Abstract

Kepemilikan rumah merupakan salah satu kebutuhan dasar bagi setiap konsumen yang masih belum memiliki rumah sedangkan bagi yang sudah memiliki kepemilikan rumah melalui program Kredit Kepemilikan Rumah (KPR) menjadi alasan untuk berinvestasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor  internal dan eksternal perumahan Palm One Residence serta menganalisis strategi pemasaran yang digunakan diantaranya pameran, personal selling dan iklan media online. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis  Matris SWOT  dengan perhitungan IFAS dan EFAS (IE). Berdasarkan hasil uji analisis SWOT dan IE menggambarkan kondisi Palm One Residence saat ini sangat baik karena memiliki kekuatan yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk merebut peluang yang menguntungkan dengan strategi grow and build dan memperkuat promosi melalui iklan media online dan personal selling.

Abstract

Tujuan studi ini adalah dalam mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pemasaran bauran bagi kepuasan pelanggan pada Toko Elektronik BTM (Bandung Trade Mall) yang terletak di kota Bandung. Studi ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian angket, serta teknis pengambilan data melalui data angket dan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian melalui angket mengambil beberapa populasi pelanggan yang berbelanja di toko elektronik yang terdapat di Bandung Trade Mall. Skala pengukuran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lima tingkatan dalam penilaian skor dari angka 1-5. Data langsung dalam penelitian ialah output dari kuesioner dari kalangan masyarakat dengan jumlah sampel ada 100 responden. Data sekunder penelitian ini diambil melalui data teoritis penelitian terdahulu yang diambil dari jurnal terdahulu pada internet. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa marketing mix berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan toko elektronik pada Bandung Trade Mall.

Abstract

In facing today's tight trade competition, companies are required to be able to compete with competitors in increasing company productivity in all fields. One of them is to improve employee discipline and performance, because the achievement of a company begins with employee discipline in carrying out their duties. This research was conducted at Nippon Paint Bandung, to find out how the application of discipline was carried out in improving the company's performance and productivity. This study uses a qualitative analysis method on the research output, it is found that Nippon Paint Bandung has applied progressive discipline, corrective discipline, and preventive discipline.

Abstract

In early 2020, the world was shocked by the discovery of a mysterious pneumonia case in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China. As of February 11, 2020, WHO named this disease as Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) and it was declared a pandemic on March 11, 2020. This disease is caused by Server Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) a new type of Coronavirus that has never been previously identified in humans. This situation is affected by various aspects of health, including the aspect of health development, namely the delay in the implementation of health services in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to identify the flow of radiology examination services during the Covid-19 protocol at Mayapada Hospital, South Jakarta. The design of this research is descriptive qualitative with a document review approach in the form of swab results and uses a CT-Scan 128 Slice. The research subjects were adult female patients who underwent a 128 Slice CT-Scan examination at Mayapada Hospital in March 2021. The data collected was in the form of CT-Scan results in cases of positive Covid-19 patients. The results of this study show that the CT-Scan of the thorax is quite clear and can identify the flow of radiological examination services in the Covid-19 protocol at Mayapada Hospital, South Jakarta.

Abstract

In the COVID-19 pandemic, where all lines of human life were affected, we need to think of learning processes and strategies that can reduce face-to-face, where in this process we use online systems because they are more flexible and efficient in meeting learning needs, in related online models, utilization media, learning styles, and types of communication used by students, out of 150 students who were used as research samples from the Faculty of Economics at the Muhammadiyah University of Tangerang in the COVID-19 pandemic, the result was that 70% of the students of the Faculty of Economics at Muhammadiyah University in Tangerang were familiar with various patterns the learning. Students most like the learning system through WhatsApp and Google Classroom, in addition it needs further research to research on this online problem-based, collaborative, and other models.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of work life (quality of work life) and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique on saturated sampling, so that the total population and sample are combined into one as many as 70 people. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The results of the study at a significance level of 5% indicate that: (1) the quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, as evidenced by the value of tcount > ttable (7.456 > 1.995) with a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), (2) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, as evidenced by the value of tcount > ttable (7.272 > 1,995) with a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) and (3) the quality of work life and organizational culture together have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, as evidenced by the result of Fcount > Ftable (45,093 > 3.16) with a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) quality of work life ) and organizational culture by influencing employee job satisfaction 57.4% while the remaining 43.6% is influenced by other factors that are not included in the research model. With multiple regression equation value Y=3.060 + 0.406 X1 + 0.475 X2 + e.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on student loyalty; To determine the effect of trust on student loyalty; To determine the perceived value of student loyalty; To determine the effect of student satisfaction on student loyalty; To determine the effect of service quality, trust, perceived value of student satisfaction on student loyalty. This research is included in the type of explanatory research. The sample in this study amounted to 100 students. Questionnaires were used as a tool to collect respondent data, which were then tested using validity and reliability tests. The analytical tool used is linear regression analysis with SPSS Version 21 software. The results show that service quality has no effect on student loyalty, trust has no effect on student loyalty, perceived value has no effect. on student loyalty, student satisfaction affects student loyalty, and to know simultaneously service quality, trust, perceived value and student satisfaction affect student loyalty.

Abstract

PT Kujang Utama Antasena is a shoe industry company specifically for security. The purpose of this study is to forecast or predict sales. This study uses a quantitative method with exponential smoothing, smoothing factor/constant (?) of 0.2. In production activities, forecasting is carried out to determine the amount of demand for a product and is the first step of the production planning and control process to reduce uncertainty so that an estimate that is close to the actual situation is obtained. The exponential smoothing method is a moving average forecasting method that gives exponential or graded weights to the latest data so that the latest data will get a greater weight. In other words, the newer or more current the data, the greater the weight.

Abstract

Development is defined as a continuous process in all fields towards a better life. Humans are an important component of development that needs to be improved. The Human Development Index (HDI) is a tool to measure the success of development. The dynamics of the HDI during 2020 need to be investigated to find out the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the HDI. The objectives to be achieved in this study are to determine the development of the HDI in West Java and how to group districts/cities based on variables related to HDI. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis to examine the development of HDI, while the grouping of HDI uses cluster analysis. The variables used in the cluster analysis are the components that make up the HDI including Life Expectancy (AHH), Expected Years of Schooling (HLS), Average Years of Schooling (RLS), and Adjusted Per Capita Expenditure (PPP). This research resulted in the development of HDI in 2020 which decreased both in value and in the rate of growth. The grouping of districts/cities based on cluster analysis resulted in two groups, namely the high HDI category in most cities and the low HDI category in most West Java districts.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality on TCR Sablon consumer satisfaction and promotional media and also to assist in developing the TCR Sablon business. This research method used quantitative research methods. Data collection methods used by the author are questionnaires, interviews and literature study. After the data was obtained from interviews and questionnaires, then it was processed into statistical data with the determined sample being 41 consumers of TCR Sablon. The result of this research is that there is a positive and significant influence between product quality and TCR Sablon consumer satisfaction. This can be seen in the results which show that the reliability test analysis of the product quality variable (variable X) shows the results obtained are 0.9513 and the consumer satisfaction variable (variable Y) is 0.7938, both of which qualify the test requirements. reliability, that is, it exceeds the significant value of = 0.05 of 0.3081. Simple linear regression test obtained results of Y = 55.685 + 0.326X and correlation coefficient analysis obtained results of 0.569 so that it was concluded that there was a strong relationship between the two variables.
