<![CDATA[The research was carried out at the Konawe District Economic Community Prosperous Andomesinggo Society with the aim of: 1) To determine the performance of the Prosperous Com-munity Economic Institution (LEMS) on capacity building of cocoa farmers in Andomesinggo Village, Besulutu District, Konawe Regency; 2) To find out the capacity of cocoa farmers with the existence of the Prosperous Economic Community Institution in Andomesinggo Village, Besulutu District, Konawe Regency; 3) To find out the relationship between the performance of the Prosperous Community Economic Institution (LEMS) and the capacity of cocoa farmers in Andomesinggo Village, Besulutu District, Konawe District. The results showed that: 1) The Prosperous Economic Institution Performance was classified as good with a percentage of 80%. The Prosperous Society has succeeded in developing the capacity of cocoa farmers in Andomesinggo Village. 2) The working capacity of farmers assisted by the Prosperous Community Economic Institution is still in the good category or shows that farmers have succeeded or are able to increase their capacity including: a) Cultivation Technique Ability, b) Managerial Ability c) Ability to Increase Farming, d) Ability to Cooperate, e) Ability Adaptation. 3) The Performance of Prosperous Community Economic Institutions and the capacity of farmers indicates a positive and close relationship and the research hypothesis which says that the performance of the Prosperous Community Economic Institution is significantly related to the work capacity of farmers, can be accepted at a 95% confidence level.]]>

<![CDATA[This descriptive qualitative study has three research focuses, namely (1) What is the school background in organizing a school website at Kefamenanu 1 Public Middle School and Putri St. Junior High School. Xaverius Kefamenanu, (2) How are the steps to use the School website as a Public Relations Facility at Kefamenanu 1 Public Middle School and Putri St. Middle School. Xaverius Kefamenanu and (3) How is the management of SIM management in order to support the function of Husemas activities at Kefamenanu 1 Public Middle School and Putri St. Junior High School. Xaverius Kefamenanu. The fourth finding is that of SMP 1 Kefamenanu and Putri St. Junior High School. Xaverius Kefamenanu has similarities in the form of: (a) attitude towards competition, (b) ideals of using school websites for e-learning media, (c) general content and packaging messages on school websites, (d) the information processing mechanism is not yet implemented , (e) opportunities for workers to attend training. For the differences themselves: (a) availability of human resources with relevant formal education background, (b) availability of supporting facilities and funds, (c) relationship between public relations function and website manager, (d) principal evaluation style, (e) renewal data, (f) variations in the content of information on the website, (g) availability of compensation for managers of school websites, and (h) the role of school principals in administering the website.]]>

<![CDATA[The present study aimed to examine whether there was a significant effect of teaching writing personal recount text through the students’ personal photograph at the eighth grade of Junior High School 9 Kendari. The population of this study was the entire the eighth grade students of Junior High School 9 Kendari who enrolled in academic year 2012/2013. This research involved 34 students at class VIII5. The instrument of this research was writing text in recount genre. And the criteria of students’ writing were assessed from three aspects of writing composition, namely vocabulary, language use, and mechanic. The data were obtained from two essay writing tests. The data of the pre-test and post-test were analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistics. After the data were tested and found to be normal, the hypothesis was tested by using analysis of paired sample t-test. The result indicated that teaching writing personal recount text through the students’ personal photograph had a positive significant effect on students’ writing ability, especially on vocabulary aspect 70%, language use aspect 50%, and mechanics aspect 20%. It proved on mean of students’ final score was increased 19.5 from 57.41 in pre-test became 76.91 in post-test, the hypothesis testing was found that the probability value or (p value) was .000<0.05 or (p<0.05) and the calculation of tcount(13.893) was more than ttable (1.692) at the level significance (0.05) and (df) = 33. Therefore, it indicated that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. Therefore, it can be summed up that teaching writing through the students’ personal photograph had a positive effect at the eighth grade of Junior High School 9 Kendari.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to know the influence of incentives and job satisfaction on performance of employees of PT Hamparan Orion Hasil Optimal. The existence of the phenomenon of the granting of incentives are not evenly distributed among employees who have long worked with the new work, the number of employees who resign, and employees did not achieve the sales target in the year 2017 aspects influenced the research. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The number of samples in the study were 95 employees. The results showed that the incentives and employee satisfaction employees partially affect the performance. Incentives and job satisfaction also affects the performance of employees simultaneously.]]>

<![CDATA[The present study endeavored to examine whether reading anxiety, reading self-efficacy and vocabulary contribute towards students’ reading comprehension and which one of these factors that serves as the better predictor of students’ reading comprehension among 82 the second semester students of English department at Halu Oleo University. Questionnaires are employed for measuring students’ reading anxiety and reading self-efficacy, vocabulary test for measuring students’ vocabulary. Whereas, reading comprehension test for measuring students’ reading comprehension. The result revealed reading anxiety contributes towards students’ reading comprehension, reading self-efficacy contributes towards students’ reading comprehension and vocabulary contributes towards students’ reading comprehension. Vocabulary is higher than reading anxiety and reading self-efficacy in predicting students’ reading comprehension when these factors are examined simultaneously. Importantly, this study leads to the conclusion that vocabulary is better and stronger predictor of students’ reading comprehension than students’ reading anxiety and students’ reading self-efficacy. Taking importance of vocabulary into consideration, therefore language teachers should put more emphasize on students’ vocabulary, particularly endeavor to make their vocabulary knowledge wider and deeper.]]>

<![CDATA[Increasingly rapid technological development has given rise to a very broad impact for the various aspects of life both among schools, government agencies and individuals. Most of the school library is in need of a good data processing system, in order to facilitate the preparation of report and presentation of data. For example, to know the data of each book and determine whether there is a change in any part of the placement of the book, so when there is no hard data requests in search and does not inhibit the processing. Making this program using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, XAMPP and Crystal Report. The program is expected that the author can resolve any problems that may occur when manually borrowing. From then making of this final report can be deduced with this programming, charging and data storage will become easier and peaceful. Preparation documents and transaction process will be efficient and effevtive because of the computer all the data can be processed accurately and exact. With a use computers will save data storage and data retrieval will be faster and simple. <![CDATA[The researcher has got the data of research result from each cycle which shows the improvement of the students skill. On the observation of the teacher activity in first cycle of Meeting one reached an average of 76.31 and Meeting two reached an average of 81.57as a good categories. In the second Cycle of Meeting one reached an average of 89.47 and Meeting two to 96.05 with very good category. In the first cycle of student activity in Meeting one reached 80 average with a good category, and Meeting two reached 85 category averageas a very well category. While in the second cycle of Meeting one reached an average of 90 as very well categories and Meeting two increased again to 95 with very good category. On the observation result of student attitude in learning process at first cycle of meeting one reaching average 84,28 with good category, in meeting 2 reaching average 88,57 with very good category, while at second cycle of meeting one reach flat 92, 85 with very good category, and meeting 2 reaches average 95,71 with very good category. On the skills of students who experienced an increase in the first cycle of meeting one the average score reached 79.46 students and meeting 2 students average score reached 83.92 and 100% classical completeness with good category. The average value obtained in second cycle of meeting one is 92.41 and the meeting two is 97.32 and the classical completeness is 100% in very good category. Thus it can be concluded that the use of volsal game can improve the students' skills of the service materials and volleyball that passes on the third grade students of Catholic Elementary School 143 Bhaktyarsa of Sikka Regency in the Academic Year of 2017/2018.]]>

Collecting funds from customers and channeling to debtors is the bank's main task. In normal circumstances, this will be one of the supporting factors in development. The interest rate becomes a determining factor in people's interest in choosing a bank to deposit their funds in the form of savings or deposits. The purpose of this study is to find out whether interest rates influence the increase in the amount of deposits in the bank of PT BPR Cipta Cemerlang Indonesia (CCI) in Manado. Based on the results obtained stated that the deposit interest rate does not affect the amount of deposits at PT BPR Cipta Cemerlang Indonesia (CCI).]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to analyze the financial capabilities of the Majene Regency government in 2014-2017, measured by the level of regional independence, the level of fiscal decentralization, the level of effectiveness of financial management and analysis of regional revenue and expenditure. The results of this study indicate that the financial capacity of Majene Regency in the 2014-2017 fiscal year was measured based on financial independence ratio, included in the criteria of regions with a very low level of independence. This is what causes the level of regional dependency to be very high, so that by itself the level of fiscal decentralization is also included in very less criteria. However, the effectiveness of revenues in Majene Regency has been quite effective, and must be continually improved so that it can reduce the financial dependence of Majene Regency on the central government. The financial capacity of Majene Regency in this case the level of regional independence and the level of fiscal decentralization will be even better if the Majene Regency government can increase the percentage of Regional Original Revenue revenues.]]>

<![CDATA[The increase in the human population has an increasing impact on public awareness about health. One of them is an increase in the number of outpatient patient visits in Bandung City Hospital. This study aims to determine the predictions of outpatient visits in 2018-2020 in Bandung City Hospital. This research method is descriptive research, using interviews, observation, and bibliography. Data was obtained from the daily outpatient census recapitulation in 2015-2017. The results of the predictions in 2018-2020, the number of patients visiting internal medicine, neurology, physiotherapy, children's, eye and heart health had increased by 8.5% annually.So that the hospital must add capacity to existing facilities and improve the quality of services provided. This is so that the patient's handling process can run quickly and the patient can be well served.]]>
