Abstract

Abstract The number of weaknesses in football matches, especially weaknesses in terms of passing a ball, is one of the keys to the failure of a team in a match. This research aims to develop a form of passing football practice. This study uses a development research approach with a sample of UNIB PJKR students. The data analysis technique used is the t-test with calculations through SPSS version 16. The t-test results showed that the coefficient of significance was 0,000, this coefficient was compared with the significance level of 0.05. Based on the comparison it turns out that the coefficient of significance is smaller than the significance level of 0.05, so it can be concluded that the passing training program has an effect on the ability of passing students. Based on the results of the hypothesis testing soccer passing training model has a significant influence on the ability of passing from students, so it can be concluded that this passing training model can be used for students or students who are just practicing football passing.. Keywords: Development, Model, Passing Abstrak Banyaknya kelemahan dalam pertandingan sepakbola terutama kelemahan dalam hal mengoper bola menjadi salah satu kunci kegegalan suatu tim dalam bertanding. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan bentuk latihan passing sepakbola. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian pengembangan dengan sampel mahasiswa PJKR UNIB. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan uj-t dengan perhitungan melalui SPSS versi 16. Hasil uji-t menunjukkan bahwa koefisien signifikasi sebesar 0,000, koefisien ini dibandingkan dengan taraf signifikasi 0,05. Berdasarkan perbandingan ternyata koefisien signifikasi hitung lebih kecil dari taraf signifikasi 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan program latihan passing memberikan pengaruh terhadap kemampuan passing mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis model latihan passing sepakbola telah memberikan pengaruh yang berarti terhadap kemampuan passing dari mahasiswa, sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa model latihan passing ini dapat digunakan kepada mahasiswa atau pelajar yang baru berlatih passing sepakbola. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine how much influence the arm muscle explosive power, leg muscle explosive power and abdominal muscle strength on volleyball smash results at SMK Negeri 3 Palembang. This research method is using quantitative path analysis method. The study population was all students of SMK Negeri 3 Palembang, while the study sample was students who had met the criteria of 30 students. Data collection techniques in this study used two hand medicine ball put tests, vertical jumps, sit-ups, and volleyball smash tests. The data analysis technique used t-test with the help of SPSS program. Based on the results of the study it was found that the magnitude of the effect of arm muscle explosive power on volleyball smashes on students of SMK Negeri 3 Palembang was 18.9%. The magnitude of the influence of leg muscle explosive power on volleyball smashes on Palembang State Vocational School 3 students was 26.4%. The magnitude of the effect of abdominal muscle strength on volleyball smashes on Palembang State Vocational School 3 students was 16.4%. Keywords: Arm Muscle Explosive Power, Leg Muscle Explosive Power, Abdominal Muscle Strength, Smash, Volleyball Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh daya ledak otot lengan, daya ledak otot tungkai dan kekuatan otot perut terhadap hasil smash bola voli pada SMK Negeri 3 Palembang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif path analysis. Populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh siswa SMK Negeri 3 Palembang, sedangkan sampel penelitian adalah siswa yang telah memenuhi kriteria sebanyak 30 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes two hand medicine ball put, vertical jump, sit-up, dan tes smash bola voli. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t dengan bantuan program SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa besarnya pengaruh daya ledak otot lengan terhadap smash bola voli pada siswa SMK Negeri 3 Palembang sebesar 18,9%. Besarnya pengaruh daya ledak otot tungkai terhadap smash bola voli pada siswa SMK Negeri 3 Palembang sebesar sebesar 26,4%. Besarnya pengaruh kekuatan otot perut terhadap smash bola voli pada siswa SMK Negeri 3 Palembang sebesar sebesar 16,4%. Abstract

Abstract Tabata training aims to reduce and overcome boredom. For that tabata training is applied for athletes who want to do physical training with higher challenges. Tabata training is not only aerobic but also anaerobic training. This is what later became the main attraction of Tabata. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of tabata training on the ability of Vo2Max PS soccer athletes. Tungkal Ulu U-21. The practice of tabata training must be preceded by a minimum of 5 minutes of warming up. Tabata can be practiced in several ways. One of them is the same exercise in all series. This type of experimental research research and the method used in this study is in the form of one group pretest-posttest design. The test will be carried out twice, namely the initial test (pretest) and the final test (posttest) to determine the increase in VO2max after being given tabata exercise treatment. Based on the results of data analysis on the hypothesis in the study it is known that there is a significant effect of circuit training on the effect of tabata training on the ability of Vo2Max PS soccer athletes. Tungkal Ulu U-21. This is indicated from the t-value greater than t table (12,889) > (1,739). A good training package will contribute to changes that are tailored to the purpose of the exercise. Keywords: Tabata, Vo2Max Abstrak Latihan tabata bertujuan untuk mengurangi dan mengatasi rasa bosan. Untuk itu latihan tabata diterapkan bagi atlet yang ingin melakukan latihan fisik dengan tantangan lebih tinggi. Latihan tabata bukan hanya melatih aerobik tapi juga anaerobik. Inilah yang kemudian menjadi daya tarik utama Tabata. Tujuan penelitian untuk melihat pengaruh latihan tabata terhadap kemampuan Vo2Max atlet sepakbola PS. Tungkal Ulu U-21. Cara pelaksanaan latihan tabata harus didahului dengan pemanasan minimal 5 menit. Tabata dapat dipraktekkan dalam beberapa cara. Salah satunya adalah latihan yang sama di semua rangkaian. Jenis penelitian penelitian eksperimen dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dalam bentuk one group pretest-posttest design. Tes akan dilaksanakan sebanyak dua kali yaitu tes awal (pretest) dan tes akhir (posttest) untuk mengetahui peningkatan VO2max setelah diberikan perlakuan latihan tabata. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data pada hipotesis dalam penelitian diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari latihan sirkuit terhadap Pengaruh latihan tabata terhadap kemampuan Vo2Max atlet sepakbola PS. Tungkal Ulu U-21. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari nilai thitung lebih besar daripada t tabel (12,889) > (1,739). Pengemasan latihan yang baik akan memberikan kontribusi pada perubahan yang disesuaikan dengan tujuan latihan. Kata Kunci: Tabata, Vo2Max

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the results of the performance contribution of physical and health physical education teachers to motor ablity and learning outcomes in state elementary school students in Pinrang Regency. This research is a type of correlational research. The population is male elementary school students in Pinrang Regency with a sample of 100 students with cluster random sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used is multiple correlation. Based on these results it can be concluded that (1) There is a contribution of the performance of physical and health physical education teachers to motor abilities in state elementary school students in Pinrang Regency by 57.1%, this result shows that the performance of physical and physical education teachers has a contribution to the motor ability of state elementary school students in Pinrang Regency, and (2) There is a contribution of the performance of physical and health physical education teachers to the learning outcomes of elementary school students in Pinrang Regency by 71,5%. These results indicate the analysis that the performance of physical and health physical education teachers has a contribution to the learning outcomes of elementary school students in Pinrang Regency. Keywords: Performance, Teacher, Motor Ability, Learning Outcomes Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil kontribusi kinerja guru pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan terhadap motor ablity dan hasil belajar pada murid SD Negeri di Kabupaten Pinrang. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian korelasional. Populasinya adalah siswa putra SD Negeri di Kabupaten Pinrang dengan sampel berjumlah 100 orang siswa dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi ganda. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Ada kontribusi kinerja guru pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan terhadap motor ability pada murid SD Negeri di Kabupaten Pinrang sebesar 57,1%, Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja guru pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan memiliki kontribusi terhadap motor ability murid SD Negeri di Kabupaten Pinrang, dan (2) Ada kontribusi kinerja guru pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan terhadap hasil belajar pada murid SD Negeri di Kabupaten Pinrang sebesar 71,5%. Hasil ini menunjukkan analisa bahwa kinerja guru pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan memiliki kontribusi terhadap hasil belajar murid SD Negeri di Kabupaten Pinrang. Abstract

This study aims (1) to determine the state of the Facilities and Infrastructure of Physical Education at SMP PGRI Barembeng, Kab. Gowa, (2) to find out the Physical Fitness Level of Class VIII Students of SMP PGRI Barembeng, Kab. Gowa, (3) to determine the effect of facilities and infrastructure on the Physical Fitness Level of SMP PGRI Barembeng. This type of research is descriptive research. The population of this study were all SMP PGRI Barembeng Kab. Gowa The research sample consisted of 40 male students of class VIII SMP PGRI Barembeng. Data collection techniques using observation and tests. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics using computer facilities through the SPSS program. Based on data analysis, the results are obtained; (1) the condition of facilities and infrastructure that supports Physical Education learning at PGRI Barembeng Junior High School is categorized as ide, (2) the level of physical fitness of class VIII SMP PGRI Barembeng can be categorized as moderate, (3) there is an influence of facilities and infrastructure on the Physical Fitness Level of SMP PGRI Barembeng. Gowa (3), Untuk mengetahui pengaruh sarana dan prasarana terhadap Tingkat Kesegaran Jasmani SMP PGRI Barembeng. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua SMP PGRI Barembeng Kab. Gowa. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 40 orang siswa putra kelas VIII SMP PGRI Barembeng. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif menggunakan fasilitas komputer melalui program SPSS. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil: (1) Kondisi sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung pembelajaran penjas SMP PGRI Barembeng dikategorikan ideal, (2) Tingkat kesegaran jasmani kelas VIII SMP PGRI Barembeng dapat dikategorikan sedang, (3) Ada pengaruh sarana dan prasarana terhadap Tingkat Kesegaran Jasmani SMP PGRI Barembeng. Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out how the implementation of the model of learning problem based learning at SMA Negeri 4 Karawang. This reseacrh uses a qualitative approach and a qualitative descriptive study method. This observation was done at SMA Negeri 4 Karawang and the population was taken from second geade of them where each class was represented by one student. The number of informants were five students and one teacher. The sample technique used is Snowball Sampling. This research demonstrates that the learning process that has been used is running well. The Problem Based Learning model is lack effective in Physical Education learning process at SMA Negeri 4 Karawang because the teacher said that students do not all have the same abilities, especially for the lazy and less active students will leave the student saturated and less enthusiastic during the learning process

Abstract

This research describes the development of a passing & movement without the ball training model in futsal games. In this study, researchers collaborated with 3 (three) experts in the field of futsal. Through validation tests conducted using expert justification tests, this study resulted in 15 (fifteen) item models of passing and movement without the ball training in futsal games. The purpose of this study is to be used as reference material for coaches in providing futsal training models. This research was conducted at SMA Negri 1 Telukjambe by taking participants who took part in futsal extracurricular activities. To answer the formulation of research problems that had been formulated, the writing used a descriptive qualitative approach with the research and development (R&D) method. The subjects in this study were 23 (twenty three) members of the extracurricular participants in two high schools.

Abstract

Education is a mandatory requirement that must be possessed by every human being, until whenever education is needed by every individual human to fulfill the needs and perfect themselves as people who are knowledgeable, moral, and useful in a national development. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive research. Ali Maksum (2012: 68) descriptive research is research that is conducted to describe the real occurrence of circumstances. the results of the study obtained the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in physical education in the Junior High School in the Kertosono Subdistrict. the "low" category is 5 students or 22.8%; "medium" category as many as 8 students or 36.3%; the "high" category is 4 students or 18.2%; and the category of "very high" by 2 students or by 9.1%

Abstract

This study aims to increase the used of volleyball cooperative learning to improve results in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Cikarang Timur, Bekasi Regency in 2019/2020. The method of this research is a survey with a questionnaire as many as 20 students. The instrument used for data collection in this study was a questionnaire content assessment sheet. Based on the results of the study it was known that the level of used of volleyball learning cooperative learning in improving passing in VIII grade students at SMP Negeri 2 Cikarang Timur was included in the "very good" category the number of 0 students (0%), the "good" category with 12 students (0.4%), the "good enough" category with 0 students (0%), the "poor" category with 18 students (0.6 %), and the "not very good" category with a total of 0 students (0%). Meanwhile, on average, the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Cikarang Timur were included in the "less good" category, namely 18 students with a percentage (0.6%).

Abstract

This research is a descriptive research type. This study aims to see: see the relationship between arm strength and smash ability in badminton, hand eye coordination with smash skills in badminton games, see the relationship between arm strength and hand eye coordination with smash ability in badminton. The population is the eighth grade students of SMPN 19 Hulu Sungai Tengah while the sample used is the seventh grade students of SMPN 6 Kotabaru as many as 35 people. The technique of determining the sample is by means of a lottery (random sampling technique). The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis through the SPSS 22 program at a significant level of α 0.05. The results showed that; There is a significant relationship between arm strength and smash ability in badminton of 0.674, there is a significant relationship between hand eye coordination and smash ability in badminton at 0.527, there is a significant relationship jointly between arm strength and hand eye coordination ability to smash. in the badminton game F = 22,258
