Abstract

Ternate City is a coastal city, the existence of coastal resources needs to be well maintained for the survival of mankind. Management of coastal areas must be sustainable (sustainable development) and lead to renewable resources. The purpose of this study is as follows to determine the economic value of the coastal resources of Ternate City as one of the policy input factors in the economic valuation of coastal resources which has a very important role. The analytical method used in this study is the contingency valuation method. Based on the results of the study, The value of direct fishery benefits from coral reefs in Ternate City is Rp. 3,251,360,000./year, whereas. Thus the total direct benefit value of coral reefs in Ternate City is Rp. 3.251.360.000./year. The economic value of these coral reefs is still relatively small. This is because other potentials such as coastal tourism have not been utilized

Abstract

Teachers are at the forefront of educating the nation's children through formal education, have social values for society, to become human beings with noble character in the field of science that is owned in accordance with the demands of today's education world. In Law Number 14 of 2005 article 8 concerning Teachers and Lecturers it is stated that teachers are required to have academic qualifications, competencies, educator certificates, physically and mentally healthy, and have the ability to realize national education goals. Each rule has a legal basis that binds every teacher to carry out his profession with the concept of education containing the values of national and state life based on Pancasila. Education must be a means to encourage the development of shared values and knowledge. But in the fact these values have not been used in formal education. This is seen as an inadequate approach to carrying out performance as a reliable professional educator. Teachers always emphasize the system of emphasis on students, it can be seen from the standard KKM scores which are still brought on average. Teachers who have certification have not shown their professionalism and are licensed as educated teachers. In the fact often occurs in schools is that teachers have not shown themselves in the teaching and learning process, because the factors that influence the emphasis on teachers are economic problems, lack of teacher discipline, inadequate infrastructure in schools, placement of teachers in the field of study. more than one person so that the teacher lacks teaching hours that should teach 24 hours a week.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of internal factors, external factors and entrepreneurship education courses on the entrepreneurial spirit of students in the economic education study program semesters IV, VI and VIII STKIP Kie Raha Ternate who have attended entrepreneurship education courses, of the 50 students who were made respondents and distributed questionnaires. Only 47 questionnaires were analyzed. The research method used is explanatory survey with analysis techniques using multiple regression and using validity, reliability and classical assumption tests. The results showed that the Internal Factors and Entrepreneurship Education Subjects had no effect on the entrepreneurial spirit while the External Factors had a significant effect on the Entrepreneurial Spirit. Meanwhile, the F test shows that the variables of Internal Factors, External Factors and Entrepreneurial Education courses together have a significant effect on the entrepreneurial spirit.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the impact of the application of online learning on student learning motivation in banking management courses during the covid-19 pandemic. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative approach..The data collection procedure was carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis in this study was processed through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The research shows that first; student learning motivation is not the same as when participating in learning that is carried out directly in the classroom. Students are more enthusiastic about participating in the learning that the lecturer conveys in the classroom compared to online learning carried out during the covid-19 pandemic through the google classroom and whatsapp applications. Second, the inhibiting factors are: students have difficulty understanding the subject matter delivered via video because they run out of quota when participating in learning delivered through the application.difficulty getting a stable network or signal when participating in learning, so that the learning obtained is less than optimal, while the supporting factors are: making it easier for lecturers to deliver material via smartphones, delivering material to be more interesting and not monotonous, making it easy for students to access other learning resources needed. Keywords: Learning motivation, online learning during the covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the use of the Role Playing Method on the learning outcomes of students in class X SMK Global Nusantar Hal-Sel. The research method used is Quasi Experimental Design and nonequivalent control group design research design. The population is 60 people, consisting of class XA 30 students and class XB 30 students. Based on the post-test data analysis using the t test, it was obtatined that t count was 2.0723> t tabel 2.0453. the shows that there is an influence of the role playing method on the social studies learing outcomes of students. The magnitude of the influence is calculated using the formula for the effect size of 041 with the medium category. So it can be concluded thet the role playing method has a moderate effect on the socional studies learning outcome of class X SMK Global Nusantara Halmahera Selatan students

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the financial performance of the Regional Water Company (PDAM) is assessed by using the cash flow statement and cash flow ratio. Data was collected by means of documentation and interview techniques. The objects in this study are balance data, income statements, cash flow statements, notes to financial statements, history and general overview of PDAM from 2014-2017. The research method uses descriptive analysis methods using cash flows from operating, investing, and financing activities as well as ratio analysis, namely Operating Cash Flow Ratio (AKO), Total Debt Ratio (TH), Cash Coverage Ratio to Current Debt (CKHL) and Ratio Capital Expenditure (PM). Based on the results of this study, the total cash flow of the company during the period 2014-2017 indicates that the company is in an illiquid condition when assessed in terms of its operational activities. With the ratio analysis that has been produced, it can be concluded that there is a decrease in cash flow, especially in operating activities every year and the company's ability to overcome its current liabilities has not been resolved. This shows that the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) is in a bad position during the 2014-2017 period.

Abstract

The economic structure of a region can be seen through the size of the role of each business field in the total GRDP. This indicator is important information to determine the category of business fields which are the main support for the economy in a region. Presentation of indicators of economic structure from time to time can show whether there is a change in the economic structure of a region. Important indicators to determine regional macroeconomic conditions are data and information on the growth of gross regional domestic product (GRDP), namely gross regional domestic product (based on current prices (ADHB) and gross domestic product at constant prices (ADHK). Meanwhile, to determine the growth rate economy is by looking at data on GDP growth at constant prices. The economic structure of Central Halmahera Regency still relies on the primary sector, namely the agricultural sector, government sector, then the trade sector, mining and mining sectors followed by the hotel and restaurant sector. The aggregate derivatives are presented in two versions of valuation, namely on the basis of current prices, referred to as current prices because all aggregates are valued using prices in the current year. u year in a particular area. Central Halmahera PDRB based on the current price in 2016 was recorded at 1,769,299.61 million rupiah. Central Halmahera GRDP at constant prices in 2016 amounted to 1,262,007.71 million rupiah. The economic growth of Central Halmahera Regency in 2016 was minus 11.25.

Abstract

Supervision aims to guide and foster teachers to become professional teachers. With a professional teacher, the goal of improving student learning outcomes will be achieved. It is the principal's job as a supervisor to assist teachers in improving their teaching abilities. This research is specifically to find out how the role of principal supervision in SMP Negeri 12 Halmahera Tengah is. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data using participant observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The results show that 1). The role of the Principal of SMP Negeri 12 Halmahera Tengah is still low, this is because the Principal prioritizes other roles so that the role of supervision is neglected. 2). The lack of supervision by the principal has resulted in the low performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 12 Halmahera Tengah. 3) There needs to be local government attention in terms of encouraging school principals to carry out the principal's role optimally and comprehensively, especially the role of supervision. Because the role of supervision determines the quality of education in a school.

Abstract

Urban infrastructure development has a very significant role in the successful use of urban space. The basic concept of development planning in spatial planning must be oriented to the fulfillment of urban infrastructure services that are able to support the realization of a safe, orderly, smooth, beautiful and healthy urban development pattern that is oriented towards the concept of resources and the concept of the environment. The concept of regional spatial planning development planning, infrastructure, natural resources and the environment must meet the elements in the development concept, namely spatial planning, regional planning, structuring slums, illegal buildings and settlements, the need and availability of livable houses, housing and residential environments. , flood management and management, city cleanliness, provision of affordable housing for the poor, sea, land and air development infrastructure, green open space, underground water control, control of Group C mining of minerals, control of environmental pollution, law enforcement.

Abstract

The fisheries sector has an important role in National Development including creating job opportunities, increasing income and welfare for fishing communities, and support regional development. This study aime to determine how much influence the number of production costs, the number of workers and experience of the workforce on the income fisherman in mafututu sub-distrct tidore east.the study used a quantitative descriptive method withsurvey techniques. The number of samples in this study were 60 fisherman who spread over six neighborhoods in the mafututu village. The data in this study analayzed using multiple regression analysis technique whit the equation Y = α + ß1X1+ ß2X2 + ß2X2 + ß3X3 + e from the model used it is obtained regression equation Y= 4,084 + 0,0440 X1 + -0,0343 X2 + -0,0382 X3 Thus it is know that simultaneously production coasts, labor and experience at sea has a significant effect of 97,28 % on the income of fisherman, partially only variable production coast and experience at sea that has a positive and significant influence on fishermens income while the labor variable has no effect on fishermans income
