Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan permasalahan yang ditemukan pada saat proses observasi produk Teh Celup Walini yang di produksi oleh PT. Perkebunan Nusantara Ciater. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) Bagaimana pengaruh kualitas produk pada produk Teh Celup Walini Subang yang di produksi oleh PTPN VIII Ciater. (2) Bagaimana pengaruh minat beli terhadap produk Teh Celup Walini Subang yang di produksi oleh PTPN VIII Ciater. (3) Seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk Teh Celup Walini Subang yang di produksi oleh PTPN VIII Ciater. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah konsumen pada produk Teh Celup Walini yang di produksi oleh PTPN VIII Ciater. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin diperoleh sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana. Kata kunci : Kualitas produk, Minat Beli. Abstract This research was conducted because it was based on the problems found during the observation process at the product Walini Tea Bags produced by PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) How does it effect on product quality of product Walini Tea Bags Subang produced by PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII. (2) How does it effect on buying interest of product Walini Tea Bags Subang produced by PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII. (3) How big is the influence of product quality on buying interest of product Walini Tea Bags Subang produced by PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII. This research includes descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population of this research are Walini Tea Bags produced by PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII. The technique of determining the sample using the Slovin formula obtained a sample of 100 people. Data were collected by means of a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui optimalisasi penerapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT Tirta Investama (AQUA) Subang pada ekonomi masyarakat lokal di Desa Darmaga. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data primer dan sekunder diperoleh dari informan yang ditentukan melalui purvosive sampling dan snowball dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan kajian dokumen. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles and Huberman, meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Penerapan CSR AQUA Subang pada ekonomi masyarakat lokal di Desa Darmaga sudah optimal karena memerhatikan dan termasuk ke dalam kategori dimensi CSR yaitu Corporate Social Marketing, Corporate Philantrophy, dan Social Responsible Business Practice (Community Development) dengan didasari oleh faktor kesadaran perusahaan akan tanggung jawab sosialnya, yang pelaksanannya menggunakan model keterlibatan langsung perusahaan dan bermitra dengan lembaga serta melalui tahapan perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi serta pelaporan. Penerapan CSR AQUA Subang pada ekonomi masyarakat lokal di Desa Darmaga menunjang pembangunan berkelanjutan (sustainable development), dan berkontribusi mengatasi masalah ekonomi, yaitu: kemiskinan, pengangguran, dan minimnya pelaku usaha, serta berdampak positif secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Kata kunci: CSR, AQUA Subang, Ekonomi, Desa Darmaga. Abstrack This study aims to determine the optimization of the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of PT Tirta Investama (AQUA) Subang on the economy of the local community in Darmaga Village. This study discusses corporate social responsibility in the economic field of local communities with a case study at PT. Tirta Investama (AQUA) Subang in Darmaga Village. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach. Primary and secondary data sources were obtained from informants who were determined through purvosive sampling and snowball with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and document review. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The implementation of PT Tirta Investama (AQUA) Subang's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the Local Community Economy in Darmaga Village called the Economic Development Program (ECODEV) in 2021, namely: the establishment of the Mandiri Jaya Cooperative in Darmaga Village, Monthly Assistance for Management and Members, Mandiri Jaya Abadi Cooperative, Cooperative Financial Application Assistance, Marketing Assistance and Packaging of MSME Products with the MSME Office and Central, Advocacy for MSME Legality in the form of I-SMEs, Halal MUI, PIRT, Basic training workshops and coffee business-Basic Manual Brew (Coffee Damping Class) , Proximity and Arjuna Maribaya Cibodas Coffee Business Visits, and Asset Inventory and Voluntary Donations and Assistance. The results show that the implementation of AQUA Subang's CSR in the local community economy in Darmaga Village is optimal because it pays attention to and is included in the category of CSR dimensions, namely Corporate Social Marketing, Corporate Philanthropy, and Social Responsible Business Practice (Community Development) based on the company's awareness factor about its social responsibility, which is implemented using a direct involvement model of the company and in partnership with institutions as well as through the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation and reporting. The implementation of AQUA Subang's CSR in the local community's economy in Darmaga Village supports sustainable development and contributes to overcoming economic problems, namely: poverty, unemployment, and the lack of business actors, as well as having a positive direct or indirect impact. Abstract

Abstrak PT Adira Finance Cabang Subang memiliki misi menjadi perusahaan pembiayaan sepeda motor resmi yang mampu memberikan kualitas dan pelayanan terbaik, dengan mempunyai sertifikat ISO, dan type sepeda motor yang dijual oleh PT Adira Finance Cabang Subang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT Adira Finance Cabang Subang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis data penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 100 karyawan . Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, angket, observasi lapangan, studi pustaka. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data deskriptif, analisis korelasi dan koefisien determinasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Upah Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT Adira Finance Cabang Subang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa koefisien antara upah terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT Adira Finance Cabang Subang sebesar 078,1% artinya bahwa Kinerja pegawai di PT Adira Finance dipengaruhi oleh Upah pegawai (X) 78,1% dan sisanya sebesar 22,9% dipengaruhi faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Upah, Kinerja, Karyawan Abstract PT Adira Finance Subang Branch has a mission to become an official motorcycle financing company that is able to provide the best quality and service, by having an ISO certificate, and the type of motorcycle sold by PT Adira Finance Subang Branch. This research was conducted at PT Adira Finance Subang Branch. This type of research is a type of quantitative research data using descriptive and verification research methods. The population of this research is 100 employees. Data collection techniques used are interviews, questionnaires, field observations, literature studies. The data analysis used is descriptive data analysis, correlation analysis and coefficient of determination. This study aims to determine the effect of wages on employee performance at PT Adira Finance Subang Branch. The results show that the coefficient between wages and employee performance at PT Adira Finance Subang Branch is 078.1%, meaning that employee performance at PT Adira Finance is influenced by employee wages (X) 78.1% and the remaining 22.9% is influenced by other factors. other factors not examined in this study Keywords: Wages, Performance, Employee

Abstract

Abstrak Dalam menghadapi persaingan pasar yang kompetitif, KFC Subang selalu menyajikan makanan yang bermutu, berkualitas, dan yang paling utama, bahan makanan yang dipakai masih dalam keadaan fresh. Repurchase, pembelian ulang masih belum maksimal di lihat dari data pengunjung yang tidak stabil di akibatkan banyaknya kompetitor baru seperti : Hokben, Richesse, Kabobs dan lain-lainya. Retention menunjukan kekebalan terhadap daya tarik pesaing semakin ketat kerana banyak yang tertarik untuk mengembangkan bisnis dengan kategori sama. tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada KFC Subang. Penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung KFC Subang yang membeli produk KFC baik dimakan ditempat ataupun takeaway. Berdasarkan data yang peneliti peroleh dari KFC Subang bahwa pada tahun 2021 terdapat pengunjung sebanyak 148.567, dengan tingkat kesalahan yang dapat ditolelir 10 persen (0,1) atau dapat disebutkan tingkat keakuratan 90 persen sehingga sampel yang diambil untuk mewakili populasi tersebut adalah 100 konsumen pada KFC Subang yang akan dijadikan sebagai ukuran sampel penelitian. Bauran Pemasaran berdasarkan uji t berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial (individu) terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen sebesar 18.5%, artinya bahwa Volume Loyalitas pelanggandipengaruhi oleh Bauran Pemasaran (X1) sebesar 18.5% dan sisanya sebesar 81.5% merupakan faktor lain yang mempengaruhi Volume Loyalitas pelangganyang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Pengaruh Bauran, Bauran Pemasran, Loyalitas Pelanggan Abstract In the face of competitive market competition, KFC Subang always serves quality, quality food, and most importantly, the food ingredients used are still fresh. Repurchase, repeat purchases are still not maximized, judging from the unstable visitor data due to the large number of new competitors such as: Hokben, Richesse, Kabobs and others. Retention shows that immunity to the attractiveness of competitors is getting tighter because many are interested in developing businesses in the same category. The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence the marketing mix has on customer loyalty at KFC Subang. This research is a quantitative research method. The population in this study are KFC Subang visitors who buy KFC products, whether eaten on the spot or takeaway. Based on the data that researchers obtained from KFC Subang that in 2021 there will be 148,567 visitors, with a tolerable error rate of 10 percent (0.1) or it can be said that the accuracy rate is 90 percent so that the sample taken to represent the population is 100 consumers at KFC. Subang which will be used as the research sample size. Marketing Mix, by t-test partially (individually) significant effect on Consumer Sales Volume by 18.5%, meaning that customer Loyalty Volume is influenced by Marketing Mix (X1) by 18.5% and the remaining 81.5% is another factor that affects Loyalty Volume customers who were not examined in this study. Abstract

Abstrak Kompetensi merupakan hal mendasar yang sering dihadapi oleh suatu organisasi dalam rangka mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Terdapat hubungan erat antara kompetensi dengan kinerja. Pengembangan kompetensi dilakukan agar dapat memberikan hasil yang sesuai tujuan dan sasaran organisasi dengan standar kerja yang telah ditetapkan. Kompetensi menyangkut kewenangan setiap individu untuk melakukan tugas atau mengambil keputusan sesuai dengan perannya dalam organisasi yang relevan dengan pengetahuan, kemampuan, dan perilaku individu. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menghitung data penelitian melalui rumus product momen untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel, rumus uji signifikansi untuk menguji hipotesis serta rumus determinan untuk mengetahui besaran pengaruh variabel bebas kepada variabel terikat. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdiri data primer dan data sekunder dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 26 orang responden dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan seluruhnya. Sedangkan alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh variabel bebas (X) terhadap variabel terikat (Y) digunakan analisa regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan perangkat SPSS Versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji regresi linier sederhana di peroleh persamaan : Y = 14.061 + 0,623X. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil uji t diketahui bahwa variabel kompetensi memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Di Departemen Prefit Tongue Stitching Di PT.TKG Taekwang Indonesia. Sedangkan berdasarkan perhitungan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) diperoleh nilai R Square sebesar 0,563. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa variabel kompetensi memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Di Departemen Prefit Tongue Stitching Di PT.TKG Taekwang Indonesia sebesar 56,3%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 43,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci : Kompetensi, Kinerja. Pengaruh Kompetensi Abstract Competence is a fundamental thing that is often faced by an organization in order to achieve the goals that have been set. There is a close relationship between competence and performance. Competency development is carried out in order to provide results that match the goals and objectives of the organization with predetermined work standards. Competence concerns the authority of each individual to carry out tasks or make decisions according to their role in the organization that is relevant to individual knowledge, abilities and behavior. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence competence has on performance. This study uses a quantitative research method by calculating research data through the product moment formula to determine the relationship between variables, the significance test formula to test the hypothesis and the determinant formula to determine the magnitude of the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The type of data used in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data with a total sample of 26 respondents with all samples taken. While the data collection tool used was a questionnaire and to determine the influence of the independent variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y) a simple linear regression analysis was used with the help of SPSS Version 25. Based on the results of simple linear regression test calculations, the equation is obtained: Y = 14,061 + 0.623X. Meanwhile, based on the results of the t test, it is known that the competency variable has a significant influence on employee performance in the Prefit Tongue Stitching Department at PT.TKG Taekwang Indonesia. Meanwhile, based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2), the R Square value is 0.563. This shows that the competency variable has a significant influence on employee performance in the Prefit Tongue Stitching Department at PT. TKG Taekwang Indonesia by 56.3%. While the remaining 43.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Keywords: Competence, Performance. Competency Influence
