Abstract

The author conducts quantitative research through the method of distributing questionnaires to 62 respondents. The author uses calculations using SPSS 24.0 in the test of the correlation coefficient and determination, and the regression equation test. Based on the correlation coefficient test it is known that there is a strong relationship between the quality of the product dimension and customer satisfaction with a value of 0.812 (81.2%). Based on the coefficient of determination shows a value of 0.659, meaning that 65.9% of customer satisfaction is influenced by the quality of product dimensions and 34.1% is influenced by other factors. Based on the regression equation test, there is a line equation Y = 6.138 + 0.794 X, which indicates that there is a positive influence between the quality of the product dimension on customer satisfaction so that the quality of the product dimensions must be increased to the maximum extent so that customer satisfaction also increases.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to find out to find out the influence of transformational leadership both theoretically and empirically with its relation to organizational performance through organization learning and to find out the influence of transformational leadership both theoretically and empirically with its relation to Organizational performance through innovation. The validity of the tested statement uses factor analysis. Item statements will be estimated if the factor loading value is less than 0.5 and will be maintained if more than or equal to the cut-off value, Test reliability is done with Cronbach's Alpha. Hypothesis testing will be tested with Partial Least Square (PLS) which is part of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study found that Transformational Leadership had an effect on Organizational Learning at PT PLN Batam. Transformational Leadership influences Innovation at PT PLN Batam. Organizational Learning influences innovation at PT PLN Batam. Organizational learning has no effect on organizational performance at PT PLN

Abstract

Purchasing Raw Materials is a major factor supporting the smooth production process for garment companies. So that every company must have a good raw material purchasing system to prevent delays in raw material stock for the company's operations. PT Bintang Anugrah Busana is a company engaged in the garment. The process of purchasing raw materials at PT Bintang Anugrah Busana is not computerized so that the stock is inaccurate, often orders wrong raw materials, information retrieval takes a long time and document security is not guaranteed. Data collection methods used in this study are direct observation methods, interview methods and literature studies. The purpose of this study is to build a design for accounting information systems for purchasing raw materials at PT Bintang Anugrah using a desktop-based programming language Visual Basic 6.0, SQL Server 2014 Express Edition database and for reports supported by Crystal Report with the waterfall model software development method to solve various problems in PT Bintang Anugrah Busana about purchasing raw materials will make stock more accurate, order errors can be minimized, information retrieval is faster and document security is guaranteed.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the increase in the ability of Asahan University Semester I students in understanding the short story flow after participating in learning that is designed with the technique of rearranging flow visualization in learning after participating in learning with the technique of rearranging flow visualization. Through this research, students are expected to be able to understand the storyline well. In this classroom action research, students are said to be successful in learning if they have reached the classical learning completeness value of 75. The subject of this study is the Asahan University Semester I student. The research design used was the design of Class Action Research conducted in two cycles. Research data collection uses test techniques. The results of this study are that there is an increase in students' ability to understand the short story flow in students of Asahan University Semester I starting from cycle I and cycle II. Student grades increased from 77.72 to 84.39. This means an increase of 06.67%. The test results understand the short story flow of cycle I with an average value reaching 77.72 included in the sufficient category because it is in the range of 61-75. The test results understand the short story flow in cycle II obtained an average value of 84.39. Based on these data it can be seen that the average value is included in the good category which is in the range between 76-90. The achievement of the score means that it has fulfilled and even exceeded the set target and an increase.

Abstract

The subjects of the study were teachers and students of class IX-1 of the Middle School 2 Buntu Single Roof Pane which numbered 33 students, there were two types of data namely quantitative and qualitative data.The data collection techniques used were test techniques using instruments in the form of non-test questions and techniques in the form of observation sheets, interview sheets and field notes the data used is the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data. The results showed that teacher skills, student activities and learning outcomes in intensive reading learning with the CIRC model increased. The teacher's skills in the first cycle got an average score of 78.48, the second cycle of the average score was 82.57. The activity of students in the first cycle, got the value of completeness of classical learning outcomes in the first cycle 84.84%, and the second cycle 96.96%. The conclusion of this study is that the application of the CIRC model can improve teacher skills, student activities and student learning outcomes in the form of intensive reading skills can be improved.

Abstract

Adapted by the Jatiroke Village society with certain reasons. This paper aims to express the socio-cultural values ​​contained in Singa Depok art developed in RW 03 Jatiroke Village. Based on the interview with the manager of Jatiroke Singa Depok Art, the beginning of Singa Depok Art in Jatiroke aims to avoid the emergence of negative actions due to the large number of unemployed people. The presence of Singa Depok Art is expected to strengthen togetherness of the people of Jatiroke Village, especially the youth. Singa Depok Jatiroke was displayed in a number of festivals, carnivals, children's birthdays, sub-district events and the Sumedang district's birthday. The figure of the Jatiroke artist hopes that through the art of Singa Depok, its citizens can fill their daily activities with productive activities so that they are together and create a safe and peaceful environment.

Abstract

Security has become a necessity that is needed by everyone. In terms of money storage, the authors make a information security system in a safe with an ATmega 16 mitrocontroller. This system consists of two important parts, namely a mitrocontroller and mobile phone as a transfer medium. data and hardware systems consist of atmega 16 mitrocontrollers, LCDs, solenoids, keypads and sim800. This security system aims to improve security of safes. This will provide convenience and benefits for the community and companies that use it as a safe deposit box with passwords and SMS (short message service). The workings of this security system are as follows when the password that we enter is correct, then the safe door will open and if the password is incorrect, the safe owner will get an SMS (short message service) from the security system in the safe.
