Abstract

This study's aim is to evaluate the development of the KUBE Stimulant Assistance Program, both technically and non-technically. This background study is to examine the structural model built by constructing variables that hypothetically affect the sustainability of a KUBE unit. In addition, when we reviewed the successful aspects of the KUBE, which aspect is the most dominant factor. This sample took purposively from 186 KUBE (Fiscal Year 2016-2017) in 13 provinces and 16 cities. The results show us that from the aspect of program assistance, the quality of the human resources of the assistance is quite capable in terms of the age range, length of assistance, and education, in the other hand, from the Beneficiary Families (KPM) aspect, their age are still in productive age and there is a tendency for the type of KPM's business, these results can be important information for policymakers to make a policy that is relevant to the program in the future, especially in budgeting. Furthermore, for the structural model test, in the first model (Sustainability Model) the construct variables yet cannot explain the model significantly, but what needs to be underlined is that the partnership and social support variables become valid construct variables, so that it can be used in the next model improvement. Meanwhile, in the second model (Success rate Model), the construct variables indeed explain the model significantly, the model test results that the institutional aspect becomes the dominant factor in explaining the success rate of KUBE.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine consumer behavior based on factors that influence consumers to make decisions in purchasing Compass Shoes. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. This study used a sample of informants in Gresik who met the criteria, namely having Compass shoes and getting them through their own efforts. The theoretical basis used in this research is the Consumer Decision Making Behavior Model and the Influencing Factors ranging from environmental factors, individual differences, psychological processes to decision making processes. The results of this study indicate that consumers of Compass shoes are willing to queue to fulfill their desires and have products that are experiencing an increase in value.

Abstract

The goal of this study is firts, to know the management of financial of the Madiun Indonesian Hajj Brotherhood Foundation (IPHI). Second, To obstain the processing of financial statement at the Indonesian Hajj Brotherhood Foundation in Madiun with financial statements according to ISAK 35. This study is a qualitative analysis that purposes to answer questions regarding financial management at the foundation and the suitability of its financial management based ISAK 35. Collecting data through observation, interviews also with documentation. The data is processed by means of descriptive analysis. The output of research show that the Financial Statements based on ISAK 35 consist of various inform including balance sheet, report of comprehensive income, statement of changes in net assets, report of cash flows also notes to financial reports. However, the IPHI Madiun Foundation has not made the 5 (five) financial reports based on applicable standards. IPHI Madiun Foundation only makes cash in and cash out finacial reports. Accountability within the IPHI Madiun Foundation has not been carried out optimally, as evidenced by the absence of disclosure of financial conditions to the public or to donors. Recommendation that can be given are in terms of preparing financial report in conformability with ISAK 35, it can be done by participating in training which is hope to improve knowledge in the field of accounting. With ISAK 35 the IPHI Madiun Foundation may be give directives to the presentation of financial statements, and the IPHI Madiun Foundation will be more obedient to the regulations so that accountability can be obtained.

Abstract

This study aims to find out (1) Is there an influence between promotion and customer satisfaction of rail transportation services at Madiun Besar Station (2) Is there an effect of price on customer satisfaction of rail transportation services at Madiun Besar Station (3) Is there an influence between service quality and customer satisfaction of rail transportation services at Madiu Besar Station. The sample in this study were customers of rail transportation services at the Madiun station with 100 respondents. The sample method used was purposive sampling of primary data using a questionnaire measured using a Likert scale and distributed to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing using t test and F test. The results showed that (1) promotion, price, and service quality simultaneously had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. on rail transportation services at the Madiun big station (2) promotion, price, and service quality simultaneously have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction on rail transportation services at the Madiun big station.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and determine the effect of partially or simultaneously service quality, membership, and price on buyer decisions on Vape Move Ngawi. This research is an explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The samples taken in this study were 100 consumers as regular customers who bought products on Vape Move Ngawi. This research uses purposive sampling method. That is the sampling technique by setting special characteristics or special conditions with the aim of being able to answer the research statement. The data collection method used is a questionnaire distributed to 100 consumers as regular customers. The data analysis technique used classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing using t test and F test with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 25 program. The results showed that (1) service quality, membership, and price were overall partial significant effect on the decision of product buyers on Vape Move Ngawi. (2) Simultaneously shows that service quality, membership, and price have a significant effect on buyer decisions on Vape Move Ngawi.

Abstract

This research aims to test the Effect of Strategy of Segmenting, Targeting and Positioning on the Purchase Decision of Respiro in the City of Madiun. The population in this research are consumers of Respiro products in Madiun. The data used is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires through Google Form. The amount of data obtained is 100 respondents. The data obtained were tested with validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis test, and classical assumption test using SPSS version 18.00. The results of this research indicate that the segmenting variable has a partial influence on purchasing decisions on Respiro products in Madiun, the targeting variable has no partial influence on purchasing decisions for respiro products in Madiun, positioning has a partial influence on purchasing decisions for respiro products in Madiun and Segmenting, Targeting and Positioning simultaneously affect the Purchase Decision on Respiro Products in Madiun.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tax administration, services to taxpayers, tax sanctions and tax incentives on land and building tax compliance. This research includes quantitative research. The population in this study were taxpayers for Land and Building Tax in Kartoharjo District, Madiun City, determining the number of samples in this study using the Slovin formula with a maximum tolerable error rate of 10% so that 100 primary data can be obtained in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that service to taxpayers and tax sanctions have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance, while tax administration and tax incentives do not have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Suggestions in further research are that it is necessary to hold counseling about the importance of paying taxes and the government creates a mobile application that contains information about land and building taxes, the government collaborates with minimarkets, postal or virtual payment applications to open land and building tax payment services so that it can make it easier for taxpayers to make payments, the government increases fines for taxpayers who violate it so that there is a more deterrent effect.
