Abstract

Aceh has reformed Islamic education with a dichotomy with the application of the Al-Qur'an-based integrase curriculum by not forgetting to accommodate the national education curriculum. This study aims to determine the integration model of science in the curriculum at Aceh Besar Elementary School and Adzkiya Bireuen, to find out the implementation of science integration models in the curriculum in Aceh Besar Elementary School and Adzkiya Bireuen, and to find out the strengths and weaknesses of science integration in curriculum in Aceh IT Elementary School Great and Adzkiya Bireuen. This study uses a qualitative approach with techniques for collecting data on observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: 1). The model of science integration in the Integrated Islamic Elementary School curriculum in Aceh Besar and Bireuen is directed towards the purification-connected model because it is seen from the concept of curriculum, conceptual concepts, material concepts to the concepts of learning processes and evaluations carried out and purification which attempts to organize education in accordance with the values ​​and normal of Islam kaffah and commitment in maintaining and maintaining Islamic teachings in all aspects of life. 2). The implementation of the integration model of science in learning at the Integrated Islamic Elementary School in Aceh Besar and Bireuen begins with the planning phase: preparation of syllabus, lesson plans and student books. Implementation phase and evaluation phase. 3). The advantages and disadvantages of the science integration model in the Integrated Islamic Elementary School curriculum in Aceh Besar and Bireuen are as follows: a. The advantages are: (1) students get closer and explore the intricacies of the knowledge of the Koran, (2) the planting of the Koran from an early age to students, (3) students are more motivated in learning, (4) develop pride students towards Islam and the Qur'an, (5) always love the Koran and increase the faith in monotheizing Allah. b. The disadvantages are: (1) the difficulty of the teacher in selecting the verses of the Koran in accordance with the material, (2) the limited ability of the teacher to interpret the verses of the Koran or Hadith, (3) limited time in the preparation of Qur'an-based material every day, (4) learning the integration of the Koran (Fahmul Qur'an) is difficult to run optimally by teachers who have not been trained.

Abstract

Education is a very important factor of human development. Discipline is a compliance in implementing regulations. It must be acknowledged that pesantren have been able to influence the discipline of santri. The purpose of this study is to find out the management model of education in the discipline of santri which includes planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. And to find out the obstacles that faced in Shalahuddiin Al-Munawwarah Islamic Boarding School of applying discipline. This research uses descriptive qualitative research, the data collection by interview, observation, and documentation. In this study, found that the education management model of the santri disciplinary included four aspects, Planning, organizing, implementing and controlling. Planning includes, 1)formulating regulations according to pesantren's vision, mission and objectives, 2)making pesantren regulations, 3)formulating sanctions. Organizing by arranging the duties of administrators from teachers and santri. The implementation are 1)giving guidance, 2)giving motivation, 3)executing, 4)exemplary. The supervising are 1)reports directly, 2)attendance, 3) spying. So, there were found three management models of disciplinary education for santri, 1)a classic organizational model, this model had functions of planning, organizing, implementing and controlling, 2)an authoritarian educational management model, 3) a model of habituation and exemplary. The obstacles faced, 1)there are students who do not want to be disciplined, 2)the lack of support of some santri’s parent, 3)there are some santri who have problems with self-discipline.

Abstract

The socio-cultural competencies stipulated in Permenpan-RB Number 38 Year 2017 have not accommodated the characteristics and needs of the Aceh Government. The competencies of the Aceh Government Apparatus must be in harmony with the Islamic Shari'a and socio-cultural aspects of Aceh. Competency development of the Aceh Government Apparatus needs to be oriented towards the establishment of HR Islamic Apparatus, especially having the value of socio-cultural competencies based on Islamic education.The problems examined in the context of developing socio-cultural competencies for the Primary Government (JPT) of the Primary Government of Aceh are: (a) What is the competency in managing the cultural environment based on Islamic education; (b) How competence builds a social network based on Islamic education; (c) What is the value of social empathy competence based on Islamic education; (d) What are the gender and diffable sensitivity competencies based on Islamic education. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, FGDs and documentation studies. Informants were selected by purposive technique and snowball sampling. Key informants are officials who have duties and authority to develop HR competencies. Checking credibility and data analysis is done using triangulation techniques. The development of value-based socio-cultural competencies in Islamic education for the JPT Primary echelon II.b was formulated at an advanced level. The results of developing socio-cultural competencies in question are: (a) Competence in managing the cultural environment for JPT Pratama II.b is described as the ability to utilize cultural differences constructively and creatively to improve organizational effectiveness as a form of worship. (b) Social network competencies for JPT Pratama II echelon.b are described in the formulation of the profesonalization and transformation of government communications to increase public trust and participation; (c) Social empathy competency for Primary JPT echelon II.b is described as the ability to carry out prosocial behavior; (d) Gender and disability sensitivity competencies for JPT pre-echelon II.b are described as the ability of gender mainstreaming and the utilization of the lives of diffable groups.

Abstract

This study aims to improve critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes through the application of Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning models in Grade 4 Mathematics learning. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with two cycles. The subjects of this study were 4th grade students of SDN Randuacir 02, amounting to 25 students. Data collection techniques are carried out using tests in the form of questions and non-tests in the form of rubrics. This study uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in critical thinking skills and learning outcomes of 4th grade students of SDN Randuacir 02 through application using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. This is evidenced by the increase in students' critical thinking, namely in the first cycle the average value is 58.92. Whereas, in cycle 2 there was an increase in the average value of 80.28. Experiencing an increase in the completeness of students' mathematics learning outcomes in the pre-cycle stage as many as 7 students with an average value of 55.00, then increasing in the first cycle as many as 10 students with the average score of 63.52 and increasing again in cycle 2 to 22 students with an average score of 82.00

Abstract

The discussion is about parents' strategies in empowering children's potential to display behavior with moral content to their relationship with God, their fellow human beings and the natural environment in accordance with their nature. But in practice in life, it is not realized perfectly. As a result, it is common to find more children who are less obedient to worship, less polite and dissent to parents. Occurring quarrels with peers are also indifferent, less concerned about the environment as part of the negative nature of the child. The next negative impression is like wild, commotion, noise, anti-advice, not caring for the natural environment and difficult to accept the truth. To anticipate this, parents need to improve empowerment by maintaining knowledge that has been provided and applied a psychology approach, so that a touch of soul feeling unites in behavior to get closer to God, has a noble character, especially parents, and morality towards the environment. Does not give an opportunity to commit a disgraceful act.Technical data collection using qualitative descriptive methods, namely the technique of collecting data through notes, writings and documents from various literary sources that have relevance and support the objects discussed. While processing data, the descriptive analysis method is used, which is presenting or explaining the data that has been collected. The object of this research is the attitude and behavior of children towards obedience in worship, fellow humans and their concern for the environment. Family resilience in shaping children's morals, parents can do by teaching, leading, guiding, guiding, supervising and getting used to. Children to be commendable, so that children can apply in life. Furthermore, parents maintain the nature of the ability and willingness of the child, motivate him to increase moral awareness of God by realizing as a god of worship, and himself as a servant, polite and polite fellow humans as loyal friends, especially their parents as caregivers and educators, caring, friendly to nature and its preservation as its domicile.

Abstract

Abstract Education is a process that lasts a lifetime and is an obligation that must be fulfilled by all people, both those who have limitations and those who are normal. Such education is known as inclusive education, which is education that does not distinguish between normal humans and disabled people from all sides. The issues discussed in this paper relate to the good reasons for applying the Inclusion Pendidian in 54 Banda Aceh State Primary Schools, how education interactions are developed by schools with special needs workers and what factors support and hinder the implementation of Inclusion education at Banda Aceh 54 Primary Schools. Abstract

Abstract This study is motivated by the fact that the school as an institution directed to create a whole person, not only has a function as an educational institution that is merely formality, but more than that, schools are required to play its function in developing all the potentials and competencies which consist of knowledge, skills and basic values ​​that are reflected in the habits of thinking and acting. Such statements certainly require new findings (read: innovation) in various ways, such as curriculum renewal, improvement of the quality of learning, and the effectiveness of learning methods. For this reason, this study reviews the innovation of Islamic education learning in Shalahuddiin High School in Gayo Lues Regency, with a focus on the discussion on, first, the implementation of PAI learning innovations in improving student achievement in Shalahuddin High School in Gayo Lues Regency. Second, the obstacles faced in implementing PAI learning innovations in these institutions. To answer the problem formulation above, a descriptive-qualitative approach is used with data sources extracted through interview, observation and documentation techniques. Through this methodology, it was concluded that learning innovations applied in the Shalahuddiin High School in Gayo Lues Regency include the use of technological advances in learning, such as the use of power points and audio visuals. Another thing that is also done in this institution as a form of innovation in the learning of Islamic education is by providing an assessment that emphasizes the practical aspects and giving quizzes, games and reading Asmaul Husna as a distraction during the learning process takes place. The obstacles of implementing PAI learning innovation. That is, obstacles that arise from the implementation of policies caused by differences in views among policy holders in the High School (SMA) Shalahuddiin Gayo Lues Regency in interpreting what is called learning innovation. In addition, the lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure also becomes an obstacle in the implementation of learning innovations. Keywords: Innovation, Learning, Learning Achievemen Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kenyataan bahwa sekolah sebagai institusi diarahkan untuk menciptakan manusia seutuhnya, tidak hanya memiliki fungsi sebagai institusi pendidikan yang hanya formalitas, tetapi lebih dari itu, sekolah dituntut untuk memainkan fungsinya dalam mengembangkan semua potensi dan kompetensi yang terdiri dari pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan nilai-nilai dasar yang tercermin dalam kebiasaan berpikir dan bertindak. Pernyataan seperti itu tentu membutuhkan temuan baru (baca: inovasi) dengan berbagai cara, seperti pembaruan kurikulum, peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran, dan efektivitas metode pembelajaran. Untuk alasan ini, penelitian ini meninjau inovasi pembelajaran pendidikan Islam di SMA Shalahuddiin di Kabupaten Gayo Lues, dengan fokus pada diskusi tentang, pertama, implementasi inovasi pembelajaran PAI dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa di SMA Shalahuddin di Kabupaten Gayo Lues. Kedua, hambatan yang dihadapi dalam mengimplementasikan inovasi pembelajaran PAI di lembaga-lembaga ini. Untuk menjawab rumusan masalah di atas, pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif digunakan dengan sumber data diekstraksi melalui wawancara, observasi dan teknik dokumentasi. Melalui metodologi ini, disimpulkan bahwa inovasi pembelajaran yang diterapkan di SMA Shalahuddiin di Kabupaten Gayo Lues mencakup penggunaan kemajuan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, seperti penggunaan power point dan audio visual. Hal lain yang juga dilakukan di lembaga ini sebagai bentuk inovasi dalam pembelajaran pendidikan Islam adalah dengan memberikan penilaian yang menekankan pada aspek praktis dan memberikan kuis, permainan dan membaca Asmaul Husna sebagai selingan selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Hambatan menerapkan inovasi pembelajaran PAI. Artinya, kendala yang muncul dari implementasi kebijakan disebabkan oleh perbedaan pandangan di antara pemegang kebijakan di SMA Shalahuddiin Kabupaten Gayo Lues dalam mengartikan apa yang disebut inovasi pembelajaran. Selain itu, minimnya sarana dan prasarana pendukung juga menjadi kendala dalam implementasi inovasi pembelajaran. Kata kunci: Inovasi, Pembelajaran, Prestasi Belajar

Abstract

Abstract In the teaching and learning process is inseparable from the ways and methods appropriate for teaching and learning activities so that learning objectives are achieved, especially in science learning. The objectives of this study are: (1) to find out the activities of teachers and students in learning, (2) to find out students' responses by applying the PAKEM approach in science learning. This type of research is a classroom action research (CAR), this learning consists of 2 cycles, the subjects in this study were VA MIN Rukoh class students, amounting to 42 people. The instruments used were teacher and student observation sheets, tests, and questionnaires. Data obtained about the activities of teachers and students, student responses were analyzed and described using the percentage formula. The results obtained from this study are (1) The activities of teachers and students in science and learning activities have reflected learning using the PAKEM approach and improving student learning outcomes. Teacher activities in managing learning using the PAKEM approach in cycle I and cycle II have increased by the percentage an average of 77.77% in the first cycle and 96.29% in the second cycle, the activity of students in participating in learning also increased with an average percentage of 84.84% in the first cycle and 96.96% in the second cycle (2 ) The response of students to teaching and learning activities using the PAKEM approach generally expresses happiness and feels interested in following the next lesson. Keywords: Learning Strategies, PAKEM Approach, Science Abstrak Dalam proses belajar mengajar tidak terlepas dari cara dan metode yang sesuai untuk kegiatan belajar mengajar sehingga tercapai tujuan pembelalajaran, khusunya pada pembelajaran IPA . Adapaun tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengetahui aktivitas guru dan siswa dalam pembelajaran, (2) untuk mengetahui respon siswa dengan penerapan pendekatan PAKEM dalam pembelajaran IPA . Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), pembelajaran ini yang terdiri dari 2 siklus, subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VA MIN Rukoh yang berjumlah 42 orang. Instrument yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi guru dan siswa, tes, dan angket. Data yang diperoleh tentang aktivitas guru dan siswa, respon siswa dianalisis dan didesksripsikan dengan rumus persentase. Hasil yang diperolehdari penelitian ini adalah (1) Aktivitas guru dan siswa dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar IPA sudah mencerminkan pembelajaran dengan pendekatan PAKEM dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, Aktivitas guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pendekatan PAKEM pada siklus I dan siklus II mengalami peningkatan yaitu dengan persentase rata-rata 77,77 % pada siklus I dan 96,29 % pada siklus II, Aktifitas siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran juga mengalami peningkatan yaitu dengan persentase rata-rata 84,84 % pada siklus I dan 96,96 % pada siklus II (2) Respon siswa terhadap kegiatan belajar mengajar dengan menggunakan pendekatan PAKEM pada umumnya menyatakan senang dan merasa tertarik untuk mengikuti pembelajaran berikutnya. Abstract

Abstract In the learning process, the ability to understand a learning concept is influenced by the learning methods and models in accordance with the material to be taught, so as to facilitate students in understanding the material delivered by the teacher. The inquiry learning model is a learning model that is centered on the ability of students to find the real problem in the process of searching or investigating so that students must direct all their thoughts and skills to get new findings from each problem through the research process. This study aims to determine the activities of teachers, student activities, and determine student learning outcomes after using the inquiry learning model on the material volume of cubes and beams. The subjects of this study were 36 students in MIN Tungkob Aceh Besar, with a total of 36 students. This research uses Classroom Action Research (CAR). This research instrument uses observation sheets of teacher and student activities, as well as test questions. Then this data is analyzed using the percentage formula. The results obtained by teacher activity increased from the percentage value of 71.87% in the first cycle to 93.75% in the second cycle. Student activity from a percentage of 69.73% in the first cycle to 92.64 in the second cycle. Student test results using the inquiry model in the first cycle 38.89% increased to 80.56% in the second cycle. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that by applying the inquiry learning model students are more active, systematic, critical, logical, analytical in understanding the concept of learning because students' talents and creativity can be sharpened well and they are given responsibility in determining their own problems. Keywords: Inquiry Model, Student Learning Outcomes Abstrak Dalam proses pembelajaran, kemampuan dalam memahami suatu konsep pembelajaran di antaranya dipengaruhi oleh metode dan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan materi yang akan diajarkan, sehingga dapat memudahkan siswa dalam memahami materi yang disampaikan oleh guru. Model pembelajaran inkuiri adalah suatu model pembelajaran yang dipusatkan pada kemampuan siswa dalam menemukan masalah yang sebenarnya dalam proses mencari atau menyelidiki sehingga siswa harus mengarahkan seluruh pikiran dan keterampilan untuk mendapatkan temuan-temuan baru dari setiap masalah melalui proses penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktifitas guru, aktivitas siswa, dan mengetahui hasil belajar siswa setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri pada materi volume kubus dan balok. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas MIN Tungkob Aceh Besar yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa, serta soal tes. Kemudian data ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh aktivitas guru meningkat dari nilai persentase 71,87% pada siklus I menjadi 93,75% pada siklus ke II. Aktivitas siswa dari nilai persentase 69,73% pada siklus I menjadi 92,64 pada siklus ke II. Hasil tes siswa dengan menggunakan model inkuiri pada siklus I 38,89% meningkat menjadi 80,56% pada siklus ke II. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran inkuiri siswa lebih aktif, sistematis, kritis, logis, analitis dalam memahami konsep belajar karena bakat dan kreatifitas siswa dapat diasah dengan baik dan mereka diberikan tanggung jawab dalam menentukan masalahnya sendiri. Abstract

Abstract Review of the Ultra Petitum Partium Principle according to the Law of the Religious Court and Jurisprudence of the Supreme Court and also the application of Utra Petitum Partium in divorce case No. Case 254 / Pdt.G / 2014 / MS-Ksg. To get answers from these studies the author uses normative juridical research methods that are qualitative with a descriptive analytical approach that is by collecting, compiling, clarifying and analyzing data to solve problems systematically and accurately. The results of the research show that the Ultra Petitum Partium Principle according to the Religious Court Procedural Law, namely Article 178 paragraph 1HIR does not apply absolutely because the Judges in carrying out their duties must act actively and provide decisions that actually resolve the case as long as the decision is in accordance with the core Petitum Primair, whereas according to the Supreme Court Jurisprudence Principle, it is justified for judges to drop Ultra Petitum as long as it is still in accordance with the material events permitted or in accordance with posita, as contained in MARI's decision No. 556K / Sip / 1971 and MARI No. 425.K / Sip / 1975: 3. The application of Ulum Petitum Partium in divorce case No. Case 254 / Pdt.G / 2014 / MS-Ksg in the Kuala Simpang Court, which is to consider that the legal event experienced by the plaintiff is what Article 19 letter (f) Government Regulation Number reads. 9 of 1975 in conjunction with Article 116 letter (f) Compilation of Islamic Law because the plaintiff requested a verdict that was as fair as possible to be granted to take the duration of the defendant to leave the plaintiff for 8 months, therefore the Judge said the Ultra Petitum Partium in the case rested on the Jurisprudence which reads , the judex facti decision based on Petitum Subsidai in the form of ex quo et bono, because in order to grant the plaintiff's subsidies, according to the panel of judges, it did not violate the Ultra Petitum Partium Principle and was in line with the jurispudence. Abstrak Tinjauan tentang Asas Ultra Petitum Partium menurut Hukum Acara Peradilan Agama dan Yurisprudensi Mahkamah Agung dan juga penerapan Utra Petitum Partium dalam perkara perceraian No. Perkara 254/Pdt.G/2014/MS-Ksg. Untuk mendapatkan jawaban dari penelitian tersebut penulis menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif yang bersifat kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis yaitu dengan cara mengumpulkan, menyusun, mengklarifikasi dan menganalisa data untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang secara sistematis dan akurat. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Asas Ultra Petitum Partium menurut Hukum Acara Peradilan Agama yaitu Pasal 178 ayat 1HIR tidak berlaku secara mutlak sebab Hakim dalam menjalankan tugasnya harus bertindak secara aktif dan memberikan putusan yang benar-benar menyelesaikan perkara selama putusan tersebut sesuai denga inti Petitum Primair, sedangkan menurut Asas Yurisprudensi Mahkamah Agung dibenarkan bagi hakim menjatuhkan Ultra Petitum asalkan masih sesuai dengan kejadian materil yang di izinkan atau sesuai posita, sebagaimana terdapat dalam putusan MARI No. 556K/Sip/1971 dan MARI No. 425.K/Sip/1975:3. Adapun penerapan Ultar Petitum Partium dalam perkara perceraian No. Perkara 254/Pdt.G/2014/MS-Ksg di Mahkamah Kuala Simpang yaitu menimbang bahwa peristiwa hukum yang di alami penggugat tersebut adalah sebagai mana bunyi Pasal 19 huruf (f) Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor. 9 Tahun 1975 jo Pasal 116 huruf (f) Kompilasi Hukum Islam karna penggugat meminta putusan yang seadil-adilnya sangat layak untuk dikabulkan mengigat lamanya tergugat meninggalkan penggugat selama 8 bulan, maka dari itu Hakim meneratkan Ultra Petitum Partium dalam perkara tersebut bersandar pada Yurisprudensi yang berbunyi, putusan judex facti yang didasarkan pada Petitum Subsidai yang berbentuk ex quo et bono, karena untuk mengabulkan subsidai penggugat tersebut menurut majelis Hakim tidak melanggar Asas Ultra Petitum Partium Dan telah sejalan dengan Yurispudensi tersebut. Kata Kunci: Ultra Petitum Partium menurut Hukum Acara Peradilan Agama dan Yurisprudensi Mahkamah Agung.
