Abstract

Program televisi dengan tema musik nostalgia atau tembang kenangan telah menjadi pilihan populer di kalangan penonton. Banyak stasiun televisi lokal yang mencoba menghadirkan program serupa dengan tujuan untuk menarik minat penonton. Banyumas TV sebagai salah satu stasiun televisi lokal di wilayah Banyumas mencoba menghadirkan program 'Tembang Kenangan' sebagai salah satu program unggulan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan proses produksi program 'Tembang Kenangan' di Banyumas TV. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dengan narasumber terkait, observasi langsung, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produksi program 'Tembang Kenangan' di Banyumas TV melibatkan beberapa tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, pra-produksi, produksi, dan pasca-produksi. Tahapan perencanaan meliputi pemilihan tema dan penyanyi yang akan diundang, sementara tahapan pra-produksi meliputi persiapan lokasi syuting dan persiapan teknis. Tahapan produksi meliputi proses pengambilan gambar dan rekaman suara, sedangkan tahapan pasca-produksi meliputi proses editing, mixing suara, dan penyelesaian program. Proses produksi program 'Tembang Kenangan' di Banyumas TV menghadapi beberapa kendala, seperti keterbatasan waktu dan sumber daya manusia. Namun demikian, stasiun televisi ini berhasil menghasilkan program yang menarik dan disukai oleh penonton. Dalam hal ini, pengalaman dan keahlian para kru produksi, serta dukungan teknologi yang memadai, menjadi faktor kunci dalam keberhasilan produksi program tersebut. Kesimpulannya, produksi program 'Tembang Kenangan' di Banyumas TV merupakan proses yang kompleks, melibatkan berbagai tahapan dan kendala. Namun, dengan pengalaman dan keahlian yang memadai, serta dukungan teknologi yang memadai, stasiun televisi ini berhasil menghasilkan program yang menarik dan disukai oleh penonton. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa program musik nostalgia masih memiliki potensi untuk menarik minat penonton, terutama di kalangan yang lebih tua.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh word of mouth  terhadap keputusan pembelian, harga terhadap keputusan pembelian, kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh word of mouth , harga, kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiasi deskriptif, sampel dari penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden yang ditentukan dengan rumus MLE, Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling, data diperoleh dengan penyebaran kuesioner dan kemudian di analisis menggunakan SPSS Versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa word of mouth  berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dan secara simultan word of mouth , harga, kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Orisinalitas dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, tetapi secara simultan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

PT Naturalva Herba Indonesia is a startup nutrition company engaged in the production & distribution of herbal nutrition which was established in February 2021. Products made specifically to treat symptoms of acid reflux (Gerd) with the brand Gerd Zero Pro. This research was conducted to determine the effect of remuneration and work motivation variables on the performance of employees working at PT Naturalva Herba Indonesia with a total of 41 employees. The type of research used is to use quantitative methods through population calculations and samples using questionnaires to 41 employees of PT Naturalva Herba Indonesia whose validity and reliability have been tested using IBM SPSS 25 software. Based on the overall results of the tests that have been carried out with the software, it is found that the Remuneration and Work Motivation variables together have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Naturalva Herba Indonesia. This is in accordance with the results of the research hypothesis, namely in the partial test (t test) the value of t count is more than the value of t table and the significance value is less than the significance level.

Abstract

Every employee certainly wants a good career. This can be started by choosing the place of work and position offered. When career goals are not achieved, employees will experience dissatisfaction in their work careers and will certainly negatively impact the company. Knowing this, career satisfaction is important in influencing employee behavior that can benefit companies. Career satisfaction is certainly influenced by many things, such as perceived organizational support for self-efficacy and work engagement. Based on this, this study aims to see the influence of perceived organizational support on self-efficacy, work engagement and career satisfaction. The sample of this study was 135 employees in Jakarta area hospitals. This type of research is deductive, and data collection by spreading questionnaires. The analysis method used is Structural Equation Model (SEM). The study's results concluded: First, perceived organizational support positively affects career satisfaction. Second, self-efficacy is positively impacted by perceived organizational support. Third, professional happiness is positively impacted by self-efficacy. Fourth, job engagement benefits from self-efficacy. Fifth, perceived organizational support has a positive effect on work engagement. Sixth, work engagement has a positive effect on career satisfaction.

Abstract

Indonesia is also experiencing rapid technological progress. This can be seen from the advancement of technology that supports information. The existence of the internet marks the development of this technology. Social media is one of the advanced technologies used to disseminate information. E-WOM influences the brand so that consumers are more aware of the brand. The purpose of this research is to find out how personality, social, and social media information characteristics impact brand equity through e-WOM and trust, and to find out how trust and service quality impact brand equity. This research was conducted on 176 online transportation users in Jabodetabek using SEM analysis. The results show that features of social media use are positively correlated with brand equity, features of social media use are positively correlated with trust, e-WOM is not positively correlated with brand equity, e-WOM is positively correlated with trust, and trust is positively correlated with brand equity. The research suggestions are expected to help researchers and organizational development practitioners find the effect of social characteristics, personality, and information on social media use on equity through e-WOM and trust.

Abstract

The first problem is the lack of compliance with the Quality Management System ISO 29993:2017 which should be a reference for facilitators in carrying out the learning process in job training institutions. The second problem is that there is no identification of improvement efforts that must be carried out by job training institutions in order to achieve the goals of the institution's vision and mission. The purpose of this study was to find out how LPK Global Talent Education Incubator's efforts in implementing ISO 29993:2017 in the facilitator clause in the export trade training program. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Qualitative research with a case study approach is intended to study in depth the background of the situation and the current position which is what it is. The research stages included: Research, Observation and in-depth interviews. This research used a population of 3 management, facilitators and alumni training participants. The sampling technique is a saturated sample, namely 3 people. The data collection stage consists of observation techniques and interview techniques. The steps taken in the data checking stage were carried out after interviews and observations. The method of analysis for this research is observation and interviews from the data. The results of the research and analysis with data processing show that the Global Talent Education Incubator Education Institute has implemented the existing quality management system, but something must still be evaluated in running the quality management system. The author's suggestion is that in carrying out the learning process the facilitator should better prepare himself both methodologically and technically adapted to the learning environment and pay more attention to the basic requirements of the facilitator and the learning process so that nothing is missed regarding the existing quality management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of innovative leadership, organizational culture and innovation on corporate financial performance. The research methodology used is a qualitative approach with a case study approach covering a large number of leading companies in various industries. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with company directors, managers and employees who play a role in shaping the innovation process and organizational culture. The research was conducted over a 12-month period from July 2022 to July 2023. The results showed that transformational leadership has a significant influence on the company's financial performance. A visionary leadership style that focuses on employee development and drives transformational change helps companies improve operational efficiency and competitiveness. In addition, a strong and positive corporate culture also plays an important role in improving financial performance. A culture that supports creativity, collaboration and prudent risk-taking encourages innovation and increased productivity. However, this research has some limitations, such as the limited number of companies included in the case studies and its focus on qualitative data. The research highlights the importance of adopting innovative leadership and building a culture that supports innovation as strategic steps for organizations to improve their financial performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the analysis of Perceived Easy of use, Religosity, and Perceived usefulness of Trust on online donation intentions. This study uses a quantitative approach with the number of samples taken using the Non-Probability Sampling technique by means of Purposive sampling as many as 100 respondents for this study. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and path analysis. The sample used in this study were respondents aged 20-40 years, active in South Jakarta and have made online donations in the last 12 month in an institutions. Based on the research that has been done, the conclusions that can be drawn are that the variables Perceived Easy of use, Religiosity and Perceived Usefulness through Trust on online donation interest have a positive effect, meaning that there is a direct and significant relationship to online donation interest.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship between abusive customer behavior, job satisfaction, psychological well-being, and turnover intention among retail employees in several malls in the Greater Jakarta area, Indonesia. Data collection was carried out online using a Likert scale. The population in this study were frontline employees (Sales/SPG, Cashier, and Customer Service) who worked at retail stores in the Greater Jakarta area, with a total of 126 respondents. The research method used is quantitative research with Lisrel SEM analysis. The results of the study show that abusive customer behavior has a negative effect on employee job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention. However, abusive customer behavior does not have a positive effect on turnover intention. In addition, it was found that job satisfaction has a positive effect on psychological well-being. However, psychological wellbeing does not have a negative effect on turnover intention. In the context of the retail industry, this study emphasizes the importance of increasing employee job satisfaction to reduce turnover intention. This research contributes to the understanding of abusive customer behavior, job satisfaction, psychological well-being, and turnover intention in the context of the retail industry in Indonesia. The practical implication of this research is the importance of retail companies to pay attention to the protection and support of employees in dealing with bad customer behavior. Future research can broaden the scope of variables and a wider sample to deepen understanding of the factors that influence turnover intention in the retail sector in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, on profitability with liquidity as an intervening variable. The sample of this research is Rural Banks (BPR) of Tangerang Regency which are registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the period 2016 to 2020. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression and path analysis. The results showed that simultaneously cash turnover, receivables turnover with liquidity as an intervening variable affected profitability. Partially, cash turnover and liquidity variables have a significant positive effect on liquidity, but receivables turnover does not have a significant positive effect on liquidity. Then partially cash turnover and receivables have a significant positive effect on profitability. Hypothesis testing using path analysis test that the current liquidity ratio (CR) functions as an intervening variable cannot mediate between the independent variables cash turnover and receivables turnover on profitability (ROA).
