Jurnal Sosiohumaniora Kodepena merupakan jurnal peer-reviewed dan open-access journal dengan bidang kajian Ilmu Sosial dan Humaniora yang diterbitkan oleh Komunitas Dosen Penulis dan Peneliti Indonesia (Kodepena). JSK untuk pertama kalinya diterbitkan pada Juni 2020 sebagai jurnal media/berkala ilmiah di bidang sosial dan humaniora bagi para ahli sosiohumaniora, yang berupa hasil penelitian, penyuluuhan, kajian teori, ide gagasan, bersifat original dan baru serta belum pernah dipublikasikan pada wadah publikasi ilmiah lainnya. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui gambaran penerapan balanced score card di perguruan tinggi Desain/Metodologi/pendekatan: Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan tekhnik pengumpulan data studi pustaka dari berbagai literatur Temuan: Balanced Scorecard tidak hanya menyediakan kerangka kerja untuk pengukuran kinerja, namun juga membantu perencana mengidentifikasi apa yang harus dilakukan dan diukur. Dengan demikian, pimpinan satuan pendidikan dapat dengan pasti menjalankan strategi mereka. Dalam konsep balanced scorecard, empat prespektif yang dapat diadopsi oleh Perguruan Tinggi yaitu(1) Prespektif finansial: kinerja keuangan akan berbasis pada upaya memberikan dampak laba maksimal bagi shareholders. Ini akan terkait dengan ukuran profitabilitas semisal laba operasi, return on capaital employed (ROCE), atau economic value added (EVA) (2) Prespektif bisnis internal: untuk mencapai kepuasan konsumen dan memberikan kontribusi laba pada shareholders, proses bisnis harus benar-benar dilakukan dengan efisien dan efektif, misalnya berbasis analisis rantai nilai, tingkat inovasi produk, proses operasi, ataupun delivery-nya. (3) Pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan: mengidentifikasi infrastruktur yang harus dibangun untuk menciptakan pertumbuhan dan peningkatan kinerja jangka panjang. Sumber utama pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan adalah manusia, sistem, dan prosedur institusi. (4) Prespektif pelanggan: indentifikasi pelanggan dan segmen pasar tempat suatu bisnis itu bersaing. Ukurannya biasanya terdiri dari: kepuasan pelanggan, retensi pelanggan, akuisisi pelanggan, profitabilitas penggan, dan pangsa pasar segmen sasaran. Abstract

Abstract The purposes of this research are (1) to find out how the students’ ability of English department of training and teacher educational faculty of Serambi Mekkah University in identifying dependent and independent clauses in sentences is and (2) to find out the factors that influence the students ‘ ability of English department of training and teacher educational faculty of Serambi Mekkah University confuse in identifying dependent and independent clauses in sentences. The method used is descriptive analysis. Data needed are gotten through test. The data gotten are analyzed by analyzing and discussing. The result of the study shows that the students’ ability in identifying dependent and independent clauses in sentences is in sufficient category because the students’ average score is 57.43. Thus the students’ ability in identifying dependent and independent clauses in sentences is not satisfying. Next, many students are still confused to construct adjective clause, noun clause, and adverbial clause because there are so many conjunctions that are different in their use in constructing the dependent clauses. Therefore, the students still get difficulties to indentify dependent and independent clauses in sentences.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberantas dan mencegah tindakan dan praktek praktek korupsi bukan hanya di pusat Ibukota tetapi juga di daerah daerah baik itu pemerintah daerah kota maupun kabupaten . Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitan normatif yaitu penelitian hukum yang digunakan sumber data sekunder atau data yang diperoleh melalui bahan-bahan pustaka dengan meneliti penelitian terhadap asas-asas hukum, sumber-sumber hukum, teori hukum, buku-buku dan peraturan perundang-undangan. Penelitian menyatakan bahwa Otonomi daerah dan desentralisasi merupakan sebuah kebijakan yang tidak dapat diabatas batasi tetapi kewenangan yang diberikan karena adanya otonomi dan desentralisasi itu harus diawasi dengan hati hati. Pembentukan Komisi Pemberatasan Korupsi di daerah merupakan suatu kebijakan yang dapat memberantas ataupun mencegah tindakan tindakan korupsi dan pembentukan Komusi Pemberantasan Korupsi didaerah berguna membantu pekerjaan dan beban Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi yang ada pada saat ini.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine differences in short short writing skills that are significant between students who take part in learning using the Thinking - Proficient - Write model and students who take part in learning without using the Thinking-Write-Writing model, as well as testing the effectiveness of the written-thinking models in learning to write Short stories of class X students of SMA Negeri 4 Baubau City. This research is an experimental research with protest-posttest group design. The variables in this study are independent variables, namely Think-Talk-Write, and the dependent variable is short story writing skills. The population in this study were all grade X students of SMA Negeri 4 Baubau. The sample used in this study amounted to two classes, with the division of one class as a control class and one class as an experimental group. Samples were determined using cluster random sampling techniques. From the determination using cluster random sampling technique, it was obtained X-6 class as an experimental group, and X-9 class as a control class. Date collection techniques using the test, in the form of a short story writing test. Date analysis techniques were performed using pretest and posttest with t-test. The results of this study indicate that there are significant differences in short story writing skills between students who take part in learning by using written-thinking models and students who take lessons without using written-thinking models. This is evident from the t-test on the pretest and posttest scores of the experimental group resulting in a tcount of 13,356 with a df (degree of freedom) of 31 and a value of P = 0,000. In addition, the results of the t test showed that the effective writing-literacy model was used in learning to write short stories, because P ˂ 0.05 = significant. Abstract

The study, entitled Worker Satisfication With Insentive did in PT Sewu Segar Primatama (Re.Juve). The aims is to determine the level of worker satisfication with incentive at the company. This research is theoretically expected to increase knowledge in the field of academic management in general. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique is done by simple random sampling. The sample size is 80 people. The results of this study states that incentives affect job satisfaction and it can be seen that the test show that there is an influence given with a regression model of 71.7% and the most influential indicator is a bonus if the work reaches the target. The results showed that the effect of incentives on workers is most sinifican. Suggestions for further research add other variables that affect worker satisfaction by combining the factors of other variables so that they can find out which variables are most influential on worker satisfaction.The result shows that it is true that incentive really affect worker’s satisfaction because the ability of incentive to explain satisfaction is 71,7% and the indicator that affect satisfaction the most is bonuses from company
