Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi di bidang komunikasi dan informatika saat ini begitu cepat, bertukarinformasi dan berkomunikasi semakin cepat dan mudah dengan adanya internet. Untuk lebihefisien dalam penggunaan internet dan jika terjadi penggunaan bandwidth atau pemakaian yangberlebihan pada protokol Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) dan File Transfer Protocol (FTP),sehingga protokol lain seperti protokol untuk kegiatan administrasi lainnya sering sekali tidakmendapat bandwidth dan mengganggu aktivitas berinternet walaupun sudah menggunakan 2koneksi Internet Service Provider (ISP) tetapi pendistribusian bandwidth masih kurang maksimaldan efisien. Permasalahan tersebut dapat diperbaiki dengan metode jaringan Load balancingMark Route dan Bandwidth limit Per Connection Queuing. Routing Mark Mikrotikmemungkinkan administrator jaringan untuk menandai paket berdasarkan atribut atau ip addressyang telah ditentukan dan mengatur gateway. Dengan routing mark Mikrotik, administratorjaringan dapat mengklasifikasikan paket ke dalam grup berdasarkan alamat IP address tujuan atau atribut lainnya dan mengatur gateway yang berbeda untuk setiap grup. Setelah dilakukannyaManagement Bandwidth dengan metode perconection Queue Tree, jaringan komputer menjadilebih efisien dan lebih merata pada tiap-tiap PC Client yang ada, sehingga penggunaan aksesinternet tanpa adanya gangguan akibat tidak mendapat akses internet.

Abstract

Komunikasi dapat didefinisikan secara sederhana sebagai proses penyampaian pesan dari satumedia ke media lain melalui/tanpa media, dengan konsekuensi tertentu. Kegiatan komunikasipada hakekatnya adalah pertukaran pikiran atau gagasan secara sederhana. Oleh karena itu,aktivitas komunikasi dapat dipahami sebagai penyampaian gagasan atau pesan dari satu pihak kepihak lain, yang tujuannya adalah untuk mencapai pemahaman bersama tentang gagasan ataupesan yang disampaikan. Penelitian kepustakaan juga dapat mencakup mempelajari berbagaikarya referensi dan hasil studi pendahuluan yang sejenis, berguna untuk memperoleh landasanteori dari masalah yang diteliti (Sarwono, 2006). Kampanye di masa pandemi memiliki beberapakelemahan, seperti sulitnya pengiriman pesan ke seluruh dunia, dan penelitian ini menyimpulkanbahwa kampanye di era sebelum pandemi yang terkadang menggunakan cara offline jauh lebihefektif daripada kampanye online atau daring.

Abstract

Indonesia is the largest archipelagic country in the world which is very plural, both in terms of religion, race, ethnicity, customs, arts and culture. Based on this fact, in Indonesia it is very common for conflicts to occur between citizens of the same country which underlies these differences. In this paper the researcher examines the strategy of Islamic Religious Education teachers in instilling Multicultural Values in a school environment which is quite diverse both in terms of class, customs, ethnicity, race, ethnicity, language as well as culture and religion such as Islam, Christianity, religion Catholicism, Hinduism and Buddhism in schools. This study aims to describe and analyze critically and objectively about multicultural diversity and the strategies of Islamic Religious Education teachers in instilling Multicultural Values at SMP Negeri 5 Bogor City. It is hoped that the results of this study will be used as material for consideration for teachers and principals and school staff in realizing multicultural education in an educational institution at school, especially at SMP Negeri 5 Bogor City. This research is a qualitative research, by taking the research location at SMP Negeri 5 Bogor City. This data collection is done by means of observation, interviews and documentation. And using data analysis that will be carried out by giving meaning to the data that has been collected and from this meaning then a conclusion can be drawn. The results of this study indicate that the condition of school residents at SMP Negeri 5 Bogor City is quite diverse. There are various ethnicities, religions, social statuses and different ways of thinking in an educational institution. Appropriate multicultural values have been applied by Islamic Religious Education teachers at school institutions at SMP Negeri 5 Bogor City. The strategy of the Islamic Religious Education teacher in instilling Multicultural values at SMP Negeri 5 Bogor City is in accordance with the aims and objectives of Multicultural education itself. Factors supporting the PAI Teacher's strategy in instilling Multicultural Values at SMP Negeri 5 Bogor City, first is the school climate, second is facilities and infrastructure, third is the role of the teacher, fourth is school programs and activities. social interaction between components of the school. While the obstacles and solutions in instilling Multicultural Values at SMP Negeri 5 Bogor City, firstly the teacher is not familiar with his own culture and secondly the students are less concerned with their own culture.

Abstract

Several methods of calculating or recording stock inventory that are popularly used are the FIFO, LIFO, and Average methods. In accounting, inventory can be calculated in several methods, where this method can be adjusted to the type of company and also the interests of the company. The research objective is to find out how to calculate the Ending Inventory, Cost of Goods Sold using the FIFO and LIFO methods. The research results show that the calculation of Inventory Value, Cost of Goods Sold using the FIFO and LIFO methods gives different results. Inventory cost flow method with FIFO assumes the cost flow of outgoing inventory is taken from the cost of the first incoming inventory. The LIFO method assumes the first units of inventory purchased will be issued last.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari aplikasi DuoLingo terhadapkemampuan pengucapan siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahmetode kuantitatif. Data pada penelitian ini didapat melalui pre test dan post test. Rata – rata skorpre test dari kelas eksperimen adalah 15,694 dan dari kelas control adalah 14,417. Setelahmendapatkan pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi DuoLingo, skor rata – rata dari kelasexperiment meningkat menjadi 18,944. Sedangkan skor rata – rata kelas control yang tidakdiberikan pembelajaran dengan DuoLingo meningkat sedikit menjadi 16,305. Hasil dari T- testjuga menunjukkan bahwa skor rata – rata post test dari kelas experiment lebih tinggi daripadakelas controlHal ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi DuoLingo berpengaruh terhadapkemampuan pengucapan siswa di kelas X SMA N 2 Rantau Utara.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the management of organizational communication obstacles of the HMI Central Board for the period 2021-2023 in building transformative leadership, as well as to find out the organizational communication strategy in this process. The approach used is qualitative with descriptive method. In the early stages, from the time HMI Center put forward a discourse on transformative leadership to the rise of public demands regarding the issue of HMI's existence in various new media, the organizational communication strategy used was the pull model. This model is focused on developing leadership capacity at the central level that is pro-active and adaptive in absorbing external aspirations, objectifying demands and socializing moderate Islamic organizational communications. As for the phenomena of leadership disruption at various layers which are very dynamic, the push organizational communication strategy is used. This is intended to build leadership that has a target of innovation and creativity in fostering cadres in all branches. This push strategy is also an inspiration for HMI Center in expanding cadre development partners, both bureaucrats, scholars, mass organizations and academics, due to increasingly complex role demands due to carrying the label of Islam in the organization

Abstract

The research aims to determine how teaching media and vocabulary mastery affects students'speaking skills at SMAN Kabupaten Cirebon. The population of this research was all students atSMA Negeri in Kabupaten Cirebon, speaking skills as part of English. The sample of thisresearch is taken based on the multiple-stage method with similar characteristics andprobability. In this research, the writer randomly takes the ten great students at SMA Negeri inKabupaten Cirebon into the sample; one experiment group and one control group. In thisresearch, there are two kinds of instruments: one is to measure the student's speaking skill, andthe other is to determine the student's learning styles. Data analysis used SPSS version 20, with asignificant level of = 0.05. The requirement analysis uses a normality test, homogeneity test, andtwo-way ANOVA. There is a significant interaction effect of teaching media and vocabularymastery on students' speaking skills. The value of Fo = 5.225 proves that, and Sig = 0.025<0.05. There is a significant effect of teaching media on students' speaking skills. That is provedby Fo = 13.822 and sig = 0.000 < 0.05. There is a significant effect of vocabulary mastery onstudents' speaking skills. That is proved by Fo = 36.140 and Sig. 0.000 > 0.05.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to understand the meaning of Struggle. A struggle is an effort made or done by a person or group that can influence an event with hard work that is full of challenges to achieve something Struggle is also hard work accompanied by a strong desire to get it without being tired. The writer used the qualitative method to analyze the type of struggle of the main character “Jane Eyre” in Jane Eyre movie. The results of the analysis are the writer found three types of struggle in the movie, they are, Struggle of life, Struggle of love, and Internal Struggle. In the movie, the main character is a woman named Jane who runs against the Gothic stereotype of the submissive woman in distress. Physically plain and slight, Jane is acutely intelligent and fiercely independent. She is also a shrewd judge of character.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi oleh pengurus Rukun Tetangga (RT) adalah semua data daninformasi yang berkaitan dengan pelayanan pemerintahan, pembangunan dan kemasyrakatanbelum dilakukan administrasi dengan baik oleh perangkat Rukun Tetangga (RT), sebagian RTmasih menggunakan system manual atau menggunakan komputer pribadi, seperti dalamadministrasi pembuatan surat pindah, KTP, Kartu Keluarga serta layanan-layanan pembuatandokumen lain yang dibutuhkan warga. Sesungguhnya permasalahan tersebut dapat diatasidengan dibuatnya Sistem Informasi RT berbasis web yang dapat melayani layanan pengurusandokumen yang dibutuhkan warga tanpa harus bertatap muka langsung dengan perangkat RT,seperti pembuatan Akta kelahiran, Kartu Tanda Penduduk, Kartu Keluarga, Surat KeteranganDomisili, sistem pengaduan, serta menyajikan laporan-laporan kepentingan warga lainnya.Dalam tulisan ini hanya membahas pada 2 tahapan dalam System Development Life Cycle(SDLC) yaitu tahapan analisa dan desain saja tetapi hasil tulisan ini sudah bisa dilanjutkan ketahapan selanjutnya untuk pembuatan aplikasi Sistem Informasi RT ini hingga selesai.
