Abstract

Evaluation activity should basically clear and provide context for the improvement ofmanagement processes for the better future . This should be realized by every management withinthe company wherever located . Clarity measurement tools will help achieve the objectives of thecompany later . One of the measuring instruments are applied is BSC (Balance Score Card ).BSC Assist management to evaluate and help correct the exact performance of the company.At first , the BSC is used to improve executive performance measurement system. Early use of theexecutive's performance is measured only in terms of finances. Then developed into a morespacious with four perspectives, which are then used to measure the performance of theorganization as a whole . The four perspectives, namely financial, customer, internal businessprocesses and learning and growth .In the development of the BSC has helped many companies to successfully achieve its goals. BSChas several advantages that are not owned traditional systems management strategy. Theadvantages of the BSC approach in the strategic planning system is able to produce a strategicplan, which has the characteristics : a comprehensive, coherent, balanced and measured .Basin , is an area that needs attention . Governments and communities must work together toachieve clean rivers, healthy, and productive and provide sustainable benefits to the surroundingcommunity. If the indicators are assessed in the score card is identical to the indicators used inthe monitoring and evaluation of the basin, the score card is also a tool for monitoring andevaluation of the river basin

Abstract

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang sangat pesat membawa perubahan padakehidupan manusia, khususnya dalam bidang sarana transportasi. Grab Indonesia bertekat untukmenjadi perusahaan berbasis online nomor satu di Indonesia. Tarif angkutan dan Brand Imagemerupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan Grabbike. Tujuanpenelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh tarif angkutan dan brand image baik secaraparsialmaupun simultan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Grabbike pada perusahaan Grab Indonesia.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif.Analisis data kualitatif yang digunakan melalui perhitungan statistik yaitu: Uji Instrumen (UjiValiditas dan Realibilitas), Uji Statistik (Uji T Parsial, Uji F Simultan, Uji Normalitas, UjiLinearitas, Uji Regresi Linear Berganda),dan Uji Asumsi Klasik (Uji Heteroskedastisitas danMultikolinearitas).Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: hasil uji t secara parsial (X1 terhadap Y)menunjukkan hasil yang positif dengan nilai koefisien 0,110 sedangkan hasil uji t secara parsial(X2 terhadap Y) menunjukkan hasil yang positif dengan nilai koefisien 0,136. Hasil analisis ujiF secara simultan terdapat hasil dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,187 > 0,05 yang artinya variabeltarif angkutan dan brand image secara bersama-sama tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadaployalitas pelanggan. Diantara variabel bebas (X1 dan X2) ditemukanvariabel yang palingdominan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (Y), yaitu variabel tarif angkutan (X1). Hal tersebutdibuktikan dengan kontribusi dari variabel tersebut merupakan yang paling positif terhadaployalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

Tenaga pendidik dan sarana prasarana merupakan salah satu unsur yang penting dan harusdi utamakan dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan. Agar tercipta berbagai aktivitas yangberujung pada terciptanya kemudahan dan keberhasilan siswa dalam belajar sehinggaorang tua peserta didik akan merasa puas akan pendidikan yang diterima anaknya,sehingga akan timbul loyalitas orang tua peserta didik terhadap lembaga pendidikantersebut. Untuk mengetahui tingkat loyalitas orang tua peserta didik di SDIT As-Syafi’iyah maka perlu dilakukan Penelitian dengan judul “Pengaruh kinerja tenagapendidik dan sarana prasarana terhadap loyalitas orang tua peserta didik di SDIT As-Syafi’iyah”. Dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 52 orang.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi dan Korelasi Berganda. Hasildari olah data menggunakan Regresi dan Korelasi Berganda didapat hasil persamaan,yaitu Y = 13,482 + 0,213 X 1 + 0,418 X 2. Maka, dari hasil persamaan tersebut di dapatlahNilai a = 13,482 yang berarti, jika tidak ada perubahan dari variabel kinerja tenagapendidik (X 1 ) dan sarana prasarana (X 2 ), maka nilai untuk loyalitas orang tua pesertadidik (Y) sebesar 13,482. Nilai b 1 = 0,213 yang artinya setiap penambahan satu skor ataunilai pada kinerja tenaga pendidik, maka loyalitas orang tua peserta didik akan mengalamiperubahan skor sebesar 0,213 (X 1 ) pada saat variabel sarana prasarana = 0. Nilai b 2 =0,418 yang artinya setiap penambahan satu skor atau nilai pada sarana prasarana makaloyalitas orang tua peserta didik akan mengalami perubahan skor sebesar 0,418 (X 2 ) padasaat variabel kinerja tenaga pendidik = 0. Dari hasil uji korelasi berganda antara variabelkinerja tenaga pendidik (X 1 ) dan sarana prasarana (X 2 ) terhadap loyalitas orang tuapeserta didik (Y) didapat nilai korelasi sebesar 0,509 yang mana korelasi ini dinyatakankuat dan positif. Dari hasil perhitungan uji F didapat hasil nilai signifikansi 0,001, lebihkecil dari 0,05 sedangkan dengan tingkat siginifikan yaitu α = 5% dan didapat nilai F hitung= 8,564 dengan nilai F tabel = 3,18. Dikarenakan hasil nilai F hitung > F tabel (8,564 > 3,18)artinya kinerja tenaga pendidik dan sarana prasarana berpengaruh positif dan signifikanterhadap loyalitas orang tua peserta didik, jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesaditerima.Hasil penelitian secara serentak dari pengaruh kinerja tenaga pendidik dan saranaprasarana terhadap loyalitas orang tua peserta didik diperoleh 25,9 %. Sedangkan sisanyayakni 74,1 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak turut diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Every company wants the goals set can be achieved in a timely manner. Therefore, it is necessary to have good management of human resources owned by a company. In this study to determine the effect of variables with the title "Effect of Work Compensation and Discipline on Employee Performance. This research was conducted on the employees of PT. Mulia Sukses Jaya with 30 respondents and using a saturated sampling technique so the sample used is all populations, namely 30. Analysis techniques using correlation and regression analysis and hypothesis testing t and f as well as the coefficient of determination R2 with data processing using SPSS26. Based on the results of data analysis from the test the value of t count 2,192> 2,052 t table. And the sig value of 0.037 <0.05 means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected then Compensation has a significant effect on Employee Performance. While work discipline has a value of 5.074> 2.052 t table and a sig value of 0.000 <0.05 which means that Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance. Based on the f test results the f value of 12.704> 3.35 f table value and the value of the significance level of 0.000 <0.05. With this, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means Compensation and Work Discipline together - positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Mulia Sukses Jaya. The coefficient of determination is 0.485 which means that compensation and work discipline have an effect of 48.5% on employee performance. The remaining 51.5% is influenced by other factors outside the variables of this study.

Abstract

This study is purposed to obtain empirical evidence about the problem under study, namely the Effect of Promotion and Packaging Design on Purchasing Decisions of Sariayu Putih Langsat Products at PT. Martina Berto Tbk. This research was conducted on 91 consumers of Sariayu white langsat products that have been selected as samples, sampling with random sampling, data analysis with multiple linear regression using SPSS 20. Based on data analysis and discussion, partially the promotion variable has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions where t count 1.565 <t table 1.987 and the significance level of 0.121> 0.05. The packaging design variable partially has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions where t count 1.374 <ttable 1.987 and the significance level of 0.173> 0.05. Simultaneously obtained F count of 5.137> F table 3.10 with a significance level of 0.008 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted, meaning that promotion and packaging design has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 10.5% means that the promotion and packaging design variables have little influence on purchasing decisions. The conclusions of this study are (1) Promotion has a positive effect but not significantly on purchasing decisions, (2) Packaging design has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions, (3) Promotion and packaging design simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (4) Variable promotion and small packaging design influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of inflation (Consumer Price Index), Interest Rate (BI Rate), Liquidity Ratio (Current Ratio) and Leverage Ratio (Debt to Equity Ratio) on Company Value (Price to Book Value). The seals used in this study were Plantation Sub-Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and published financial statements in 2012-2017 with 15 sample companies using the purposive sampling method. The independent variables of this study are Inflation as measured by the Consumer Price Index (CPI), Interest Rates as measured by the BI Rate, Liquidity Ratio as measured by Current Ratio (CR) and Leverage Ratio as measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The dependent variable of this study is the Company Value measured by Price to Book Value (PBV). The results show that Inflation (Consumer Price Index), Interest Rate (BI Rate), Liquidity Ratio (Current Ratio) and Leverage Ratio (Debt to Equity Ratio) a have significant effect on Company Value (Price to Book Value).

Abstract

Bank syariah adalah bank yang beroperasi sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam, yaitu bank dengan tata cara dan operasinya mengikuti ketentuan-ketentuan syariah. Bank syariah didirikan dengan tujuan untuk mempromosikan dan mengembangkan penerapan prinsip-prinsip Islam, syariah dan tradisinya kedalam keuangan dan perbankan serta bisnis lain yang terkait. Salah satu prinsip utama di bank syariah adalah adanya pelarangan riba. Riba dalam perbankan identik dengan bunga bank. Bunga bank dilarang dalam Islam karena mengandung pengambilan tambahan yang batil dan sangat bertentangan dengan prinsip muamalah dalam Islam. Bank konvensional dan bank syariah itu memiliki kesamaan dalam hal penerimaan uang, mekanisme transfer, teknologi komputer yang digunakan, syarat-syarat umum memperoleh pembiayaan seperti KTP, NPWP, proposal, laporan keuangan dan lain sebagainya. Tetapi banyak sekali perbedaan yaitu menyangkut aspek legal, struktur organisasi, usaha yang dibiayai dan lingkungan kerja. Selain itu juga terdapat perbedaan mengenai prinsip bunga pada bank konvensional dengan bagi hasil pada bank syariah. Pendistribusian bagi hasil tabungan mudharabah dilakukan oleh PT. BPRS Kota Bekasi pada tiap akhir bulan tanpa ada potongan pajak atau zakat. Distribusi bagi hasil tabungan mudharabah dibagikan kepada nasabah dengan menambahkan pada saldo tabungan milik nasabah. Dalam penentuan perolehan bagi hasil tabungan mudharabah, PT. BPRS Kota Bekasi tidak membatasi jumlah hari dalam menginvestasikan dana dari nasabah. Namun PT. BPRS Kota Bekasi hanya member standar minimal saldo tabungan sebesar Rp 25.000, nasabah akan langsung mendapatkan bagi hasil pada akhir bulan pendistribusian pendapatan. Namun, perolehan besarnya bagi hasil disesuaikan dengan jangka waktu transaksi (saldo akhir tabungan). Dengan penerapan distribusi hasil seperti di atas, maka dalam hal ini nasabah lebih diuntungkan, keuntungan yang dirasakan oleh nasabah adalah tidak adanya batasan jumlah hari dalam penentuan dapat/tidaknya bagi hasil. Sedangkan bagi PT. BPRS Kota Bekasi, meskipun uang yang ditabung nasabah pada akhir bulan masih belum tersalurkan ke produk pembiayaan, namun nasabah tetap mendapatkan bagi hasil. Oleh karena itu secara otomatis karyawan PT. BPRS Kota Bekasi harus bekerja lebih ekstra untuk menyalurkan dana pihak ketiga dalam memperoleh keuntungan.

Abstract

Investing gold is one of the right choices to avoid losses due to the economy that is sometimes uncertain, gold investment is a low-risk investment instrument, gold is a good hedge option because gold is not affected by inflation or zero inflation. This study aims to determine the effect of inflation, US Dollar Exchange Rates, and Interest Rates (BI), on the Gold Price. The sample used in this study is the company PT Antam Tbk, 2014-2018, where the company is a company engaged in the sale of gold and other metals, as well as a company that sets the price of gold in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data used are secondary data from 2014-2018. The data analysis technique used is time-series data with multiple linear regression methods of panel data using Eviews 9. Based on the analysis found that partially (t-test) inflation has a significant positive effect on the price of gold, while the US dollar exchange rate has a positive effect not significant to the price of gold. And simultaneously (Test F) Interest Rate (BI) has a significant negative effect on the price of gold.

Abstract

Increasing public awareness about the health of the strong competition in the business world, especially the health of their field laboratorium.Never measurement of customer satisfaction, this is the basic of this research is finding a match between the interest rate the elements of service according to the customer with the work done by the company. The study was conducted in the Clinical Laboratory Westerindo Jakarta with 340 respondents. Data collected through questionnaires covered. Analyses were performed using methods Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The result of CSI is 0723, where the value is in the category "Satisfied" on the performance conducted by the Clinical Laboratory Westerindo. Analysis of customer satisfaction was less satisfied with Tangible indicators (-0.58). Result from IPA respectively each mapped attribute in the Cartesian Diagram which 9 attributes located in quadrant I (20%) less satisfied, 13 attributes located in quadrant II (28.9%) very satisfied, 15 attributes located in quadrant III (33.3%) quite satisfied, 8 attributes located in quadrant IV (17.7%) satisfied. Recommendations addressed to the Clinical Laboratory Westerindo to pay attention to the gap and the weak attributes in each quadrant.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence about the problems discussed, namely "Influence of Inflation, Jakarta Islamic Index, and Profit-Sharing of Islamic Banks on Sharia Mutual Investment". Investment is proxied by the Net Asset Value of Sharia Funds. Presentation and analysis of research data in 2013-2017, using descriptive statistical analysis, panel data regression models, data estimation methods namely Chow Test, classical assumption analysis using normality test, multicollinearity test, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the analysis of this research data, positive inflation has a significant positive effect on Sharia Mutual Fund Investment, the Jakarta Islamic Index has a significant positive effect on Sharia Mutual Fund Investment, while Sharia Bank Profit Sharing is also significantly negative on Sharia Mutual Fund Investment.
