Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui fungsi pengawasan terhadap kinerja pengamanan warga binaan pada Lapas Kelas II A Sibolga. Hipotesis penelitian adalah fungsi pengawasan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pada Lapas Kelas II A Sibolga. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh petugas Lapas Kelas II A Sibolga sebanyak 39 orang Dan dijadikan sampel. Hasil penelitian memperoleh pengawasan terhadap kinerja pengamanan terdapat hubungan yang cukup kuat, koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,75. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 56,6% dapat dijelaskan bahwa kinerja pengamanan dapat dipengaruhi oleh pengawasan. Sisanya 43,4% dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas seperti, kepemimpinan, disiplin dan sebagainya. Hasil pengujian hipotesis diketahui bahwa nilai thitung (6,950) > nilai ttabel (2,026), maka keputusannya adalah menerima Ha dan H0 ditolak dengan demikian hipotesis yang diajukan dapat diterima. Model regresi liner sederhana yang diperoleh persamaan regresi adalah Y = 18,047 + 0,652 menunjukkan bahwa pengawasan terhadap kinerja pengamanan kearah yang positif. Hasil pengujian serempak diperoleh F Hitung 48.298 sedangkan Ftabel 4,11 dari hasil ini diketahui F hitung> F tabel, dan signifikansi 0,000 atau ? ? = 0,05 artinya bahwa fungsi pengawasan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pengamanan Lapas Kelas II A Sibolga.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Langkah langkah dalam membangun bisnis, kuliner sebagai pemula. Kedapannya penelitian ini sebagai role model atau panduan untuk membangun bisnis kuliner yang ada di Indonesia, sehngga perusahaan dapat dijalankan dengan profesional. Sehingga akan muncul lebih anyak lagi pelaku Binis Kuliner di Indonesia, bahkan bisa menggembangkan usahanya sehingga go internasional. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan Metode Kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian difokuskan untuk memperoleh data yang mendalam, mengandung makna dan detail. Informan penelitian sebanyak 5 orang yaitu: 3 pemilik bisnsi kuliner dan 2 Karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dengan perusahaan sejenis dan pakar Bisnis Kuliner. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa minimal ada 10 langkah dalam membangun bisnis kuliner diantaranya 1. Melihat potensi pasar, 2. Melakukan Benchmarking, 3. Memilih model bisnis dan produk, 4. Membentuk tim dan organisasi, 5. Menyusun Business Plan, 6. Mendapatkan model bisnis, 7. Menyusun rencana pemasaran, 8. Menyusun rencana operasional, 9. Eksekusi lapangan, 10. Evaluasi dan improvement.

Abstract

Di Era yang serba cepat dan canggih seperti sekarang ini sudah banyak perusahaan yang menerapkan penggunaan komputer beserta sistem-sistem yang telah terkomputerisasi, baik perusahaan dagang, perusahaan jasa ataupun perusahaan dagang dan perusahaan jasa. Banyak sekali keuntungan yang didapat dari penerapan penggunaan komputer, seperti pekerjaan menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien serta lebih cepat. Hampir disemua bidang sudah menerapkannya termasuk dibidang akuntansi. Namun adapula perusahaan yang masih melakukan kegiataan pekerjaan sehari-hari secara manual, salah satunya adalah Dillah Busana. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh penulis pada Dillah Busana adalah observasi dan wawancara. Pada saat ini Dillah Busana bergerak di bidang perdagangan umum, menjual barang dagangan dan menerima jasa jahit. Sistem pada Dillah Busana ini masih dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari transaksi harian sampai laporan. Dillah Busana membutuhkan sekali adanya suatu sistem yang dapat menunjang serta meminimalisir kesalahan dalam proses penginputan data-data. Menggunakan software Zahir Accounting adalah salah satu pemecahan masalah yang terbaik untuk masalah yang ada pada Dillah Busana. Penerapan sistem yang sudah terkomputerisasi lebih baik daripada sistem manual karena lebih efektif dan efisien serta lebih cepat. Pengolahan data akuntansi keuangan juga lebih akurat dibandingkan dengan sistem manual.

Abstract

Snake skin is one type of reptile skin that has now been used as a commodity trade with a fairly high price. Snake skin that is ripe for export certainly experienced some process first, one of the process is the selection to know the skin into the category class I, II or III. CV. Alona Jaya is a company engaged in the export of reptile skin. Human resources owned CV. Alona Jaya not all experts in the field of skin selection, so still need the help of experts in handling the process. Expert system applications capable of imitating the work of an expert in various fields, one of them is snake skin selection. This expert system is built using forward chaining method, as a search technique that starts from a known fact to reach a goal. The design of this application using UML and Visual Basic programming language with Microsoft Access database as its application. This research produces an expert system application that can be used in snake skin selection for export, so it can help human resources who are not experts at the time of skin selection

Abstract

A total of 14 samples were taken from the coastal waters of East Sumba. The sample was isolated from genomic DNA using the KIT GENE AID method using GO TAQ Green PCR Mix material and universal primer pairs LCO1490 and HCO2198 to determine the expression of the amplified COI gene (PCR). The PCR results were sent to First Base CO (Malaysia) for sequencing. The sequence length of the COI gene sequencing of the genus Tripneustes from NTT waters using universal primers LCO1490 and HCO2198 was 690-700 bp. The results showed that the genetic diversity of the sea urchin population in the coastal waters of Sumba was 0.83516 while the value of nucleotide diversity was 0.00516. The total genetic distance ranged from 0.000-0.010. All population genetic distances are still relatively low because genetic distances less than 0.010-0.099 are included in the low category. This close genetic distance causes connectivity between the two populations because there is gene flow. Based on the phylogenetic analysis, it was found that the populations in Sumba waters and some areas (outgroups) were genetically close

Abstract

The microalgae Chaetoceros calcitrans can photosynthesize and grow rapidly. Carbon dioxide (CO2) is very important role in the process of photosynthesis. CO2 injection is required for use in photosynthesis, so it is expected to increase the specific growth rate and reduce greenhouse gases. This research was conducted using experimental laboratory methods, using 4 treatments, namely CO2 injection with concentrations of 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% and without CO2 injection (control) with 4 times variations. The highest specific growth rate occurred on the second day, namely the 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% and control treatments, respectively 0.90, 0.81, 0.78, 0.86 and 0.81 with a doubling time of 0, 77, 0.86, 0.89, 0.81 and 0.85. The highest total lipid obtained with the addition of 10% CO2 was 52.69 (dry weight) while the lowest was the control treatment (ambient air) which was 23.37 ( % dry weight), although the lipid results obtained were not directly proportional to the CO2 concentration and based on the ANOVA test followed by the 5% BNT test did not show a significant difference (p<0.05).

Abstract

Forming or realizing a child's personality is not an easy thing and also a very difficult thing. Children will be formed personality indirectly from the environment around where they live and grow. At Sakinah Orphanage, the children of the orphanage don't get the love of their family because they don't have parents and family anymore. And Sakinah orphanage children rarely interact with other people outside because they have to obey the rules that apply in the orphanage. This will shape the child's personality to communicate less closely with administrators, friends. Family communication is important in the role of the child's personality, so role playing simulation games can provide positive things and increase children's creativity and interaction effects. With 8 methods of role playing, children will be bombed and directed to get to know other people's characters or professions or jobs that they usually encounter everyday. Raising the theme of daily activities makes children more familiar and creative and dares to give opinions and in particular can improve interpersonal communication between them.

Abstract

This study is purposed to analyse the AIDA strategy model (Attention, Interest, Desire and Action) in digital marketing communication strategies at Laznas Dompet Dhuafa. In this study, a qualitative approach was used with a descriptive study research method. The results showed that AIDA became the model applied by Laznas Dompet Dhuafa in planning and developing digital communication marketing strategies, with the use of digital media websites and social media to attract attention (attention), give an attractive impression (interest), make potential donors have a desire (desire) to donate and make potential donors take decisions (action) to donate at Laznas Dompet Dhuafa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of cash flow and inflation on the statement of changes in capital. This type of research uses associative quantitative, the object of research is food and beverage companies registered with Bursa Efek Indonesia in 2017-2021, using a purposive sampling method in collecting sample data and the type of data used is secondary data. The total number of samples used in this study were 130 out of 26 food and beverage companies registered with the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Data analysis used in this study used panel data regression using the Eviews 12 test tool. The results of this study indicate that together the variables of cash flow and inflation have no effect on reports of changes in capital. Based on the results of the T hypothesis test, it shows cash flow has no effect on reports of changes in capital, and inflation has no effect on reports of changes in capital.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Operating Cash Flow and Capital Structure on Profit Grow. This type of research uses associative quantitative, the object of research is banking sub sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018- 2021, using purposive sampling method in collecting data. sample data and the type of data used is secondary data. The totalpopulation in this study were 44 companies and the total sample used in this studywas 40 of 10 companies for a period of 4 years. Analysis of the data used in this study using panel data regression using the Eviews 12 Software. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the variables Operating Cash Flow and Capital Structure affect Profit Grow. Based on the results of the T hypothesis test,it shows that Operating Cash Flow has an effect on Profit Grow, and Capital Structure has no effect on Profit Grow.
