Abstract

Tahun 2018, jumlah pengguna ponsel pintar di Indonesia adalah 70,22 juta, dengan tren yang akan terus meningkat. Pangsa pasar terbesar untuk sistem operasi perangkat seluler di Indonesia dimiliki oleh Android, yang menyediakan fleksibilitas yang sangat luas, karena hampir semua komputer moderen, dapat dijadikan tempat pengembangan aplikasinya. Salah satu kategori penggunan ponsel pintar adalah pencarian informasi. Sebuah aplikasi informasi berbasis Android dibangun sebagai komplementer Kegiatan Seminar dan Workshop E-Marketing Media Sosial oleh DKM Al Furqon dengan harapan peserta kegiatan bisa mendapatkan semua informasi dan memberikan umpan balik mengenai kegiatan, dengan lebih leluasa dan mudah. Penggunaan Metode Waterfall sesuai dengan skala proyek yang kecil. Kendala terbesar adalah proses distribusi aplikasi. Penggunaan file .apk untuk memasang aplikasi, membuat sebagian peserta tidak bisa menggunakan aplikasi kegiatan ini. Secara keseluruhan aplikasi berjalan dan diterima dengan baik. Berdasarkan umpan balik yang difokuskan pada Fungsionalitas, Kegunaan, Konten, Desain, dan Performa, yang mendapatkan nilai rata-rata tertinggi adalah Desain, sedangkan Fungsionalitas, yang mendapat nilai rata-rata terendah.

Abstract

One important indicator of maintaining hospital quality performance is the waiting time for prescription services. The last 6 months data, 60.9% recipe non-concoction and 52.8% recipe concoction exceeds the minimum standard based on the Decree of the Ministry of Health RI No.129/Menkes/SK/II/2008 for prescription concoction menit 60 minutes and noncream ≤ 30 minutes. The purpose of the study was to find out the point of waiting time for outpatient JKN prescribing services and the influencing factors. Qualitative research methods through informants based on the principles of appropriatness and adequacy. For the problem point taken 110 recipe sheets. The results of the study average non-concoction prescription 83.76 minutes and concoction 91.08 minutes. The conclusions of the longest point of time before the non-drug drug retrieval process and before the preparation process of concoction drugs, are influenced by inadequate human resources and incompatibility, lack of skills knowledge, education and training have not been carried out, narrow preparation space, SIMRS has not been integrated, availability of drugs is lacking, funding allocation from BPJS Health claims, procedures are unclear, patient participation is lacking, prescribing outside the formulary and doctor's practice is not timely.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dororan program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) terhadap semangat kerja di PT.Anugrah Sibolga Lestari. Dalam penelitian ini sampel berjumlah sebanyak 30 orang diperoleh dari sebagian populasi yang ada. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi. Pengujian instrument menggunakan Uji validitas dan Uji reliabilitas.. Analisis data menggunakan Uji Korelasi, Uji Determinasi, Regresi linier sederhana dan Uji t. Hasil pengujian instrumen (uji kuesioner) yang dilakukan menunjukkan nilai corrected item total correlation diatas nilai r tabel 0,3610, yang berarti semua butir pertanyaan ketiga variabel tersebut dinyatakan valid Hasil pengujian reabilitas menujukkan nilai Cronbach Alpha yang diperoleh diatas 0,8, sehingga semua alat ukur yang digunakan dinyatakan realiabel dan memenuhi syarat yang dihandalkan. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh koefisien korelasi X dengan Y sebesar sebesar 0,818, maka terdapat hubungan sangat kuat dan positif. Persamaan regresi linier sederhana diperoleh Y = 3,584 + 0,685 X. Koefisien Determinasi sebesar 0,6691 = 66,91 %, hal ini bermakna bahwa kemampuan model dalam menjelaskan variasi semangat kerja karyawan dipengaruhi variable K3 sebesar 66,91 %, sedangkan sisanya dijelaskan variabel lain. Uji t, t hitung 3,985 > t tabel 2,05183, dapat disimpulkan bahwa program K3 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan.

Abstract

Data security is currently a major concern in the world of data communication systems. Especially for important and sensitive data that must be kept confidential from unauthorized parties. There are several ways that can be applied to secure the data communicated. This paper will explain the effective security design for data communication using the AES algorithm for encryption and decryption. The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) initiated a process to develop one in the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), which also established an Advanced Encryption Algorithm to replace the 1998 Data Encryption Standard (DES) algorithm. Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) can be implemented through programs on software or embedded in hardware. In continuous development, NIST develop XTS as an advance standard that applies to full disk encryption. Abstract

Upaya pencegahan kejahatan seksual pada anak juga harus menjadi perhatian khusus bagi UNICEF dan keluarga. Sebagai salah satu elemen penting, keluarga diharapkan dapat berperan dalam memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai pencegahan kejahatan seksual pada anak. Tulisan ini menjelaskan mengenai upaya preventif yang dilakukan oleh UNICEF melalui video animasi pendidikan anak “Kisah si Geni”. Video tersebut memberikan edukasi kepada anak untuk mengetahui apa yang harus dilakukan agar terhindar dari kejahatan seksual. Pada video animasi bertajuk “kisah si Geni” yang di rilis oleh UNICEF diperuntukan bagi anak usia 3 s/d 12 tahun, yang didalamnya juga terdapat nomor telepon bantuan yang dapat dihubungi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode studi kasus yaitu metode riset yang menggunakan berbagai sumber data yang bisa digunakan untuk meneliti, menguraikan dan menjelaskan secara komprehensif berbagai aspek individu, kelompok, suatu program, organisasi atau peristiwa secara sistematis. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa video “Kisah si Geni” yang di rilis oleh UNICEF memberikan informasi dan pengetahuan kepada orang tua khususnya agar selalu dapat lebih respect dan memperhatikan anak-anak demi tercapainya tumbuh kembang anak yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penyesuaian diri siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan bimbingan sosial serta untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh signifikan bimbingan sosial terhadap penyesuaian diri siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 2 Palu. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 2 Palu yang berjumlah 25 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket yang dilakukan sebanyak 2 tahap. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini diolah dan dianalisis secara deskriptif dan inferensial. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif, penyesuaian diri siswa mengalami peningkatan sebesar 84%, sedangkan hasil analisi inferensial menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung > t tabel atau 7,731 > 1,711, maka Ho yang menyatakan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh signifikan bimbingan sosial terhadap penyesuaian diri siswa ditolak. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh yaitu ada pengaruh signifikan bimbingan sosial terhadap penyesuaian diri siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 2 Palu.

Abstract

This study deals with compound words in the children’s books title. It aims to identify the element constructing of compound words, to classify types of those, to determine the meaning conveying in children’s books title, and to learn how compound words can help children in enriching vocabularies. The technique used in data collection was the documentation method with note-taking techniques. As a qualitative descriptive, this study applied the descriptive technique to analyze classified data. The result of this study indicate that: (1) compound word constructions might consist of a noun, verb, and adjective; (2) three types of compound words are found in children's book titles, namely endocentric compounds, copulative compounds, and exocentric compounds; (3) the construction bring new concepts into words; and (4) construction, free morpheme with a new concept of meaning, enriching children's knowledge of the words

Abstract

This research is the phenomenon specifically as happened to the students of MI Al-Fudhola Bekasi Regency which is often found by students who ignore the five daily prayers. The formulation of the problem in this study is there a relationship between Learning Achievement in Fiqh Subjects with the implementation of Prayer at Third Class of MI Al-Fudhola Bekasi District?. The method used in this study is a survey method with correlational analysis techniques, which is a study that aims to find the relationship or influence of two or more variables. The sample in the study were grade III students of MI Al-Fudhola Bekasi Regency, amounting to 27 students. Based on the results of the study show there is a correlation between Learning Achievement in Fiqh Subjects with implementation of Prayer at third class of MI Al-Fudhola Bekasi. It is shown that rxy = 0.591> rt (0.05) = 0, 444 and rxy = 0.591> rt (0.01) = 0.561. Thus there is a positive relationship between Learning Achievement in Jurisprudence Subjects with Implementation in Prayer for Third Class Students of Al-Fudhola MI Bekasi District is accepted or proven to be true.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Implementation of Permendagri No. 113 of 2014 concerning Village Financial Management in Mampun Baru Village, Pamenang Barat District, Merangin Regency, Jambi. In qualitative research data collection is done by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation or a combination of the three (triangulation). The results showed that based on Permendagri No. 113 In 2014, the outline of the implementation of financial management in Mampun Baru Village, Pamenang Barat District, Merangin Regency, Jambi was appropriate, but technically there were still some obstacles. These constraints such as village planning that is not timely, late reporting to the Regent, accountability reports have not been published to the community, and guidance and supervision from local governments are less than optimal. So there needs to be intensive assistance to improve village financial management in Desa Mampun Baru, Pamenang Barat District, Merangin Regency, Jambi.

Abstract

The application of the SIMDA Financial application to the Bungo Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency is based on SIMDA elements such as adequate internet network access, basic infrastructure and applications, all infrastructure in the form of Hardware, Software and Brainware is adequate as well as information management and processing organizations supporting organizations that are manage, provide and process information transactions and electronic documents that are sufficient so that the SIMDA Financial Application has produced financial statement information and other financial information with excellent quality relevance, excellent accuracy and very good timeliness as well.
