adjusted-R square value of 0,516 shows the capitalStructure And Wealth Structure is able to explain the Financial Performance of 52% and theremaining 48% is explained by other variables outside the research model. It is suggested to set theproblem of debt because it does not have a significant effect on Financial Performance while theliquidity needs to be maintained because it has a significant effect on the Financial Performance ofthe company.Keywords : Capital Structure, Wealth Structure, Financial Performance, Debt To Equity Ratio,Current Asset To Fixed Asset, Return On Equity.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the Financial Performance (Current Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, DebtTo Equity Ratio, Return On Asset) and Market Value of the company (Earning Per Share) in thetobacco industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016. This research describesthe company financial condition through a quantitative approach in the form of Financial Ratiosand Market Value. Financial Performance is viewed from (1) Current Ratio for PT. GudangGaram, Tbk (GGRM) and PT. Bentoel International Investama, Tbk (RMBA) are not liquid.While PT. Handjaya Mandala Sampoerna, Tbk (HMSP) is in a liquid condition (2) TotalAsset Turnover PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk (GGRM) and PT. Bentoel International Investama, Tbk(RMBA) are in an inefficient category. While PT. Handjaya Mandala Sampoerna, Tbk (HMSP) isin the efficiency category. (3) Debt To Equity Ratio for tobacco companies are in the solvablecategory. (4) Return on Asset PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk and PT. Bentoel International Investama,Tbk (RMBA) are in the category not efficient. While PT. Handjaya Mandala Sampoerna, Tbk isin the efficiency category. (5) Earning per Share PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk (GGRM) and PT.Handjaya Mandala Sampoerna, Tbk (HMSP) are in the good category. While PT. Abstract

This research executed in U-Pro Chapter Kupang, Full Gospel Businessmen’s FellowshipInternational (FGBMFI) Kupang with the total sample of 36 people. The result of the studysuggested that (1) Work Spitituality and Motivation in U-Pro Chapter Kupang are in acriterion of very high and very high. (2) Work Spirituality has positive influencesignificantly to Work Motivation at U-Pro Chapter Kupang. This could be seen in formula ofSimple Regression : Y = 14,30 + 0,906X. The the result proved that Work Spirituality had apositive impact significantly on Work Motivation by 0.67 or 67 %, the rest 33 % influenced byother factors.Keywords : Work Spirituality, Work Motivation

Abstract

This research method is quantitative with descriptive approach. The result of this study indicatesthat state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange has an EVA value smaller than 0 ornegative value pads in 2013 and 2015 which amounted to Rp. (20.167.583,35) and Rp.(6.414.905,00). This position means there is no process of adding economic value to the company, inthe sense that the profit generated by the company is unable to meet the expectations of creditors andshareholders. A bank listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange with a negative in 2016 of Rp.(8.080.262). A negative MVA explains that the company has poor financial performance from theexternal side, which has failed to add value to capital entrusted by investors to the company, becausethe company has a small stock market place.Keywords : Economic Value Added, Finance Perfomance, Market Value Added

Abstract

This study used Job Satisfaction and Work Motivation as independent variable and workProductivity as dependent variavel. This research was conducted at PT. Mitra Suara Sejati Kupangwith a sample of 30 employees of PT. Mitra Sejati Sejati Kupang. Data collection usingquestionnaires, interviews, and observation techniques. The result of the research showed that (1)Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation and Work Productivity of PT.Mitra Suara Sejati Kupangemployees was in high criteria, very high, and very high. (2) Job Satisfaction and Work Motivationhad positive and significant effect to Work Productivity of employees of PT. Mitra Sejati SejatiKupang. This was shown in the Linear Regression formula: Y = 23.914 + 0.416X1+ 0.384X2.Partial test result showed ; tcount for Job Satisfaction variable = 2.333 and tcount for Work Motivationvariable = 2.156 which both larger than ttable = 1.703, so it proved that Job Satisfaction And WorkMotivation had partially affect on Work Productivity of employees.The result of hypothesis testing(F) proved that Job Satisfaction and Work Motivation had positive and significant effectsimultaneously on employee Work Productivity, viewed from Fcount (5,140) > Ftable (3,35) withDeterminant Coefficient (R2) was equal to 27,6%.Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation, and Work Productivity

Abstract

This research is aim to know the financial performance with PEARLS approach on Citra AkademikaCooperation in Kupang in 2013 to 2017 in terms of aspects of Proctetion, Effective Financial Structure,Asset Quality, Rate of Return and Cost, and Sign of Growth. The research was done from May to June2018. The data that used are financial statements of cooperation by calculating 35 ratio of PEARLS.The data collected through interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique performed toanswer this analysis by using PEARLS.The result of this research shows that financial performance atCitra Akademika Cooperation is viewed from aspect (1) Proctetion as a whole shows ideal result withadequate risk reserve factor (2) Effective financial structure as a whole shows ideal result because it canincrease growth potential and earning capacity based on investment (3) The overall asset quality showsthe ideal result because it is able to suppress the ratio of problems that occur in the given loan (4) Rate ofreturn and cost (rate of income and expense) overall shows the ideal result because it is able to provideincome and expenses also measure the average earning income productively. (5) Liquidity indicates theresult is not ideal because it is unable to provide liquid cash reserves to meet the demand for loansgranted from non-stock deposits (6) Sign of growth (signs of growth) as a whole shows the ideal resultwith adequate asset growth. Citra Akademika Cooperation needs to consider the analyzing of financialstructure so that in the coming year the financial performance of Citra Akademika Cooperation can becategorized as a healthy cooperation, in order to increase the asset quality of the cooperation andconduct supervision to the costs to be incurred by each part of the cooperation in order to increase thegrowth of cooperation to be healthy.Keywords: PEARLS, Financial performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Marketing Mix (Product, Price, Distribution andPromotion) on the Reguler Repurchase Intention. The method used in this study is a quantitativemethod that was done through data collection, interpretation of data and conclusion of results. Datacollection technique in this study is questionnaires with respondents as many as 70 people who arereguler customers of Daily Timor Express Kupang. This research uses Multiple Linear RegressionAnalysis. The result shows that the Product has a positive and insignificant effect on the RegulerRepurchase Intention, the Price has a positive and significant influence on the Reguler RepurchaseIntention, the Distribution has a positive and insignificant influence on the Reguler RepurchaseIntention, while the the Promotion has a positive and insignificant influence on the RegulerRepurchase Intention. The simultaneous test results in this study revealed that all Marketing Mixvariables affect the Reguler Repurchase Intention.Keyword : Reguler Repurchase Intention, Pricing, Product, Distribution Promotion, MarketingMix
